掘进工作面排热可采用通风、降温或两相结合的方法。掘进工作面热平衡分析表明,工作面进风温度越低,工作面排热所需风量越少。排热通风成本由空气冷却费和通风动力费构成,掘进工作面排热通风总费用分析,进风温度高于或略低于工作面临界温度时尽可能采取降温措施,降低排热成本。进风温度低于工作面临界温度,采用降温与通风相结合的方式时,存在成本最低的掘进工作面最佳排热通风量。  相似文献

随着掘进工作面生产现场综合机械化程度的不断提高,煤矿半煤岩巷道掘进方式逐渐由放炮掘进改为综掘,显著地提高了掘进效率,保障了施工安全,降低了职工的劳动强度,但是也带来了新的问题:半煤岩巷道机掘过程中,产尘量增大。为了解决此问题,文章分别针对半煤岩机掘巷道迎头、转载点以及回风巷道3个位置进行治理,形成了半煤岩巷道机掘工作面迎头以除尘为主、转载点以控尘为主、回风巷道以捕尘为主的综合防尘体系,有效地降低了半煤岩机掘巷道的粉尘浓度。  相似文献

为有效解决半煤岩综合机械化掘进工作面掘进机产尘量大,矿井半煤岩综掘工作面粉尘捕集设备效率低、尘源控制效果欠佳的问题,研制了一种新型的螺旋风流发生器,进而形成螺旋风流封闭式控尘技术工艺,并应用于南屯煤矿。实践证明,该工艺能够有效控制并捕集半煤岩综掘工作面的粉尘,阻止含尘气流的扩散运动,在半煤岩综掘工作面防尘工作中取得了较好的应用效果。  相似文献

为了解决蒙大矿目前巷道掘进配套设备搭接行程短,掘进效率低等问题,通过研究蒙大矿煤层地质条件、巷道规格和施工工艺,开发设计一套以掘锚机、液压锚杆钻车、大跨距桥式转载机和履带行走式自移机尾为主要设备的高效快速掘进系统,该系统满足巷道日进尺50m的工程要求,将整体掘进效率提高2.5倍。该系统在蒙大矿3-1煤层,31104回风巷掘进工作面进行应用。应用结果表明:截止目前该系统日平均进尺45m,月平均进尺1100m,满足使用和设计要求。同时该系统也为3000m以下巷道掘进工作面提供了可选方案。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
