不锈钢复合管内侧为具有耐腐蚀性能的不锈钢,外侧为具有一定强度的碳钢,成为新一代环保型输水管。为了研究8 mm+2 mm厚城市输水用Q235B+304不锈钢复合钢管的环焊焊接工艺,试验选用合理的焊接材料及坡口形式等,获得了复合板与复合板、复合板与碳钢板的焊接接头。通过拉伸、冲击、弯曲试验评价两种焊接接头的力学性能;通过检测接头不锈钢焊道化学成分,评估复合管焊接接头内侧不锈钢焊道的耐晶间腐蚀性能。结果表明,所采用的焊接工艺获得的接头力学性能满足技术要求且富余量较大,复合管接头不锈钢焊缝获得了A+(5%~10%)δ组织,耐晶间腐蚀性能优异。  相似文献

研究了薄不锈钢内衬复合管的焊接工艺和焊接接头的抗腐蚀性能。采用背部充氩保护的钨极氩弧焊(TIG)和超低碳奥氏体不锈钢焊丝TGS—309L焊接20/0Crl8Ni9复合管的第1层焊缝,焊后利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和电化学分析方法对焊接接头的化学成分、金相组织、显微硬度以及抗腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:焊缝成形良好焊缝成分和金相组织能保证复合管使用过程中的强度和抗腐蚀性能要求。  相似文献

针对煤矿机械用屈服强度900 MPa级高强钢板焊接工艺特点,研究了该钢材焊接热影响区组织转变规律、焊接冷裂纹敏感性及焊接工艺参数对焊接接头组织性能的影响.结果表明,SHT900D钢有较强的淬硬倾向,焊接过程中应采取必要的措施防止焊接冷裂纹的产生;焊接工艺参数对焊接接头组织和性能均有一定的影响,为确保焊接质量,应合理控制焊接热输入量及焊道间温度.研究成果已成功应用于高端液压支架的焊接.  相似文献

The effect of the friction stir welding (FSW) conditions on the structure of welded joint and mechanical properties of 1424 and V-1461 alloys is investigated. FSW is accompanied by the formation of a recrystallized fine-grain microstructure in the welded joint. It is shown that the increase of the heat input to the welded sheets does not increase the average grain size in the weld zone (the average grain size is 1.5–2.2 μm). The tensile strength of the welded joints depends on the welding conditions for both alloys. Special features of the microstructure formed in the zone of the welded joint are discussed and the effect of the microstructure on the mechanical properties of the welded joints and evolution under the effect of heat treatment after FSW are determined.  相似文献

采用LF21铝合金研究了复合搅拌摩擦焊时焊接工艺参数(旋转速度、旋转半径)对焊接接头力学性能的影响.结果表明,当其它焊接参数一定时,焊点的力学性能随着搅拌头旋转速度的增加而增加,当搅拌头的旋转速度增加到1 200 r/min时,焊点的剪切力达到最大值为3.47 kN,随着搅拌头旋转速度的进一步增加,焊点的力学性能开始降低.改变旋转半径,焊点的力学性能随着旋转半径的增加而增加,当旋转半径达到0.5 mm时,焊点的剪切力达到最大值为3.47 kN,然后,随着旋转半径的继续增加,焊点的力学性能开始降低.LF21铝合金的复合搅拌摩擦点焊焊点的微观组织与直插式搅拌摩擦点焊不同的是,在塑性环的边上形成了一个由第二层塑性环形成的"耳朵形"区域.  相似文献

研究了薄不锈钢内衬20/0Cr18Ni9复合管的焊接工艺和焊接接头性能。通过光学金相、能谱(EDS)成分及线扫描、扫描电镜(SEM)以及力学性能试验等分析方法对焊接接头进行了分析研究,结果表明:采用手弧焊和超低碳CHS062奥氏体不锈钢焊条焊接20/0Cr18Ni9复合管的过渡层焊缝,能保证复合管使用过程中对焊接接头强度和抗腐蚀性能的要求。  相似文献

针对内复合不锈钢焊管制造,采用4种焊接工艺对厚度为3mm+10mm的1Cr18Ni9Ti+Q235复合钢板对接焊缝进行了自动焊接,对焊接接头进行显微组织分析、拉伸、内外弯曲、冲击试验、电化学和晶间腐蚀试验.结果表明,采用TIG焊焊接复层,复层焊缝显微组织为奥氏体加少量铁素体,在1moL/L的盐酸溶液中进行电化学腐蚀试验,其抗电化学腐蚀性能与母材复层相近,无晶间腐蚀现象.基体采用TIG焊的焊接接头,基体焊缝组织为较高强韧性的板条状马氏体,满足力学性能要求.而基体采用SAW焊的焊接接头,基体焊缝力学性能和复层焊缝抗腐蚀性能均不能满足要求.  相似文献

Integrating structures made from aluminum alloys in automotive industry requires a large amount of joining. As a consequence, the properties of the joints have a significant influence on the overall performance of the whole structure.Robot cold metal transfer welding is a relatively new joining technique and has been used in this work to join 6082-T4 and5182-O aluminum alloy sheets by using ER5356 and ER4043 filler metals. Microstructure characterization was performed by optical microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and the mechanical properties were measured by tensile and hardness tests. A correlation is made between welding variables, mechanical properties and the microstructure of welded joints. Results indicate that robot cold metal transfer welding provides good joint efficiency with high welding speed, good tensile strength, and ductility. Owing to the low heat input of robot cold metal transfer welding process, the heat affected zone microstructure was quite similar to base metals, and weld metal microstructure was the controlling factor of joint efficiency. The best performing were the 5182/5182 joints welded with ER5356 and these had mechanical property coefficients of 100%, 98%, and 85% for yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, and elongation, respectively.  相似文献

针对核聚变反应堆试验包层模块(TBM)中使用的CLF-1低活化铁素体/马氏体钢进行焊接试验,采用15 kW光纤激光,实现了17.5 mm厚CLF-1钢的穿透焊接,得到了正反表面成形良好、无明显缺陷的焊接接头,并对接头显微组织及力学性能进行了分析研究. 结果表明,焊缝区主要为粗大的板条马氏体;熔合线附近热影响区为细小的板条马氏体和少量贝氏体;不完全淬火区为经焊接热循环作用下二次回火的回火索氏体及马氏体双相组织;接头室温及550 ℃高温抗拉强度较高,均断裂于母材;焊缝显微硬度高于母材,且热影响区无明显软化;接头冲击韧性良好. 接头综合力学性能良好.  相似文献

The mathematical model of non-linear thermal processes in multi-arc welding of electric welded pipes is described. The model can be used for evaluating the changes in the structure of the welded joint produced using flux-cored wires. The microalloying elements are analysed and the results are used for studying the effect on the mechanical properties of the weld metal. Welded joints are microalloyed through the flux-cored wire, positioned on one arc in multi-arc welding. The results indicate that it is highly efficient to use the flux-cored wire in welding high-strength pipe steels for microalloying the welded joint and decreasing the heat input in welding.  相似文献

以颗粒增强SiCp/6061Al复合材料为试验材料,采用混合气体交流TIG(钨极氩弧焊)方法,填加4047铝硅焊丝,成功地实现了对焊焊接.利用光学显微镜分析复合材料在焊接热循环作用下,接头的热影响区组织变化;利用拉伸试验,研究了复合材料接头的力学性能;利用扫描电镜观察断口形貌,微观组织及成分.结果表明,复合材料焊接工艺要求比较苛刻,接头性能低于基材性能,焊缝处是复合材料焊接接头的最薄弱环节,增强相SiC颗粒的分布不均是导致接头强度降低的主要原因,断口形貌呈脆性解理断裂.  相似文献

The 30 mm thick ASTM4130 steel pipe was fabricated by gas tungsten arc welding and shielded metal arc welding under quenched and tempered conditions.Whereafier,the mechanical properties of welded joints of both V groove and combination double V groove were measured,while the microstructure feature and fracture morphology of both welded joints were investigated.Moreover,the effect of groove shapes on the properties of welded joints was explored.The results show that the welding efficiency of the combination double V groove joint is as two times as that of the V groove joint.But the hardness and toughness of the heat-affected zone (HAZ) with combination double V groove can not satisfy the requirements.Also,the coarse grain heat-affected zone (CGHAZ) of the cap layer is mainly composed of granular bainite,tempered manensite and a small amount of carbon-free bainite,and the fractured surface of the fusion line is entirely dominated by the quasi-cleavage mode.That the mechanical properties of the combination double V groove are lower than that of the V groove lie in the penetration ratio,welding heat input,and the areas and distribution feature of brittle zones.The combination double V groove is not suitable for the fabricating of ASTM4130 steel.  相似文献

针对大截面铸态纯铝与Q235钢异种金属.采用连续驱动摩擦焊技术进行焊接试验,通过光学显微镜观察、电子探针分析、常温和高温拉伸性能及硬度测试,探讨了其焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能.研究表明,大截面铸态纯铝与Q235钢间具有良好的摩擦焊接性,焊接接头强度等于或高于铝基材;高温条件下,试样均断于铝端母材,抗拉强度随着温度的升高呈现出明显的下降趋势,而伸长率随温度升高而增大;焊接接头在近缝区发生了晶粒细化,在粘塑性层内发生了一定程度的原子扩散,形成扩散层.  相似文献

In this paper, the performance characteristics of ASTM A790 S31803 and ASTM A182 F51 duplex stainless steel were introduced, and the weldabilities were analyzed.The welding repair procedures of thick wall duplex stainless steel were developed by welding procedure qualification.Research shows that the repair welding has less effect on mechanical properties of welded joint, and great influence on phase proportions and pitting corrosion resistance.The test results meet the requirements of project specifications.The repair welding procedure can be used in project, and only one time repair shall be used.  相似文献

采用普通电弧焊方法(手工电弧焊、二氧化碳气体保护焊、埋弧焊)对400MPa级超细晶粒钢进行焊接,并对不同工艺条件下的焊接接头的组织与性能进行了分析。结果表明,400MPa级超细晶粒钢电弧焊焊接接头热影响区存在着明显的晶粒长大现象;手工电弧焊和埋弧焊焊接接头性能明显下降,而二筘化碳气体保护焊焊接接头性能下降不明显。根据试验结果,实际生产中可以利用二氧化碳气体保护焊方法焊接400MPa级超细晶粒钢。  相似文献

This article reports on an experimental investigation to understand and subsequently control the alloying composition in laser welding of austenitic stainless steel and low carbon steel. An energy dispersive spectrometer was used to analyse the alloying composition, while microscopy and tensile tests were used to study the microstructure, and mechanical performance of the welded joint respectively. The investigation revealed that above a certain specific point energy the material within the melt pool is well mixed and the laser beam position can be used to control the mechanical properties of the joint. This finding was confirmed using a numerical model based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) of melt pool dynamics. Strategies to control the composition leading to dramatic changes in hardness, microstructure and mechanical properties of the dissimilar laser welded joint are discussed.  相似文献

在对5 mm厚的AZ31B镁合金板材进行A-TIG焊焊接过程中引入外加纵向磁场,试验所用的活性剂是以氧化物为基的活性剂,试验中改变磁场参数,对焊接接头的成形性、组织及性能进行试验和检测,研究磁场参数对镁合金A-TIG焊过程的影响规律.结果表明,活性剂及磁场共同作用可以改善焊接接头的成形性和组织形态,在磁场频率为10 Hz,磁场电流为2 A时,焊接接头的成形系数和性能得到了最佳值,此时成形系数为2.304,硬度为980.98 MPa;外加磁场通过电磁搅拌作用与活性剂相结合,改变了熔池的流行形态,使金属液由四周向中心流动并伴有搅拌,进而使焊缝熔深增大的同时细化组织,改善接头力学性能.  相似文献

采用双脉冲熔化极精性气体保护焊(DP-MIG)工艺方法焊接AA7075-T651铝合金,焊接试板采用固溶处理(480℃×50 min)后水淬,再进行(80℃×24 h)+(120℃×24 h)两级人工时效热处理,通过金相观察、扫描电镜观察、X射线衍射分析、拉伸试验以及硬度测试,研究焊后热处理(PWHT)工艺对焊接接头显微组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明,焊缝区经热处理后,晶粒由枝晶向等轴晶转变,晶界处非平衡第二相溶解,晶界变细,焊缝显微组织特性改善明显;焊接接头经热处理后,抗拉强度由342.5 MPa提高到490 MPa,接头强度系数为0.872,焊缝软化区硬度得到较大改善,焊接接头力学性能有显著提升.  相似文献
