Methods for determining the permissible deviations of welding conditions are investigated. The sensitivity parameters do not provide information on the relative risk of different types of perturbation of the parameters. A relative coefficient of transfer of perturbations is proposed which can be used to estimate the susceptibility of the welding parameter to perturbations and does not require any controlling effect of the system. An example of the application of the methods of determining the requirements for the accuracy of the parameter and the conditions for two-sided argon-shielded arc welding of sheets made of high-alloy steel without edge preparation is described.  相似文献

焊接工艺对2205双相不锈钢焊接接头组织与性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用等离子弧焊打底,分别用钨极氩弧焊盖面和熔化极氩弧焊盖面两种焊接工艺对2205双相不锈钢进行焊接,并对焊接接头进行了固溶处理。对采用两种焊接工艺的焊件的铁素体-奥氏体两相比例以及抗点腐蚀性能进行了分析和检测。结果表明,两种焊接工艺都可以满足焊接接头的各项性能技术要求,钨极氩弧焊焊盖面的焊接接头铁素体含量低于熔化极氩弧焊焊盖面,且冲击韧性也优于熔化极氩弧焊焊盖面,而熔化极氩弧焊焊盖面的焊接接头的抗点腐蚀性能优于钨极氩弧焊焊盖面。  相似文献

采用电弧铆焊的方法对3 mm+5 mm厚的0Cr18Ni9不锈钢钢板采用搭接形式实现连接. 通过优化焊接电流及其作用时间的参数匹配,以期得到最佳的焊点显微组织和力学性能. 采用X射线检测焊点缺陷的存在,使用金相显微镜研究焊点熔深和熔核尺寸的变化,使用电子万能试验机测试焊点的抗剪力. 结果表明,电弧铆焊焊点呈蘑菇状,与基体圆滑过渡,成形良好,无气孔、裂纹等宏观缺陷. 随着第一段和第二段焊接电流的增大,焊点的熔深和熔核尺寸,及焊点抗剪力随之增大. 优化的工艺参数下,熔深尺寸可达4.07 mm,熔核尺寸可达7.73 mm,抗剪力可达23.654 kN,满足生产需求.  相似文献

The electromagnetic nature of movement of liquid metal in a weld pool is discussed. When increasing the welding speed as a result of decreasing the induction of the magnetic field at the back of the arc and increasing the electromagnetic force directed forward and reducing the size of the active arc spot, the speed of movement of the liquid metal increases in welding in the direction from the current supply and rapidly in welding towards the current supply. This confirms the electromagnetic nature of formation of undercutting. A method is described for high-speed one-sided welding with a compound electrode in which the active spot of the arc becomes larger, the arc and liquid metal of the pool move forward, the electromagnetic forces directed downwards in the area of the side edges of the pool decrease, and the resultant welded joint is of high quality without undercutting, the reverse bead forms on a flux cushion and the impact toughness of welded joints increases.  相似文献

为避免热冲压高强钢电阻点焊在热输入较大时产生飞溅和满足激光点焊装配要求,提出一种将电阻点焊和激光点焊组合的新焊接工艺方法.通过电阻+激光组合点焊工艺获得了热冲压高强钢焊接接头,分析了接头各区域的显微组织、显微硬度分布、力学性能,并分析了断裂模式及其断裂机理.结果表明,电阻+激光组合点焊接头明显分为电阻焊接区和激光焊接区.母材和激光焊核区硬度值较大,与回火区对应的软化区硬度值下降约60%,激光环外侧软化区为拉剪断裂薄弱环节.此种组合工艺获得的焊接接头相对于单独电阻点焊或激光点焊强度和韧性都有明显提高.  相似文献

金属结构件在生产和使用过程中易出现裂纹、孔洞和沟槽等缺陷,搅拌摩擦焊具有热输入量小、焊接变形小和焊接效率高等优点,在金属材料修复领域具有巨大的发展潜力。首先总结了搅拌摩擦焊修复的修复性能和特点。由于搅拌摩擦焊修复仅能修复裂纹及体积较小的沟槽等缺陷,对于其他类型缺陷难以有效修复。针对搅拌摩擦焊修复的局限性,介绍了基于搅拌摩擦焊原理的搅拌摩擦点焊修复和搅拌摩擦增材修复。搅拌摩擦点焊修复分为回填式搅拌摩擦点焊修复、填充搅拌摩擦焊修复和摩擦塞焊修复,主要用于匙孔等孔洞类缺陷的修复。阐述了各类搅拌摩擦点焊修复的工作原理、修复接头性能和强化方式,并对比分析了各类工艺的不足之处。搅拌摩擦增材修复分为复合增材修复和增材搅拌摩擦沉积修复,主要用于大面积、大体积类表面缺陷的修复,论述了各类搅拌摩擦增材修复的作用机制、沉积层性能和工艺特点。最后对搅拌摩擦点焊修复和搅拌摩擦增材修复存在的问题及未来发展方向进行了展望。  相似文献
