对醇胺溶液在有氧环境中的降解及腐蚀进行了研究,结果表明,MEA、MDEA、DETA、MDEA+MEA、MDEA+DETA、MDEA+PZ等六种醇胺溶液发生的热降解非常少,主要是氧化降解;富液的腐蚀性明显高于新鲜胺液的腐蚀性;因此,需通过严格控制操作条件或添加抗氧化剂或缓蚀剂来改善醇胺溶液的性质。 相似文献

根据醇胺溶液可化学吸收COS、H_2S、CO_2等酸性气体的性质,山东化工学院做了在ADA脱硫液中加二异丙醇胺脱COS的静态和动态小试验,试验所用COS气体是实验室制备的。试验表明是可行的。一、静态试验采用奥氏气体分析仪的吸收管和量气筒,在吸收管内装入150毫升吸收液并置于恒温水浴中,将COS气体装入量气筒内,上下移动水准瓶,加速吸收过程。吸收液随吸收COS量的增加而变混浊,继而有浮白色硫沉淀生成。一共做了8种不同二异丙醇胺浓度的ADA溶 相似文献

综述了近年来非均相金属催化剂在醇与NH_3还原胺化制备伯胺体系中的应用研究,重点阐述了醇胺化(包括缩合胺化和还原胺化)的反应机理,以及还原胺化制备伯胺所需催化体系的研究进展。醇的脱氢步骤是醇与氨还原胺化制备伯胺反应中的速率控制步骤,不同金属组分由于对NH_3与有机胺的吸附能不同而导致脱氢活性不同。在醇还原胺化制备伯胺的体系中,开发适用于无氢气条件下氢转移胺化的非均相催化剂、选择合适的载体、开发生物质醇合成伯胺的催化技术具有广阔的前景。 相似文献

Absorption rates of carbonyl sulfide and carbon dioxide into aqueous methyldiethanolamine solutions with and without heterocyclic amine additives were measured in a stirred cell apparatus. All of the heterocyclic amine additives catalyzed COS absorption more strongly than that for CO2. In instances in which absorption rates were improved by the additives, those with the lowest pKb's were the most effective, although steric factors also apparently influence reaction kinetics. 相似文献

The reaction kinetics between COS and aqueous solutions of some heterocyclic amines have been studied at 303 K. The reaction of COS with l,4-Diazabicyclo[2.2.2]oclane (DAB) and 1,2-Dimethylimidazole (DMI) has been investigated in an intensely stirred batch reactor; the reaction between COS and aqueous solutions of l,8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) has been studied by means of the stirred cell technique. The reaction of COS with aqueous DMI and DAB was found to be extremely slow and the observed reaction order in the amine concentration was about 0·8. The overall reaction rate for the reaction of COS with aqueous DBU solutions was rather high, whereas the observed reaction order in the DBU concentration was found to be about 1·7. 相似文献

以三乙胺为缚酸剂制备了聚四氢呋喃对甲苯磺酸酯(PTMG-OTs),然后根据盖布瑞尔合成法原理,以邻苯二甲酰亚胺钾盐(PPI)为亲核试剂与PTMG-OTs反应,生成聚四氢呋喃的邻苯二甲酰亚胺衍生物(PTMG-PI),PTMG-PI与水合肼反应肼解生成伯胺,合成了双端氨基的聚四氢呋喃(PTMG-NH2)。讨论了反应温度、反应时间和分子量对氨基转化率的影响。利用酸碱滴定法和元素分析法测定了氨基的转化率,分析了不同分子量的聚四氢呋喃氨基转化率差别的主要原因以及不同的测定方法测定的转化率差别比较大的原因。 相似文献

The solubility of hydrogen sulfide in several aqueous solutions was measured over the temperature range 25°C to 60°C. The solvents investigated in this work include 0 to 50% aqueous solutions of polyethylene glycol, ethylene glycol, methyldiethanolamine and diethanolamine. The amine solutions used in this work were neutralized by the addition of hydrochloric acid in order to suppress the hydrogen sulfide reaction (H2S → H+ + HS?) so that only the physical solubility of hydrogen sulfide would be measured. The solubility data determined in this work are expressed in terms of Henry's law. The Henry's law constants found in this work were correlated well by a particularly simple empirical formula based on the molecular weight of the solvent. 相似文献
