一种机器视觉加权最小二乘解法 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
为了进一步提高机器视觉的重建精度,本文首次从参数方程的角度来重新审视机器视觉系统以及在此方程上提出了加权的最小二乘方法。机器视觉系统中,重建精度将随相机布局的不同而不同,即随相机与特征点的距离以及旋转矩阵的不同而变化。原有解算方法,并不区分这些不同,利用最小二乘法求取拟合误差最小点。针对这一不足,本文首先改变了机器视觉系统的基础,利用参数方程来描述系统模型,在此基础上,推导了加权的最小二乘方法,给有大误差布局的相机较小的加权,从而进一步提高精度。这种算法的关键是对权重的估计。文章最后的仿真和实验验证了本文算法的有效性。 相似文献

the CAD model of objects of complex geometry with high accuracy and at the same time, rapidly exploiting the advantages deriving
from the use of both the optical and the mechanical sensors, with a minimum of human intervention. The combination is performed
at the level of measurement information, within a module for the intelligent aggregation of the information from optical and
mechanical sensors. Tools are developed for digitising, filtering, grouping and surface-fitting the 3D images of the vision
sensor and the point clouds from digitisation of the CMM. In the paper, the combined system is described, and two industrial

用雾滴采集装置在自行建立的高压喷雾系统上对雾滴进行了样本采集,用机器视觉方法对雾滴尺寸进行了统计与测量,将机器视觉方法测量结果与PDPA测量结果相比较,深入分析了雾滴采样样本对雾滴尺寸测量精度的影响.试验结果表明:雾滴采样样本容量越大,雾滴尺寸测量精度也越高,当雾滴样本容量大于4 000个时,雾滴特征直径D0.632的测量精度可达5%以内;不同粒径的雾滴个体对雾滴尺寸测量精度的影响不同,大粒径雾滴对尺寸测量精度的影响远大于小粒径雾滴,雾滴尺寸测量时尤其应注意准确统计大粒径雾滴. 相似文献

This paper proposes a new method for measuring grinding wheel contours using machine vision. The vision-aided measuring system comprises a CCD coupled with a telecentric lens, back lighting board and frame grabber. Measuring the image of the specimen with a grinded gap substitute directly captures the image of the actual grinding wheel. Using this method makes the 3 D of the topography of the grinding wheel into the 2 D of the contour of the grinding wheel. This method significantly simplifies grinding wheel wear measuring procedures compared with the traditional methods. Therefore, the presented paper provides a new method to improve efficiency and cost on measuring wear of the grinding wheel. The results show that this developed system achieves a repeatable accuracy of ±3 μm for the measurement of the grinding wheel contours.This paper has not been published elsewhere nor has it been submitted for publication elsewhere. 相似文献

Usually, verifying the 2D positioning accuracy of a multi-axes stage is not easy. This is because there is little such a device to measure the 2D path directly in micron accuracy. This paper studies on a measuring method for a micro circular 2D path precisely. A machine vision technique is used to trace the moving path of two-axis stage. This method is compared with the ball-bar system, which is commonly using in CNC machine tool companies for inspecting the performance of circular motion movement. However, it is not common to measure a small circular moving path as less than 0.1?mm diameter. The machine vision system is used to trace a target on the two-axis stage moving. To improve the target imaging quality and resolution, a zoom lens is used in this test. The accuracy of this method depends on the CCD resolution and the lens optics. This technique will be useful to trace a small object in the 2D micropath in real time accurately. Also, this method can be one of those that measure the positioning error vector in the working volume of CNC machine tool. 相似文献
