以溶剂型丙烯酸树脂及氯化石蜡为基料,多聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺为膨胀体系,通过不同温度下炭层质量保持率、炭层强度、膨胀倍数、炭层形貌、耐火时间等考察了不同类型的流变助剂对防火涂料性能的影响。结果表明:流变助剂对膨胀型钢结构防火涂料性能的影响非常大。聚酰胺蜡、水合硅酸镁类流变助剂对体系的炭层强度、膨胀倍数、耐火性能等基本无影响;改性水合硅酸镁可以提高防火涂料的耐火时间和炭层强度;亲水气相二氧化硅会导致炭层膨胀倍数和耐火时间增加,同时会降低炭层强度,导致炭层易脱落;疏水二氧化硅、改性蒙脱石类流变助剂会抑制膨胀发泡、提高炭层强度,同时会大幅度降低耐火时间。分析探讨了不同类型流变助剂对防火涂料的性能影响的机理。不同流变助剂在高温膨胀发泡过程中主要影响体系的熔融黏度和膨胀倍数,从而影响防火涂料的综合性能。 相似文献

This work describes the preparation of concentrated alumina suspensions based on bio-sourced additives with a low environmental impact and with the rheological properties adapted to the tape casting process. Natural polysaccharides extracted from plants and fruits (pectin, psyllium…) were characterized (molar weight) and identified as promising binders for substituting the classical organic binders from petrochemical industry. The rheological behavior of the additives and of the suspensions containing these bio-sourced additives was studied in flow and in oscillations. The mechanical properties of the green tapes obtained with the different bio-sourced binders were determined from tensile experiment. This paper studies the relations between the nature of the binder, the rheological behavior of the suspension, the ability to tape cast the suspensions and the final properties of the green and sintered tapes. 相似文献

In this paper, the influence of some additives on the rheological and technological properties of crumb rubber modified binders has been studied. The research has been mainly focused on the degree of bitumen modification, measured as the improvement of the mechanical properties, produced by the additives used, and the storage stability of these binders at high temperature. The experimental results obtained reveal that all the polymeric additives used yield an improvement in both rheological and technological properties of the binder. The storage instability of these binders has been associated to sedimentation processes of insoluble CR particles that strongly influence the mechanical properties of the binder. The additives and processing conditions selected in this study do not completely prevent problems associated with the poor stability of CRMBs during storage at high temperature. Nevertheless, the use of polyoctenamer, FT-wax or SBS-containing additives improves CRMB stability. In this sense, similar loss tangent values were found before and after hot storage of these binders. 相似文献

Water‐based mud is the most‐used mud for oil and gas exploration and is generally considered to be more environmentally friendly than oil‐based or synthetic‐based mud. Therefore in this study we focused on water‐based mud and a series of nonionic surfactants derived from tannic acid was evaluated as additives for water‐based muds. The rheological properties for formulated water‐based muds contain nonionic additives at different temperatures were investigated including: apparent viscosity, plastic viscosity, yield point, gel strength, thixotropy and filtration properties. In addition to the relation between shear stress and shear rate were presented at different temperatures. The results of the studied nonionic surfactant showed improvements in the rheological properties when used as additives for water‐based mud formulation. 相似文献

The flow and processing behavior of commercial plastics is determined not only by the characteristics of the base resin but also by the presence of additives of various kinds. In this study the influence of a number of additives on the rheological behavior of molten ABS was investigated using a capillary extrusion rheometer and a Weissenberg rheogoniometer. The additives studied included molding lubricants, rubber impact modifiers, flame-retardant additives, and residual unreacted components remaining from the polymerization process. The aim of this study is focused on the elaboration of new bio-based alumina concentrated suspensions with rheological properties adapted to the tape casting process and with low environmental impact. Natural polymers extracted from plants were identified as promising candidates in order to substitute the classical organic additives. The aqueous suspensions were prepared from bio-polymer additives. The interactions between different organic additives with alumina were characterized by zeta-potential and quartz crystal microbalance measurements. 研究了纳米凹凸棒、绢云母、硅微粉、膨润土4种流变助剂对热固性环氧树脂涂料的流变性能、涂膜耐化学介质性能、力学性能和干燥性能的影响。研究表明:不同助剂对于同种涂料增黏效应的次序为:纳米凹凸棒〉膨润土〉绢云母〉硅微粉,各流变助剂的有效增黏范围和相应黏度的变化范围分别为纳米凹凸棒1%~5%和3.1~24.0Pa·s、膨润土2%~5%和2.8~6.2Pa·s、绢云母1%~5%和2.8~6.2Pa·s、硅微粉2%~5%和2.8~4.8Pa·s;在各类流变助剂的有效增粘范围内,不同助荆对涂膜耐化学介质性的影响次序依次为:绢云母〉硅微粉〉纳米凹凸棒〉膨润土;同时,还讨论了不同助剂对涂膜的抗冲击性能、附着力、硬度、干燥时间的影响。 相似文献
