针对基于整流桥交流供电的小惯量开关磁电机驱动系统,为了避免开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor,SRM)再生制动运行时能量回馈对母线器件的冲击,本文采用了一种SRM绕组能耗制动方法,将制动产生的能量消耗在电机定子绕组上,通过对SR电机绕组能耗制动深入分析和仿真计算,提出了一种开关磁阻电机绕组两相直通绕组能耗制动控制方法,无需专门制动电阻泄放回路,在保证安全快速制动的前提下,简化了驱动系统的结构。以一台基于整流桥供电的四相8/6开关磁阻电机为应用对象,阐述所提方法的具体实施办法。研究结果表明该方法既可以产生必要的制动转矩,又可以避免制动能量回馈对母线电子元器件的冲击,提高了制动过程的可靠性和安全性。 相似文献

针对开关磁阻电机调速系统这一非线性控制系统,提出了采用模糊控制理论与常规PID调节器相结合而构建的模糊-PID双模复合控制策略,着重介绍双模复合控制器的设计原理和方法,并将该控制器应用于开关磁阻电机控制系统的速度控制中。理论分析与仿真实验结果表明,该控制方法较常规PID控制及单纯的模糊控制器具有更好的控制性能,极大地提高了开关磁阻电机调速系统的响应速度、动静态性能,增强系统的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。 相似文献

该文提出了一类新颖结构的平面电动机,这类电动机采用开关磁阻电动机的工作原理,结构简单、适用性强,可产生直接驱动的平面运动;在对平面电动机特性分析的基础上,进行了速度自抗扰控制研究;采取的特殊结构使半面电动机两个方向的运动解耦,使平面电动机的平面运动控制等效为两个直线电动机的运动控制;利用扩张状态观测器对扰动的观测和补偿,实现了速度的自抗扰控制;在进行控制器设计时,采用力分配函数的方法,即减小了纹波推力扰动,又使控制器的设计简单和易于实现;实验结果验证了所用方法的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

This paper proposes controlled voltage source vector control for switched reluctance motors using the pulse width modulation method. This proposed technique can achieve high controllability for variable speed drives, low current ripple and low noise operation, and high motor efficiency at high speed. Moreover, its implementation is easy because the controller design does not require complicated offline data such as the magnetization characteristics. To verify the effectiveness, an experiment was conducted to compare the performances of the proposed technique and a conventional unipolar drive using the hysteresis comparator method. 相似文献

A new dual stator winding induction machine drive is described in this paper. The proposed induction machine consists of a standard squirrel-cage rotor and a stator with two separate windings wound for a dissimilar number of poles. Each stator winding is fed from an independent variable-frequency variable-voltage inverter. The proposed drive offers such advantages as speed sensorless operation, better reliability, and more flexibility to manipulate the resultant torque-speed curve of the motor. In the proposed drive, zero-speed operation is achieved by independently controlling the two sets of stator currents, hence, maintaining a minimum electrical frequency independent of the mechanical speed. This feature is especially important to minimize the negative impact of the stator resistance influence at low-speed operation and it greatly simplifies the implementation of speed sensorless control schemes. The drive is well suited for either constant volts per hertz or field-oriented (FO) operation. This paper describes a new and machine-independent method to minimize the energy consumption of a speed controlled switched reluctance motor (SRM). The control strategy is to vary the duty cycle of the applied DC voltage in order to obtain the desired speed quickly and when operating in steady-state vary the turn-on angle (aon) of the phase voltage to minimize the energy consumption. The power flow is measured in the DC-link and used to control the turn-on angle. Simulations carried out on a three-phase 6/4 pole SRM justify the algorithm and the physical implementation in a Siemens SAB 80C517A microcontroller is described. Measurements on two different load systems show it is possible to minimize the energy consumption on-line in a speed controlled switched reluctance motor without losing the dynamic performance. A comparison with an ordinary mode-shift controlled SRM shows more than an 8% increase in overall efficiency for some operation points.
