在分析了无刷直流电机(BLDC)数学模型的基础上,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下,把功能模块和S函数相结合,构建了BLDC控制系统的仿真模型。并对系统进行了仿真,仿真结果与理论分析一致,验证了该控制系统设计的合理性。实验证明该建模方法具有快速、实用和可植性强的优点,对实际无刷直流电机控制系统的设计具有指导意义。  相似文献

无刷直流电机具有结构简单、重量轻、体积小、安全可靠性和运行效率高等特点,被广泛应用于各种工业设备中。针对航空用无刷直流电机起动困难的问题,以LPC2148控制器为核心,设计了一种无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制器。采用反电动势过零检测法、三段式起动、双闭环控制、软件补偿相位延迟等控制策略,设计了控制器的硬件电路和软件程序,很好解决了无位置传感器无刷直流电机的起动问题。最后搭建仿真模型和实验平台,验证了所设计控制器的实用性和可靠性。  相似文献

本文研究了软件锁相环技术在陀螺用无位置传感器BLDCM稳速控制系统中的应用。它是基于DSP通过软件算法来实现锁相功能。文章阐述了软件锁相环的工作原理,数学模型以及DSP实现方法,分析了软件锁相环的Z域模型,所设计的无刷直流电机稳速控制系统用电机控制专用芯片ML4428实觋了反电势的检测,按相和功率驱动;用高速的数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A作为控制处理器,实现了系统的软件锁相环算法和电机的转速给定、转速检测。  相似文献

通过对目前已有的各类自动黑板刷的优缺点进行分析,设计出了一种新型智能吸尘黑板刷,其设计思想来源于磁性黑板刷、扫地机器人和爬墙机器人。在无线遥控下,黑板刷可以实现任意灵活刷黑板,并且带有自动吸尘的功能,使用方便。应用静力学方法分析了智能吸尘黑板刷方案的可行性,最后吸尘黑板刷实物样机验证了该新型黑板刷的可靠性和实用性。  相似文献

This paper investigates the microstructure and wear resistance of nickel–carbon nanotube (CNT) composite coating deposited by brush plating technique. The Ni/CNT coating deposited with a pulse current source has less porosity, higher hardness and higher wear resistance than that with a DC source. CNTs greatly improve the coating performance. The wear mechanism is mainly the smearing of the Ni/CNTs coatings, instead of the fracture for the Ni coatings.  相似文献

Crimping is used in production of large diameter submerged-arc welding pipes. Many researches are focused on crimping in certain manufacturing mode of welding pipe. The application scopes of research achievements become limited due to lack of uniformity in theoretical analysis. In order to propose a crimping prediction method in order to control forming quality, the theory model of crimping based on elastic-plastic mechanics is established. The main technical parameters are determined by theoretical analysis, including length of crimping, base radius of punch, terminal angle of punch, base radius of die, terminal angle of die and horizontal distance between punch and die. In addition, a method used to evaluate the forming quality is presented, which investigates the bending angle after springback, forming force, straight edge length and equivalent radius of curvature. In order to investigate the effects of technical parameters on forming quality, a two-dimensional finite element model is established by finite element software ABAQUS. The finite element model is verified in that its shapes error is less than 5% by comparable experiments, which shows that their geometric precision meets demand. The crimping characteristics is obtained, such as the distribution of stress and strain and the changes of forming force, and the relation curves of technical parameters on forming quality are given by simulation analysis. The sensitivity analysis indicates that the effects of length of crimping, technical parameters of punch on forming quality are significant. In particular, the data from simulation analysis are regressed by response surface method (RSM) to establish prediction model. The feasible technical parameters are obtained from the prediction model. This method presented provides a new thought used to design technical parameters of crimping forming and makes a basis for improving crimping forming quality.  相似文献

To examine the environmental characteristics of the microgravity force and the weathered layer on an asteroid surface, a symmetric wheel brush asteroid sampler is proposed for the collection of particles on the asteroid surface. To study the influence of the wheel brush rotation speed on the sampling efficiency and the driving torque required for the wheel brush, the contact dynamics model between particles and sampling wheel brushes is established and a simulation and experimental verification of the sampling process are conducted. The parameter calibration of the sampled particles is studied first, and the calibrated particle parameters are used in the numerical simulation of the sampling process. The sampling results and the particle stream curves are obtained for the working conditions of different rotation speeds, and the effects of different parameter settings on the sampling efficiency are analyzed. In addition, a set of rotating symmetrical sampling wheel brush devices is built for the ground test, and the dynamic torque sensor is used to test the torque change of the wheel brush during the sampling process. The relationship between the speed of the wheel brush and the driving torque of the wheel brush motor is determined by comparing the simulation results with the test results. Results indicate that when the rotating speed of the wheel brush is faster, the sampling efficiency is higher, and the driving torque required for the sampling wheel brush is greater. Moreover, a numerical simulation analysis of the sampling process of the wheel brush sampler in a microgravity environment is conducted to determine the optimal speed condition, and the brushing test of the wheel brush sampler in the microgravity environment is verified with the drop tower method. This research proposes the structural optimization design and motor selection of a wheel brush asteroid sampler, which provides important reference value and engineering significance.  相似文献

为优化兴隆1m光学望远镜的杂散光效应,研制了附加在该望远镜F/8焦面后的一倍放大率消杂散光镜头,对消杂散光镜头的效果进行了仿真计算和观测验证。在Tracepro软件中对圆顶-1m望远镜和圆顶-1m望远镜-消杂散光镜头组合系统的点源辐照度透过率(PSNIT)进行了计算分析并在大月夜进行了天文观测。计算结果表明,在视场外无限远点源方位与望远镜指向间夹角5°≤|θ|≤30°使用消杂散光镜头后,该望远镜PSNIT全部降低到10-10以下。2008年5月26日对偏月22°和25°天区观测结果表明,使用消杂散光镜头后,该望远镜所观测的星像信噪比约为原来的1.4倍。仿真计算和观测结果表明:该方法对Ritchey-Chrétien(R-C)望远镜的杂散光抑制是有效的,可以提高望远镜的测光精度和观测极限星等。  相似文献

This paper presents the analysis and design of recurrent neural network (RNN) and proportional and integral(PI) controller based hybrid control(HC) of doubly fed induction generator (DFIG). The proposed HC shows the quick dynamic and good transient response during the sudden changes in wind speed as well as generator speed. Further performance of proposed hybrid controller has been analyzed independently with RNN and PI control as its components. The HC along with RNN gives effective performance compared to conventional DTC (CDTC) and PI DTC in terms of flux ripples,torque ripples and settling time. The proposed technique is implemented in real-time simulator (RTS) based OPAL-RT and MATLAB/SIMULINK environment at a rating of 5.5 KW system under steeply and randomly change in wind velocity.  相似文献
