广西含砷难浸金精矿碱浸预处理试验研究

根据广西含砷难浸金精矿的性质特点,研究了碱浸预处理氰化浸出工艺,主要探讨碱浸预处理对浸金效果的影响。研究结果表明,碱浸是该难浸金精矿较有效的预处理方法;金的浸出率与砷脱除率相关;且氰化过程中添加氧化剂可获得较高的浸金率。     

难浸含砷金精矿的碱性常温、常压强化预氧化工艺工业化研究

提供了一种难浸含砷金精矿的湿法冶金新工艺及其10t／d规模的工业化研究结果。在对难处理金精矿常温、常压强化碱浸预氧化的工艺原理和强化碱浸氧化的动力学条件进行了深入研究的基础上,充分利用了机械活化和碱浸过程中的选择性氧化原理,采用物理与化学综合分离的方法,利用超细磨塔式磨浸机的机械活化和强化作用,以及强烈搅拌的强化作用,在常温、常压下引发砷硫矿物在高温、高压下才能发生的氧化反应,使被包裹在砷硫矿物中的金解离。在矿样粒度小于35．6μm含量为91．8％的磨矿细度条件下,对含砷3．55％、含硫24．8％、含金54．7g／t的难浸金精矿强化碱浸预氧化54h后,砷转化率为93.4％,硫的选择性氧化率为43．5％,金的氰化回收率由预氧化前的4％～9％提高到93．0％,金的炭吸附率99．8％,解吸率99．1％,电解回收率99．95％,冶炼回收率99．5％,总回收率91．5％。工艺总生产成本为562元／t。研究结果表明,该预氧化提金工艺技术先进、流程简单、环境安全,为难浸金矿石资源的有效开发利用提供了新方法。     

某高砷难溶金矿石浸出特性试验研究

采用超细磨、边磨边浸和强化碱浸等工艺方法考察了某高砷型难溶金矿石的浸出特性。其结果表明,超细磨、边磨边浸和强化碱浸工艺均能有效提高金的浸出率。矿样超细磨至-37μm占99.7%时,金的氰化浸出率从23.7%提高到73.6%,金的非氰化浸出率从18.5%提高到66.9%;在同样磨矿细度条件下进行边磨边浸,而后再继续浸出,金的氰化浸出率进一步提高到82.4%,金的非氰化浸出率提高到72.9%;在同样磨矿细度条件下进行碱浸预处理,碱浸6~9 h金的氰化浸出率为88.3%~87.5%,碱浸9~12 h金的非氰化浸出率为89.7%~90.2%。     

提高某含砷锑金精矿氰化回收率试验研究

针对某含砷锑金精矿砷、锑含量高难处理,直接氰化金浸出率低等问题,进行了提高金氰化回收率试验研究。结果表明:采用碱浸预处理—两段焙烧—焙砂再磨—氰化浸出工艺,在最佳试验条件下,获得金浸出率90.23%的较好指标,较直接氰化金浸出率提高57.46百分点,较金精矿直接两段焙烧后再磨氰化提高5.26百分点。     

碱浸预处理提高某含砷锑难处理金精矿回收率的试验研究

内蒙古某黄金矿山金精矿中,金主要包裹在黄铁矿及砷黄铁矿中,同时还有锑金属硫化物的存在。氰化浸出生产工艺中金的回收率比较低,只有76.63%。通过常规氰化工艺条件优化试验,金的回收率最高可达到80.15%。对该低品位含砷、锑难处理金精矿进行碱浸预处理,优先除砷、锑,以提高金氰化浸出率。确定了生产操作的最佳工艺条件,金的氰化回收率由原来的76.63%提高到92%,试验获得了较好技术指标和经济效益。     

某含砷金精矿提金工艺试验研究

某含砷金精矿含金52.80 g/t、砷6.31%、硫21.50%,是典型的难处理复杂金精矿,采用直接氰化,以及氧化焙烧、两段焙烧预处理后氰化,金回收效果不理想。试验采用三级工艺,即一级还原焙烧、二级酸浸、三级氧化焙烧进行处理,并对试验条件进行了优化。结果表明：在最佳条件下,经还原焙烧—酸浸—氧化焙烧—氰化工艺处理,金浸出率达93.60%,较两段焙烧—氰化工艺提高6.80百分点,实现了资源的高值化利用,为含砷金精矿中金的高效回收提供技术依据。     

从含砷金精矿二段焙烧酸浸渣中氰化浸出金银的试验研究

进行了从含砷金精矿二段焙烧酸浸渣中氰化浸出金银的工艺试验研究.研究表明,采用RMD对含砷金精矿的二段焙烧酸浸渣进行预处理,可除去大部分砷和部分铅,使金、银的氰化浸出率比常规工艺分别提高4.51%和51.30%,其经济效益显著.     

某难浸金精矿预处理新工艺试验研究
