该文描述了在一种S波段宽带速调管研制过程中出现的高次模式振荡现象,分析了抑制这种振荡的可能方式,提出了一种抑制这种振荡的方法。该方法通过改变谐振腔结构,在基本不影响基模频率的前提下,使高次模式频率产生较大的改变,从而使该高次模式的振荡得到抑制。利用Ansoft HFSS模拟设计软件,对谐振腔进行了改进设计并完成了相应的实验验证。利用改进设计的谐振腔,进行了速调管整管试验,有效地抑制了速调管中高次模式的振荡。  相似文献

The TE/sub 011/ mode of oscillation in an open-ended circular cylindrical microwave cavity is analyzed. The cavity consists of a circular waveguide that is terminated at each end with a thin cylindrical partition coaxial with the circular waveguide. The resonant frequency of the cavity is computed by using Laplace transform and Wiener-Hopf techniques. Numerical values for the resonant frequency are presented.  相似文献

研究了一种应用于铷原子频标的磁控管腔,对用于磁控管腔的主要特征和参数计算进行了研究,主要包括磁控管腔的谐振频率、Q值、微波场模式。研究结果表明磁控管腔的谐振频率可以调谐至6.835GHz,Q值都能够调至600~1000之间,其微波场谐振模式是典型的TE011模式,频率温度系数较小(32.5KHz/℃-35.0 KHz/℃),所设计的磁控管腔能够满足铷原子钟物理部分的设计要求。  相似文献

The results of the observations of current waveforms of the resonant domain mode and the LSA mode are presented. The "resonant mode" of oscillation of a Gunn oscillator is analyzed. Experimental results show the frequency of oscillation of the "quenched dipole mode" depends on the load admittance. These characteristics can be explained by a proposed model which considers the formation and extinction of a dipole layer due to the RF voltage excited in a resonant cavity. The discussion accounts for the time constant of the growth and decay of a dipole layer and derives the susceptance and negative conductance components of the diode model.  相似文献

Research on the magnetron cavity used in the rubidium atomic frequency standards is developed, through which the main characteristic parameters of the magnetron cavity are studied,mainly including the resonant frequency,quality factor and oscillation mode.The resonant frequency and quality factor of the magnetron cavity were calculated,and the test results of the resonant frequency agreed well with the calculation theory.The test results also show that the resonant frequency of the magnetron cavity can be attenuated to 6.835 GHz,which is the resonant frequency of the rubidium atoms,and the Q-factor can be attenuated to 500-1000.The oscillation mode is a typical TE011 mode and is the correct mode needed for the rubidium atomic frequency standard.Therefore these derivative magnetron cavities meet the requirements of the rubidium atomic frequency standards well.  相似文献

Time-domain study of coherent acoustic phonons in nanomaterials provides dynamic and unparalleled insight into their mechanical and structural features. Ruddlesden–Popper (RP) perovskite shows excellent acoustic behaviors due to the large impedance mismatch between its hard perovskite frameworks and soft organic chains. However, the optical probe-independent acoustic nano-mechanical resonance and its real application in this important class of semiconductors have not yet been achieved. Herein, the acoustic breathing mode of resonant coherent phonons (RCP) in nanoscale RP perovskite films is reported. In contrast to the previously reported Brillouin mode in thick materials, such resonant breathing mode is no longer interfered by the optical probe, but as a self-sustained acoustic oscillation source whose features are directly related to material geometry along the direction of phonon propagation. As a nano-mechanical resonance, RCP oscillation is applied as a novel and non-destructive approach for quantitatively evaluating the decomposition of moisture-exposed RP perovskite. These results reveal the decisive effect of structural geometry on acoustic performances in perovskite nanomaterials. The nanoscale counterparts show evident advantages in acoustic mode modulation and structure detection.  相似文献

A general theory of the coupling of electromagnetic modes in a nonlinear dielectric or magnetic medium is developed. The rate at which the mode amplitudes change, either in time or in space, is derived by a perturbation method similar to that previously used for stationary perturbations. The technique is illustrated by applying it to the problems of producing harmonic generation and parametric oscillation with a high-power laser, confocal resonator modes being used to describe mathematically both the focused laser beam and the output radiation. A comparison is made of resonant vs nonresonant structures for second harmonic generation, and threshold conditions are obtained for parametric oscillation. In addition, by combining the Manley-Rowe relations with the coupled mode equations, an alternative derivation of the symmetry properties of the nonlinear susceptibility tensor is given.  相似文献

This paper presents an improved control technique for the full bridge series, parallel, and series-parallel resonant converters. This control technique combines a self-sustained oscillation mode with a phase shift modulation technique that can significantly reduce the range of frequency variation necessary for obtaining zero voltage switching in the resonant converters. This frequency reduction provides optimized component ratings and operating frequency. A simple and accurate low order mathematical model based on the sampled data technique that fully describes the steady-state, and dynamic performance of the resonant converters, has been developed. A refinement algorithm is developed to enhance the accuracy of the modeling technique and the converter design. The improved converter performance and the feasibility of the developed dynamic model have been investigated using the series-parallel resonant converter topology with a capacitive output filter. Finally, MATLAB numerical solutions, PSIM simulation results, and experimental results are given to highlight the merits of the proposed work.  相似文献

The influence of transient processes on the parameters of Gunn logic devices and Gunn generators is considered. For Gunn logic devices the dependence of the switching time on the load resistance R1 is calculated and the criteria limiting the possible values of R1R0 (where R0 is the low field resistance of the Gunn diode) are derived. The simple criterion of the Gunn generation modes is obtained. This criterion allows the prediction of what mode of generation (transit, hybrid or LSA) should take place if the oscillation frequency and the diode parameters are known. For the transit modes in a parallel resonant circuit the change of the resonant frequency due to the diode connection is estimated and the criterion which should be met by the diode parameters and the load resistance is derived. In particular this criterion sets up a limitation of the maximum diode length for the quenched mode at a given frequency. The simple calculation of the basic generation parameters is presented for the case when the Gunn diode operates in a series resonant circuit.  相似文献

A new single-mode optoelectronic oscillator (OEO) with three coupled cavities is proposed and demonstrated. A Fabry-Perot (F-P) cavity fiber laser and an optical-electrical feedback branch are coupled together to construct an optoelectronic oscillator, where the F-P cavity fiber laser serves as a light source, and a modulator is placed in the laser cavity to implement reciprocating modulation, which simultaneously splits the laser cavity into two parts and forms a dual-loop configuration. To complete an optoelectronic oscillator, part of optical signal is output from the F-P cavity to implement the feedback modulation, which constructs the third cavity. Since only the oscillation signal satisfies the requirements of all the three cavities, a single-mode oscillation can be finally achieved. Three resonant cavities are successfully designed without adding more optoelectronic devices, and the side-modes can be well suppressed with low cost. The oscillation condition is theoretically analyzed. In the experimental demonstration, a 20 GHz single longitudinal mode microwave signal is successfully obtained.  相似文献

对开放的V型三能级系统,通过微分方程的数值运算,分析了该系统的无粒子数反转激光(laser without inversion, LWI)产生的机制,讨论了探测场和驱动场的失谐、驱动场的Rabi频率、粒子初始状态对系统LWI时间演化的影响.结果显示:驱动场耦合的两个能级上的粒子数分布以相同的频率振荡,位相差π;在探测场和驱动场皆共振(⊿=⊿<,o>=0)时,原子对探测场色散的响应为零,双光子相干项ρca是实量;驱动场的Rabi频率Ω增大时,增益、相干项和粒子数差的振荡周期减小;粒子数的初始状态主要影响增益、相干项和粒子数差的振荡幅度,并不影响最后的稳定状态.  相似文献

在半绝缘GaAs光电导开关中发现了光激发电荷畴的猝灭畴模式. 分析指出畴猝灭是由于畴在渡越中开关的瞬时电场低于畴的维持电场引起的,并指出在开关电场低于非线性光电导开关阈值电场条件下,在到达阳极前畴的猝灭可导致开关输出电流的振荡频率高于畴的渡越时间频率. 根据开关工作电路条件及畴特性给出了猝灭畴模式的等效电路,计算了相应的电路参数,计算结果与实验基本吻合. 该研究为提高光注入畴器件的振荡频率及工作效率提供了理论和实验依据.  相似文献
