酚醛树脂价格便宜,具有多种优良性能,尽管品种古老,仍然得到广泛的应用。布基层压酚醛齿轮弹性好、工作时吸收振动能量强、噪音小。它与金属齿轮并用,啮合性好,磨损小,并且不会产生火花,特别适合在防爆的环境中工作。通常的酚醛树脂生产工艺要消耗大量酒精,不但成本高,而且由于酒精大量挥发,存在环境污染和事故隐患。所以研究采用水溶性酚醛树脂的新工艺具有现实意义。 相似文献

制备碱溶性聚丙烯酸酯乳液用于增韧水溶性酚醛树脂,研究不同用量的碱溶性聚丙烯酸酯乳液对共混树脂体系性能的影响,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征共混树脂体系间的相互作用和树脂断裂面的微观形貌,采用万能试验机测试共混树脂体系的力学性能。结果表明,碱溶性聚丙烯酸酯乳液的添加量在20%以内,聚丙烯酸酯乳液的分子链段能够充分展开,共混树脂体系为完全均相体系。FTIR分析说明,聚丙烯酸酯树脂与酚醛树脂之间形成化学键合作用,SEM微观形貌分析表明,随着聚丙烯酸酯乳液用量的添加,纯酚醛树脂的典型脆性断裂逐渐转变为韧性断裂,起到良好的增韧作用。当酚醛树脂与聚丙烯酸酯乳液的质量比为8∶2时,共混树脂体系的力学性能达到最佳,冲击强度为10.7 k J/m2,拉伸强度达12.3 MPa,压缩强度为21.2 MPa。 相似文献

以苯酚和甲醛为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,采用两步碱催化合成工艺,制备了水溶性酚醛树脂前驱体。使前驱体在高温下炭化,制备出以介孔为主的活性炭。将活性炭在2.5 mol8226;L-1 HNO3溶液中进行活化后得到产品。所得产品的物理性质用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和比表面(BET)测试进行表征。结果显示活化后活性炭比表面积略有下降,平均孔径变宽,但因活化增加了活性炭含氧官能团的含量,使得活性炭表面有效比表面积增加。电化学测试结果表明活化后的活性炭电极比容量增加,达到250 F8226;g-1。 相似文献

利用热解油部分替代苯酚改性酚醛(PF)树脂,旨在改善树脂韧性和耐水性,从而提高树脂老化性能。b本文利用紫外光老化仪,研究了热解油替代苯酚比例、氢氧化钠(NaOH)添加量(占苯酚质量比)和反应温度对热解油改性酚醛(BPF)树脂老化性能的影响,考察了不同合成工艺制备的BPF树脂胶合板和胶膜随老化时间的胶合强度和表观构造变化,利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和固体核磁共振(NMR)分析了BPF树脂的老化行为。研究结果表明,胶合强度损失率和树脂胶膜表观结构老化程度,随着热解油替代苯酚比例和反应温度的增大而减小;随着NaOH添加量的增多,胶合强度损失率变化不大,但胶膜表观结构老化程度先减小后增大。FTIR和13C NMR分析得出,老化960h后树脂的亚甲基和醚键峰强减小,醛、酮和羧酸等含氧官能团的峰强增大。 相似文献

3,13-Diglycidyloxypropyloctaphenyl double-decker silsesquioxane (EP-DDSQ) was synthesized by process of alkaline hydrolysis condensation of phenyltrimethoxysilane and corner capping reaction of methyldichlorosilane, followed by hydrosilylation with allyl glycidyl ether, and the resultant structure was confirmed by fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), respectively. The thermosetting phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resin was then modified by EP-DDSQ, and the reactivity of PF resin with EP-DDSQ and thermal pyrolysis of modified cured resin were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The surface morphologies of modified resins at high temperature were characterized with field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), and chemical structure of modified resins was analyzed through X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS). The results showed that the appropriate addition of EP-DDSQ did not affect the curing temperature of the PF resin itself, but could improve the heat resistance of the system. When the amount of EP-DDSQ added was 10%, the initial degradation temperature of PF resin was increased by 49.31°C, and when the amount of EP-DDSQ added was 16%, the char yield of which was reached up to 61.39%, compared with that of pure PF resin (TGA1,000°C of 57.62%) at Ar atmosphere. More importantly, the modified resin formed a regular and dense layer of SiC and SiOx ceramic on the surface after ablation in the muffle furnace at 800°C air atmosphere, which is very important for ablative resistant materials. 相似文献

A thermally stimulated depolarization (t.s.d.) current study of a novolac phenol-formaldehyde resin performed using electric poling at temperatures T ? Tg (Tg being the glass transition temperature which equals 323 ± 2 K) shows a continuous distribution of polarizability in the range from 295 to 323 K. The efficiency of poling is found to be dependent upon the physical ageing of resin. In addition to the known current peaks P1 and P2 which appear at Tm1 = (320 ± 2)K and Tm2 = (334 ± 6)K respectively, a new peak, P0, is detected at Tm0 = (296 ± 1)K. P0 appears reversibly with the same magnitude regardless of the electrical history of the resin or the physical ageing. The activation energy determined by the initial rise method and the whole curve integration method is found to be 500 and 570 kJ mol?1, respectively. It is assumed that P0 is caused by a discrete phase transition in the resin. 相似文献

采用简单蒸馏法,获得木焦油中150-250℃的馏分;采用气质联用仪(GC—MS)对此馏分的成分进行了分析,确定了37种化合物,其中酚类化合物的相对含量为40%,占总体木焦油的11%以上、用木焦油部分替代苯酚合成酚醛树脂胶粘剂,同时采用一次投甲醛法,对焦油替代量、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂含量等工艺参数进行了正交化试验,确定了最佳工艺条件?制得的酚醛胶的性能符合GB/T14074—2006的要求,胶合强度高达308MPa。采用木焦油的部分替代苯酚,降低了酚醛树脂胶粘剂的成本,也为木焦油的利用提供了一条途径,因此具有良好的工业前景与环境效益 相似文献
