针对近期瑞丽珠宝市场上出现的商贸名称为"泰国猫眼"的饰品,采用常规宝石学测试、红外吸收光谱、拉曼光谱、X-射线荧光光谱、紫外-可见光谱对其材料属性、物质成分及鉴定特征进行研究。红外光谱及拉曼光谱测试均显示非晶态SiO_2的振动模式特征,表明为一种人工玻璃制品,具有平行纤维状结构及黑色长针状包体。化学成分分析表明主要组分为SiO_2,约占70.25%,次要组分有PbO、K_2O、CaO、Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、BaO、MnO、ZnO,其金黄体色由微量的Fe、Mn元素所致。依据国标《珠宝玉石名称》GB/T16552-2017应定名为玻璃猫眼。区别于普通玻璃猫眼的特征是具有"乳白-蜜黄"效应,从侧面透光观察可见到大量分布稀疏的多边形的褐-黑色斑点,无"蜂巢状"纤维结构。 相似文献

设计合成了光/电信号响应的阴离子受体——二茂铁乙酮-2,4-二硝基苯腙(FcNH)。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和电化学循环伏安法探讨了其对阴离子识别作用。光谱实验表明,二氯甲烷溶液中引入F-,受体分子吸收光谱发生显著红移,溶液的颜色由黄色变为紫红色,其他阴离子(Cl-、Br-、I-、HSO-4、H2PO-4、CH3COO-等)加入,吸收光谱几乎没有变化,表明受体分子对F-有高选择性识别作用,能够"裸眼"识别F-。电化学实验证明,当F-加入,CV曲线发生明显的变化,设计合成的分子是F-电化学响应受体。摩尔连续法(Job-Plot)测定了主客体配合比为1∶1,非线性拟合计算得到配合物结合常数K a>105,初步探讨了主客体结合机理。 相似文献

The phase constitution during the sintering of pure red mud and red mud–fly ash mixtures was studied in the temperature range of 900°–1250°C. The phases formed at different sintering temperatures were analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction. The phases that are likely to form at equilibrium at any isotherm were predicted using the Gibbs free energy minimization technique and the databases provided in the FactSage software. Although the thermodynamic prediction is in reasonable agreement with the experimental results for the major phases, there is some disagreement regarding the minor phases, especially the more complex phases. The major limitation of the thermodynamic approach presently is the non-availability of thermodynamic data for several complex and multi-component solution phases. 相似文献

Unpurified red salmon oil (UPSO) was processed to obtain purified salmon oil (PSO) by chitosan adsorption. Both unpurified
and purified oils were evaluated for peroxide value (PV), free fatty acids (FFA), fatty acid methyl esters (FAME), moisture,
and color. An emulsion system containing PSO (EPSO) was prepared; the system was analyzed for color, rheological properties
and microstructure before spray drying to produce microencapsulated PSO (MPSO). MPSO was analyzed for moisture, water activity,
bulk density, color and FAME composition. PSO or MPSO was added to a commercial baby-food product (CB) and all baby-food samples
were compared for PV, FFAs, FAME, and color. Experiments were completed in triplicate and data statistically analyzed (α = 0.05).
PSO had higher percentages of total omega-3, total monounsaturated DHA, and EPA than MPSO. EPSO exhibited viscoelastic characteristic
and the droplet size of EPSO was 1–9 μm. Total omega-3 and total monounsaturated contents of the MPSO were lower than PSO.
All baby-food samples with added fish oils had similar color. DHA and EPA contents of baby food were increased over three
fold by the addition of PSO and/or MPSO. MPSO can be added to CB resulting in increasing total percent omega-3 fatty acids
while maintaining desirable attributes of the CB. 相似文献

Fluorogenic enzyme probes go from a dark to a bright state following hydrolysis and can provide a sensitive, real‐time readout of enzyme activity. They are useful for examining enzymatic activity in bacteria, including the human pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Herein, we describe two fluorogenic esterase probes derived from the far‐red fluorophore 7‐hydroxy‐9H‐(1,3‐dichloro‐9,9‐dimethylacridin‐2‐one) (DDAO). These probes offer enhanced optical properties compared to existing esterase probes because the hydrolysis product, DDAO, excites above 600 nm while retaining a good quantum yield (?=0.40). We validated both probes with a panel of commercially available enzymes alongside known resorufin‐ and fluorescein‐derived esterase substrates. Furthermore, we used these probes to reveal esterase activity in protein gel‐resolved mycobacterial lysates. These probes represent new tools for esterase detection and characterization and should find use in a variety of applications. 相似文献

The thermal degradation and the combustion behavior of glass fiber–reinforced PA 66 materials containing red phosphorus were investigated. Thermogravimetry (TG), TG coupled with FTIR, and TG coupled with mass spectroscopy were used to investigate the thermal decomposition. The flame retardant red phosphorus was investigated with respect to the decomposition kinetics and the release of volatile products. The combustion behavior was characterized using a cone calorimeter. Fire risks and fire hazards were monitored versus external heat fluxes between 30 and 75 kW/m2. Red phosphorus acts in the solid phase and its efficiency depends on the external heat flux. The use of red phosphorus results in an increased amount of residue and in a corresponding decrease in total heat release. The decrease of the mass loss rate peak results in a corresponding decrease of the peak heat release. With increasing external heat flux applied the first effect on the total heat release decreases linearly, whereas the second effect on the peak heat release expands linearly. The investigation provides insight into the mechanisms of how the fire retardant PA 66 is achieved by red phosphorus controlling the degradation kinetics. Taking into account that a decrease of the volatile products also leads to a decrease of heat production in the flame zone and that the char acts as heat transfer barrier, a reduced pyrolysis temperature is suggested as a further feedback effect. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
