通过ABAQUS对曲轴模型进行有限元分析,得到局部最大时间应力载荷谱.运用雨流计数法对载荷谱进行处理,得到各应力幅值下的循环数.采用修正Corten-Dolan累积损伤理论,结合变幅载荷的应力幅值对曲轴进行疲劳寿命预测.通过分析,低于疲劳极限的应力会对曲轴产生强化作用,影响曲轴的疲劳寿命. 相似文献

采用ANSYS的APDL语言建立起螺旋弹簧的几何模型,对考虑弹簧座的螺旋弹簧强度进行分析,计算结果表明限元分析结果和理论解高度一致,最大误差不超过0.3%.另外,对螺旋弹簧的寿命进行了有限元分析,也满足3 Hz条件下工作40万次的疲劳寿命要求. 相似文献

本文根据近期的理论和实验研究结果,阐明金属材料的屈服强度对疲劳极限、疲劳裂纹起始门槛值,以及长寿命范围内的疲劳裂纹起始寿命有重大影响。屈服强度高的材料,在低的循环应力和长寿命范围内,不论在恒幅或变幅载荷下均具有较长的疲劳裂纹起始寿命,因而总寿命也较长。因此,在机械和结构设计时应优先选用具有高屈服强度的材料;其次,还要考虑到材料要具有高的屈强比,以及抗拉强度与断面收缩率的积。在生产检验中应重点检验材料的屈服强度。应当说明的是,屈服强度以及本文所引的疲劳裂纹起始门槛值是按工程实用需要定义的,因而它们之间的关系是经验关系,缺少理论上严格的论证,所以还需作进一步的理论研究。 相似文献

S-N curve and fatigue parameters of 48MnV are obtained using small sample tests and staircase or up and down method, which paves the way for predicting fatigue life of crankshaft made of 48MnV. The fatigue life of the crankshaft of a six-cylinder engine is calculated using different damage models such as S-N method, normal strain approach, Smoth-Watson-Topper (SWT)-Bannantine approach, shear strain approach, and Fatemi-Socie method based on dynamic simulation and finite element analysis (FEA) of crankshaft. The results indicate that the traditional calculation is conservative and the residual fatigue life of crankshaft is sufficient to maintain next life cycle if the crankshaft is remanufactured after its end of life. 相似文献

采用Ansys有限元软件对方足微动桥/平面试样接触状态进行分析,确定试样微动接触面上应力场分布和接触面三区(黏着区、滑移区、张开区)分布特征,分析接触面上接触状态随外加交变载荷的变化规律,在此基础上改进微动疲劳(fretting fatigue,FF)寿命估算的裂纹比拟法(crack analogue method,CAM)。选取不同水平的循环载荷及不同名义接触压力对Ti811钛合金试样在350℃下进行微动疲劳试验,验证改进裂纹比拟法(modified crack analogue method,MCAM)的准确性。结果表明,微动疲劳中接触面压应力与剪应力在黏/滑交界区存在突变,张应力幅在滑移/张开分界处达到最大值,裂纹易在此萌生并扩展。改进的裂纹比拟法估算值与实验结果取得良好的一致性。 相似文献
