最近开发了一种研究笔直的内翅片管和外翅片管、翅片棒挤压的分析方法,该法以上有限元理论为基础.发明者列出了挤压件在模具中的一般速度场方程,并给出了数学分析步骤.通过此法可以成功地计算挤压过程中所需要的功率和挤压力,预测挤压的翅片管、翅片棒的几何形状,能精密地确定尽可能高的翅片的挤压模的几何形状.通过分析法,可以搞清楚挤压条件和模具几何形状对挤压的翅片管和翅片棒几何形状的影响,并对系统地掌握模具设计有很大帮助. 相似文献

The tandem skew rolling (TSR) process is a new metal forming technique for producing seamless steel tubes of various dimensions. In this paper, the overall details of the TSR process are described and the important process parameters that control the TSR process are systematically discussed. A new experimental method, developed under laboratory conditions, showed that the TSR process can produce seamless steel tubes with high manufacturing quality. Numerical simulations of the TSR process were carried out using commercially available FEM software (Deform) to show the stress, strain, and temperature distributions in the rolled tubes. In addition, the variation of forces and rolling torques during the process are analyzed. Based on the experimental and numerical investigations, the TSR technique has been found to be a viable process for enhancing the quality and productivity of formed tubular products. 相似文献

The outside serrated integral-fin tubes fabricated by rolling-plowing-extrusion processing were surface-treated through different processes of annealing in hydrogen atmosphere, electrochemical corrosion or sandblasting. The purpose was to eliminate residual stress, clear secondary micro-fins and enhance heat transfer performance. By comparing the surface characteristics, it is found that the finned tubes treated by electrochemical corrosion have the most glabrous surfaces where the fins are almost perfectly reserved. Clear layer cracks can be observed on the top of the fins. These structures are effective in enhancing heat transfer performance when being applied to flow heat exchange. Therefore, the finned tubes treated by electrochemical corrosion are proper for the tubular exchanger with water coolant. The finned tubes treated by sandblasting have rougher surfaces with layer cracks and micro gaps removed. As these structures are useful to clearing adhesive feculence, the tubes are more suitable for the tubular heat exchanger with oil coolant. 相似文献

钢球是轴承的主要承载零件,其制造工艺影响到其制造成本和使用寿命,为了获得高质量、高精度和少、无余量的钢球球坯,必须对模具和坯料进行优化。文章介绍的工作是采用三维弹塑性有限元方法对钢球的冷镦成形过程进行模拟,并引入正交试验设计,考察冷镦模具、工艺参数对钢球球坯成形质量的影响,最终获得近无余量的钢球球坯,并获得了最优工艺方案,为冷镦工艺和模具设计提供指导,从而降低生产和实验成本。 相似文献

采用楔横轧工艺,用温轧轧制钢芯,并对其成形过程进行研究。根据零件的成形特点,采用UG软件设计楔横轧不同工艺参数需要的模具,采用Deform软件模拟成形过程,从中选出最佳的工艺参数,并分析该工艺参数下钢芯大弧体不同成形阶段径向截面等效应力、等效应变及轴向截面等效应力、等效应变,最后通过实验轧制出产品。结果表明:成形角、展宽角等工艺参数对轧件外形及心部质量有很大影响;采用合理的楔横轧工艺参数可以轧制出心部无缺陷的合格产品;轧件的等效应力及等效应变均存在一定的规律,且最大值均在合理的范围内。 相似文献
