针对低品位、高氧化率铜矿的回收技术难题,对哈萨克斯坦某氧化铜矿进行了试验研究,该矿中铜品位为0.82%,氧化率达到98.78%,属于低品位高氧化率铜矿。采用预先脱泥—硫化—黄药浮选工艺流程进行选别回收。根据条件试验研究,确定最佳药剂用量为:硫化钠2 000 g/t,硫酸铵1 200 g/t,丁基黄药+异戊基黄药为150+150 g/t。以一次粗选、三次精选、三次扫选的闭路流程,最终得到品位为14.06%、回收率为85.90%的铜精矿,使该高氧化率铜矿得到了较好的回收。  相似文献

大明槽铜矿是位于元江铜矿带的"东川式"的中型铜矿床之一,具有品位低、矿物粒度变化大及嵌布关系复杂的特征。通过对大明槽铜矿矿石结构构造及矿物化学成分、物相的研究,结合捕收剂单因素工艺对比研究,确定矿山最优浮选工流程为:在磨矿细度76μm占70%时,确定活化剂硫化钠剂量2000 g/t,组合捕收剂丁基黄药150 g/t、丁基铵黑药100 g/t,以及戊基黄药185 g/t、丁基铵黑药65 g/t,起泡剂选定为松醇油35 g/t。通过两次扫选及两次精选,获得铜精矿品位18.05%,回收率达到73.39%。  相似文献

新疆某氧化铜矿含铜0.84%, 氧化率高达78.81%, 属含泥量高的低品位难选氧化铜矿。为回收利用该矿石资源, 对其进行了选矿工艺条件与工艺流程试验研究。结果表明, 采用硫化浮选法可有效回收该氧化铜矿, 在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75% 的条件下, 以水玻璃作为矿泥分散剂、Na2S作为氧化铜活化剂、戊基黄药+B130+25#黑药作为组合捕收剂、2#油作为起泡剂, 经过二粗三精二扫闭路浮选流程, 最终得到铜品位19.47%、回收率78.19%的铜精矿。  相似文献

采用重—浮联合流程回收某低品位铜矿石中的铜和金。金的回收通过重选富集,进一步上摇床提高金的品位,得到的金精矿的品位为121.45 g/t,回收率为60.73%。铜的回收采用氧硫混浮,浮选通过一次粗选、四次精选、三次扫选,得到最终铜精矿的品位为12.56%,回收率为80.49%。且铜精矿中金的品位也有10.77g/t,产品达到计价标准。  相似文献

云南某低品位氧化铅锌矿中银具有回收价值,品位为128 g/t,且矿石嵌布粒度细、氧化程度高、泥化严重,选别困难。为代替浸出工艺,进行浮选回收银的试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm 85%,捕收剂SHDA用量300 g/t和硫化钠用量1 kg/t、丁基黄药用量500 g/t的条件下,原矿经SHDA浮选—硫化-黄药法浮选—浮选尾矿磁选联合流程处理,可获得银回收率61.06%的综合精矿,并伴随回收了铁、铅、锌,可为选矿工艺流程的确定提供参考。  相似文献

某铜矿石铜品位为0.85%, 含金0.90 g/t, 铜氧化率为21.17%。为开发利用该矿石资源, 开展了系统的工艺矿物学研究, 研发了硫化铜矿物与氧化铜矿物同步浮选工艺, 实现了铜和金的综合回收, 经过一次粗选、三次精选和三次扫选闭路试验流程处理, 可以获得铜品位15.36%、含金12.58 g/t的铜金精矿, 铜和金的回收率分别达到70.93%和54.33%。   相似文献

某低品位氧化铅锌矿含铅3.42%、含锌2.93%, 矿石中有用矿物嵌布粒度细且回收难度较大。为了合理开发利用此矿石, 进行了硫化-黄药浮铅闭路工艺流程试验。在六偏磷酸钠用量500 g/t、碳酸钠用量1 000 g/t、硫酸锌用量1 000 g/t、硫化钠用量2 000 g/t、2#油用量100 g/t、戊基黄药用量500 g/t的粗选条件下进行闭路试验, 最终获得氧化铅精矿铅品位为33.12%、回收率为68.89%, 实现了铅的有效回收。  相似文献

嫩江市三矿沟矿区矽卡岩型铜矿含铜1.04%,伴生金、银品位分别为1.63 g/t和55.5 g/t,可综合回收。由铜物相分析结果可知:铜氧化率达93.45%,其中结合氧化铜中铜占有率为6.54%,这部分铜难以通过浮选的方法回收。矿区主要矿石类型为含矿矽卡岩,自形粒状变晶结构,裂隙填充构造,金属矿物含量占矿石总量的2%~3%,原生金属矿物主要有黄铜矿、斑铜矿,次生金属矿物主要有褐铁矿、孔雀石、蓝铜矿,脉石矿物有石榴石、方解石、硅质。结合矿石主要金属矿物含量、氧化程度及矿石特点,试验采用硫化浮选的方法对矿石进行选矿试验研究。通过“一次粗选、一次精选、两次扫选”的闭路试验流程,最终获得铜品位19.06%、回收率75.82%的铜精矿,金、银在浮选铜精矿中得到富集,其中金品位35.98 g/t、回收率89.31%,银品位1 280 g/t、回收率87.83%,试验指标较好。采用的试验流程、药剂制度、选别指标可为同类型矿山地质评价及矿山开发提供参考和依据。  相似文献

要:某难处理铜铅锌混合矿原矿含铜铅锌分别为0.71%、2.16%、1.25%,脉石矿物主要是石英和方解石。铜铅锌氧化率均较高,相互嵌布共生。经试验,采用一粗三精两扫的工艺流程,通过粗选加入500g/t硫酸铵活化及强化硫化氧化矿,1500g/t硫化钠硫化氧化矿的同时抑制矿泥,100g/t硫酸铜活化闪锌矿,最后通过600+150g/t异戊基黄药+丁铵黑药组合捕收剂综合捕收铜铅锌矿物,56g/t 2#油浮选,精选和扫选不加药,闭路试验获得了高于现场的浮选指标。混合精矿产品中铜品位分别为8.88%,回收率70.15%;Pb的品位为26.84%,回收率为77.62%;Zn的品位为9.51%,回收率为46.42%。铜铅锌矿被最大限度的回收。  相似文献

矿样取自兰坪某铅锌矿,原矿含铅2.84%,氧化率为91.7%,属难选氧化矿。通过对原矿进行工艺矿物学的研究,探明矿物的嵌布状态及伴生关系。结合工艺矿物学研究,制定探索试验的工艺流程及药剂制度。最终确定磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占94.6%;硫化铅组合捕收剂乙基黄药+丁基铵黑药为60+50 g/t;氧化铅采用硫化后浮选,硫化钠用量为2 kg/t。根据条件试验确定闭路试验的药剂制度,得到最终的选矿指标为:铅精矿品位为23.41%,银的品位为805.76 g/t。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
