复合式汽车变速器,由金属带式无级变速器(continuously variable transmission,CVT)和有级变速传动装置组成,可根据汽车工况的需要分别实现无级变速传动和有级变速传动。综合考虑了发动机效率和CVT效率对汽车油耗的影响,提出了一种复合式汽车变速器最佳经济性速比优化方法。首先建立了动力传动系统的数值模型,为系统优化匹配和仿真分析奠定了基础。其次,建立了CVT最佳经济性速比匹配优化目标函数模型。基于simulation X软件,建立了装有复合式变速器的汽车仿真模型,对CVT的最佳经济性速比进行了优化,并对比分析了速比优化前后汽车的动力性和燃油经济性,证明了本文算法的有效性和实用性。 相似文献

提出了一种在带式无级变速器(Continuously variable transmission,CVT)中应用双电机分别调节主、从动轮半径以实现速比变化的全电无级调速方案。为了给CVT及其执行机构的设计及执行电机的选型和控制提供理论依据,建立了CVT的力学模型并对CVT传动过程中的受力进行了分析。通过对所建力学模型的仿真计算得到了主、从动带轮动盘轴向力与传递转矩的关系以及两者随速比变化的规律,并据此提出了在执行机构设计中加装预紧助力弹簧以减小伺服电机功率及体积的设计思想。通过对全电调节CVT原理样机的试验测试,验证了全电调节方案的可行性和所建力学模型及求解方法的正确性。 相似文献

为了解决目前实际生产中常用的单滚轮平盘摩擦式无级变速器(CVT)中出现的一些重要部件关键部位的受力不均匀问题,在单滚轮平盘摩擦式无级变速器结构的基础上,利用两个平盘和二次摩擦传动,开发了一种新型多滚轮摩擦式无级变速器。首先,叙述了该无级变速器的传动原理;然后,给出了4种无级变速器可以采用的具体传动结构形式;最后,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算出了在某一例数据下两种变速器相应的关键部位的应力和应变云图,并以其数据为依据进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,采用该新型变速器其相应部位的应力及应变情况都有了较大的改善,同时显示了该新型变速器在受力方面的优势。 相似文献

在分析环面型无级变速器(Continuously variable transmission,CVT)的速比变化、接触参数基础上,提出以考虑环面半径最小和在整个传动比范围内平均传动效率最大为追求目标的多目标优化设计,并以膜厚比、接触强度以及不干涉等为约束条件,建立环面无级变速器结构参数优化设计数学模型.求解时,以多目标优化法中的乘除法建立评价函数,用Matlab软件中基于二次序列规划(Sequential quadratic programming,SQP)优化算法的Fmincon函数对优化数学模型进行求解.分析实例表明,优化后环面半径、环腔半径减小,CVT体积更小,结构更紧凑,传动效率明显提高.该优化设计方法能够有效提高环面型无级变速器的综合性能. 相似文献

The current research on pulse continuously variable transmission(CVT) is mainly focused on reducing the pulse degree and making pulse degrees a constant value. Current research mainly confined to find out new design parameters by using the method of optimization, and reduce the pulse degree of pulse CVT and its range of variation. But the fact is that the reduction of the pulse degree is not significant. This article presents a new structure of mechanical pulse CVT-the rotational swashplate pulse CVT with driven by helical gear axial meshing. This transmission is simple and compact in structure and low in pulsatile rate (it adopts 6 guide rods), and the pulsatile degree is irrelevant to the transmission ratio. Theoretically, pulsatile rate could be reduced to zero if appropriate curved surface of the swashplate is used. Compared with the connecting rod pulse CVT, the present structure uses helical gear mechanism as transmission part and it avoids unbalanced inertial force in the former model. This paper analyzes the principle of driving of this transmission, presents its mechanical structure, and discusses its motion characteristics. Experimental prototype of this type of CVT has been manufactured. Tests for the transmission efficiency(when the rotational speed of the output shaft is the maximum) and the angular velocity of the output shaft have been carried out, and data have been analyzed. The experimental results show that the speed of the output shaft for the experimental prototype is slightly lower than the theoretical value, and the transmission efficiency of the experimental prototype is about 70%. The pulse degree of the CVT discussed in this paper is less than the existing pulse CVT of other types, and it is irrelevant to the transmission ratio of the CVT. 提出一种基于金属带式无级变速传动(Continuously variable transmission, CVT)与行星齿轮机构的新型功率分流式混合动力汽车动力传动系统方案,分析该系统所具有的各种工作模式,并针对长安某车型参数完成了动力系统和传动系的参数匹配设计.在MatLab/Simulink环境下建立基于该系统的整车性能仿真模型,进行整车动力性能及UDDS/10~15循环工况下的燃油经济性仿真计算分析,结果表明所提出的新型混合动力传动系统百公里加速时间仅为9.65 s,UDDS和10~15循环工况下的等效百公里油耗分别为4.32、3.74 L. 相似文献

This paper proposes a novel concept to obtain variable input speeds for a four-bar mechanism driven by an A.C. motor. In such a system, a continuously variable transmission (CVT) is proposed to use instead of an inverter-controlled motor. By this way, the speed variability which is crucial for obtaining different manufacturing and transportation processes can be provided by mechanically. Thus, more efficient system can be achieved than classical motor controlled systems since the CVT allows electrical motor to run at its nominal point in all conditions. For analyzing the dynamics of this new system, a theoretical model is established regarding that a half toroidal CVT is added between the motor and the mechanism. The simulation results associated with the systems with and without a CVT are presented by comparing to each other. The results indicate that the four-bar mechanism equipped with a CVT is feasible for the entire range of possible reduction ratios of the CVT. 相似文献

本文比较了具有三种不同发动机(一种低速和一种高速自然吸气电火花点火、一种是废气涡轮增压点火)和二种不同型式变速器[无级变速器(CVT)和自动变速器]的轻型轿车的燃油消耗。采用准静态传动循环仿真获得全部燃油消耗结果。详细阐述了补充模型。用换算已发表的数据获得所述发动机的效率线图。根据速度、转矩和速比来模拟变速器(CVT或齿轮传动)的效率。仿真显示所有这些概念都能实现低的燃油消耗,CVT表示了和自动变速器具有相同的油耗结果。CVT的理论上优点是其相对低的效率由使发动机在最佳燃油工作方面来补偿。 相似文献

A simple analytical formula is derived for the axial forces of a V-belt CVT drive. For the driver pulley axial force, belt tension is assumed to be constant by self-locking. For the driven pulley axial force, the whole arc of contact between the belt and the pulley is divided into two regions; (1) inactive and (2) active area. The sliding angle ø for the belt friction is approximated as ø=0 in the active area. It is found that the results of the new formula are in close agreement with the exact solution. The new formula is suggested for the V-belt CVT design due to its simplicity and sufficient accuracy. 相似文献
