以双离合器变速箱的离合器液压控制系统中离合器压力控制阀为研究对象,基于AMESim建立了离合器液压控制系统的仿真模型,针对阀的开口形式、阀芯与阀套之间的间隙、初始重叠量3个设计因素进行仿真分析,从而获得阀的设计因素与离合器充、卸油时间的关系。分析结果表明:采用全周开口的阀口形式、减小阀芯与阀套的初始重叠量、增大阀芯与阀套间隙值,都能有效降低离合器的充油时间,提高阀的响应速度。研究为该型电磁阀的优化提供有效的数据,对同类型产品的相关研究具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

基于Fluent软件分析了阀芯棱边圆角、阀芯阀套径向间隙、阀芯阀套实际搭接量三个因素对电液伺服阀零位附近的空载流量特性的影响。通过选取单一因素逐个分析其对流量特性的影响,同时选取多个因素组合分析对流量特性的影响。结果表明:在电液伺服阀零位附近,阀芯棱边圆角和阀芯阀套实际搭接量比阀芯阀套径向间隙对空载流量特性的影响要大。  相似文献

考虑阀芯与阀套之间的径向间隙,建立具有对称均等负开口量的液压滑阀压力特性数学模型,得到了负开口滑阀的压力特性曲线族及其基本特征,分析了径向间隙和负开口量对滑阀压力特性的影响。结果表明:具有负开口量的液压滑阀的压力特性曲线在阀芯位移等于负开口量处存在拐点,在拐点前假设为层流流动,因此负载压力随阀位移变化曲线是线性的,在拐点后为紊流流动,因此负载压力与阀位移成非线性关系;负开口滑阀可弥补阀芯阀套径向间隙的泄漏量,其压力增益随着负开口量的增加而降低;所建立的数学模型,可为电液伺服阀、高端比例阀以及多路滑阀的研制和分析提供技术支撑。  相似文献

该文首先对液压滑阀阀芯偏心且倒锥时受到的卡紧力进行数学建模,然后介绍了3种不同形状的液压滑阀阀芯均压槽,并用Fluent软件对阀套与阀芯之间的流场进行模拟仿真.最终分析结果表明,在液压滑阀阀芯上加开均压槽虽然会导致滑阀缝隙泄漏量略有增加,但能有效减少阀芯受到的径向不平衡力,避免阀芯发生卡滞现象.  相似文献

高压大流量换向阀依靠阀芯的移动来实现控制执行机构的运作,合理的设计阀芯上均压槽的尺寸、槽间距与阀芯与阀套间间隙能够降低阀芯与阀套之间的卡紧力与泄漏量。基于ANSYS建立流固耦合三维求解模型,以矩形均压槽宽深比、槽间距和阀芯与阀套间间隙为设计变量,将泄漏量、卡紧力与等效应力作为响应变量,通过建立Non-Parametric Regression响应面模型,分析了设计变量对响应变量的影响。结合多目标遗传算法(MOGA),实现阀芯均压槽的尺寸与分布的优化设计。当均压槽槽宽与槽深比值为0.83,槽间距为1.43 mm,阀芯与阀套间间隙为0.027 mm时,泄漏量与卡紧力能够较小,其值分别为6.05 mL·min-1和0.28 N,与优化前相比泄漏量降低了25%,卡紧力降低了36%。为阀芯均压槽的尺寸设计提供了参考。  相似文献

插装式比例阀具有低泄漏、通流能力强、结构简单等优点,广泛应用于液压系统中,但插装阀所带来的振动及噪声等问题是制约其使用范围的重要因素。对采用流量放大原理的Valvistor型插装阀稳定性及性能进行研究,建立相应的数学模型得出该阀的稳定性条件,发现主阀稳定性与先导阀开口及面积增益有关;在SmiluationX软件环境中建立该阀的仿真模型,并利用实验对其进行验证。理论分析与仿真结果表明:随着主阀进出口压差、反馈窄槽面积梯度的增大,主阀芯响应速度加快,但会导致主阀芯不稳定区域增加;控制腔体积越小,主阀芯稳定性越好。研究结果为该类型阀性能的提高提供了理论依据。  相似文献

针对天然气紧急截断阀开启时出现噪声、振动等问题,设计了一种天然气紧急截断阀控制器,通过控制器控制截断阀平稳开启。控制器包括主阀、二位四通阀和手动复位阀。建立了主阀芯的二阶微分方程以及二位四通阀与截断阀控制气缸的微分方程。分析了控制器主阀参数变化对截断阀控制气缸活塞位移阶跃响应性能的影响。分析表明:主阀芯阻尼增加,阶跃响应的超调量减小,振荡过程减缓;主阀芯质量增加,超调量下降,响应时间变慢;弹簧刚度增加,超调量增大,振荡过程加剧;主阀芯直径对阶跃响应影响不大。建立了控制器参数优化模型,使得截断阀控制气缸活塞的阶跃响应过程更加平稳。优化后的控制气缸位移阶跃响应超调量减小到0.6%,调节时间为0.03 s。最后通过试验验证了控制器的优化效果。  相似文献

多路阀阀芯间隙的卡紧现象是工程机械液压控制系统中的常见故障之一。为减小卡紧力,提高多路阀换向的准确性和可靠性,以多路阀阀芯为研究对象,建立基于平均流量雷诺方程的数学模型以及阀芯阀体表面粗糙峰接触模型,并应用有限体积法对其进行离散求解,探讨均压槽数量对阀芯径向卡紧力及阀体表面粗糙度对阀芯内泄漏量和摩擦力的影响。结果表明:增加均压槽数量可降低阀芯所受径向卡紧力;随着阀体表面粗糙度值的增大,内泄漏量及黏性摩擦力减小,但粗糙峰摩擦力显著增大。  相似文献

针对射流管伺服阀高温试验中出现的不规则、不可重复的特性,提出将阀体、阀套、阀芯均简化为规则金属体,根据带残余应力的规则金属体在变温度场内的尺寸变化规律,分析了温升对偶件配合的影响及其与伺服阀故障之间的映射关系。结果表明:高温环境下,铝阀体与钢阀套的径向间隙变大,且阀套在轴向获得一定的自由移动空间,破坏了压装其上的接收器与射流喷嘴的空间位置关系,导致伺服阀性能不规则且不可重复;同种钢质但配合表面发生磨削烧伤的阀芯与阀套之间的径向间隙会减小,易出现卡滞,导致伺服阀流量波动或跳跃。提出了改进措施:将接收器尾部增设定位销,使阀体与阀套连为一体;增设锁紧螺钉防止在长期温度交替时接收器由于阀体的膨胀收缩而"拔出";锁紧环内侧加装蝶形簧片,其预压缩变形量大于阀体与阀套伸长量之差时,可消除阀套的轴向自由活动;磨削过程中,适当加大冷却液的流速可加快散热,并对阀芯、阀套的配合表面进行硬度筛查。高温试验结果与理论分析相一致。  相似文献

针对矿用乳化液泵站卸荷阀的结构及工作原理,建立常微分数学模型,通过静态分析确定影响卸荷阀性能的结构参数。使用Runge—Kutta法对模型求解进行仿真,分析不同结构参数对卸荷阀特性的具体影响。结果表明:主阀芯阻尼孔长径比、主阀芯控制腔体积、先导阀口与控制活塞面积比、调压弹簧刚度、主阀芯上下腔面积比是影响泵站卸荷阀性能的5个关键结构参数,合理匹配各参数之间的关系,可以提高泵站卸荷阀的性能。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
