以电熔镁砂为主要原料,通过改变刚玉细粉的加入量,在110℃、24h烘干及1 500℃、3h烧成制度下,研究了刚玉细粉的加入量对镁质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明,当刚玉细粉的加入量大于或小于6%时,镁质浇注料显气孔率大、耐压强度低、抗渣性能差。当刚玉细粉加入量为6%时,镁质浇注料综合性能优良。 相似文献

主要研究了加入预合成镁铝尖晶石对SiO2微粉结合镁质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明,加入预合成镁铝尖晶石能有效地提高镁质浇注料的烧结性能和强度。随着预合成镁铝尖晶石加入量的增加,镁质浇注料的烧结性能和强度呈有规律的变化,且最佳加入量为12%。最后,对加入预合成镁铝尖晶石的机理进行了探讨。 相似文献

以电熔白刚玉颗粒及细粉为主要原料,α-Al2O3微粉、铝酸钙水泥以及Alphabond300为结合系统,研究了铝酸钙水泥加入量(质量分数分别为0、0.75%、2.25%和3.75%)对刚玉基浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:1)水泥的加入使浇注料基质的粘度增大,浇注料的流动性降低。2)随着水泥加入量的增加,110℃以及800℃处理后的冷、热态抗折强度均逐渐提高;1 100℃、1 400℃和1 600℃烧后的冷、热态强度均先降低后升高,其中水泥加入量(质量分数,下同)为0.75%时值最小。3)随着水泥含量的增加,浇注料抗热震性提高。4)少量水泥的加入使浇注料的抗渣性能降低,进一步增加水泥加入量,浇注料的抗渣性能逐步改善;在本试验范围内,水泥加入量为3.75%的浇注料和不含水泥的浇注料抗渣性能基本相当。 相似文献

为了改善刚玉质浇注料的热态强度和抗侵蚀性,采用水合氧化铝Alphabond作为结合剂,分别调整Al2O3微粉及Alphabond加入量,研究了Al2O3微粉及Alphabond加入量对无水泥刚玉质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:Al2O3微粉加入量对浇注料的成型性能和烧后强度影响较大,其最佳加入量在Alphabond含量(质量分数,下同)为3%时为11%左右;增加Alphabond加入量(在0~4%范围内)可大幅度提高浇注料的烘干强度,但1400℃及1600℃烧后常温抗折强度和1400℃高温抗折强度明显降低。 相似文献

Water addition has direct impact on castables and needs to be under control placement and properties, In this work, two rheological properties, flow resistance and torque viscosity, have been measured against time, with different water addition in the same bauxile-based LC Castable mix. The flow resistance indicates the mobility, whereas the torque viscosity dictates the stability of a castable during installation. It has been observed that with 6.0 wt% water addition, such a mix possesses good vibration castable characteristics; with 6. 5 wt% , it shows good self-flow castable characteristics; and with 7.0wt%, it can be a good pumpable castable, in every case with comparable mechanical properties. While with 7.5wt% water addition, the properties of such castable ared efinitively impaired. 相似文献

The precise control of molten steel temperature in tundish is a key factor to ensure the quality of the cast billets, so it is important to develop permanent lining castables for tundish with low thermal conductivity and bulk density. In this work, the hydrophobic modification of pearlescent sand was carried out with hydrogen silicone oil, and 3% of modified pearlescent sand was added to mullite-bauxite castable to realize its low thermal conductivity and light weight. It is found that modified pearlescent sand still has good hydrophobicity at 350°C, the addition of modified pearlescent sand effectively increases the apparent porosity and reduces the bulk density of the castable. At 1500°C, the bulk density of modified pearlescent sand-castable is 25.54% less than that of conventional castable. Compared with conventional castable, the mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of modified pearlescent sand castable are worse, but they are sufficient to meet the use conditions of tundish permanent lining castable. At 600–1000°C, the thermal conductivity of the modified pearlescent sand castable is about 30% lower than that of the conventional castable, which proves that the addition of modified pearlescent sand can significantly improve the thermal insulation performance of mullite-bauxite castable. 相似文献

含碳浇注料因碳材料的水润湿性差及高温氧化引起的材料性能差等问题一直备受关注。分别以热氧化石墨、ZrC包覆改性石墨和水热碳化生物质碳材料为碳源制备铝碳浇注料,研究不同碳材料对铝碳浇注料显气孔率、物理性能、物相组成,以及抗氧化性和抗渣侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:引入热氧化石墨的浇注料具有最高的加水量,残留孔隙破坏了材料内部结构,浇注料机械性能较差;添加ZrC表面改性石墨可以降低浇注料的加水量,抗氧化性能较好,但对力学性能的提升无显著影响;以生物质碳材料为碳源可以显著提高浇注料的物理性能,相比于添加石墨的试样,生物质碳材料并未显著提升试样的抗渣侵蚀性能。 相似文献
