Our interest in the area of m4 muscarinic antagonists had led us to study a series of benzoxazine isoquinolines. One of the most potent and selective compounds of this series is example 1 with an IC50 value of 90.7 nM at m4 receptors, and 72-fold (m1), 38-fold (m2), 10-fold (m3), and 82-fold (m5) more selective compared to the other receptors. The synthesis and receptor binding affinity of analogs of 1 are reported.  相似文献

Hypoxia or anemia is the fundamental stimulus for erythropoietin (EPO) production. Recent in vitro studies suggest that EPO secretion in response to hypoxia is regulated by adenosine in the kidney. In order to examine the in vivo effect of adenosine on EPO production, we determined the effects of adenosine receptor agonists and antagonists on serum EPO concentration in normal and anemic rats. In normal rats, intravenous injection of adenosine agonists (NECA, CHA and CGS-21680) dose-dependently stimulated EPO production. Pretreatment with KW-3902, an adenosine A1 antagonist with modest A2b antagonistic action, or KF17837, an adenosine A2a antagonist, inhibited the NECA (0.1 mg/kg, i.v.)-stimulated EPO production. Anemic hypoxia, induced by 2% (v/w body weight) blood withdrawal, increased serum EPO concentration from 38 +/- 2 to 352 +/- 76 mU/ml, with the increased serum adenosine concentration in the renal vein. KF17837 (0.1 mg/kg, i.v.), but not KW-3902 (0.1 mg/kg, i.v.), inhibited the anemic hypoxia-induced increase in EPO production. The present findings support the notion that adenosine mediates the EPO production in response to hypoxia in the kidney.  相似文献

Microinjections of prolactin (PRL) into the ventromedial nucleus of the hypothalamus (VMN) or the preoptic area (POA) have been previously shown to increase food intake and body weight in ring doves. In an attempt to corroborate these results and to provide a more complete map of PRL-sensitive brain sites mediating the orexigenic action of PRL, a microinjection procedure was employed in the present study that delivered PRL or saline vehicle in extremely small volumes (10 nl/injection) to a variety of diencephalic sites in dove brain that had been previously demonstrated to contain high concentrations of PRL receptors. Estimates obtained from one female subject given a single 10 nl injection of [125I]ovine PRL into the VMN supported the claim that such injection volumes resulted in limited diffusion, as 80% of the tissue radioactivity was found within a 280 mm area surrounding the injection site at 30 min after injection. Food intake of cannulated male doves in the mapping study was monitored daily during a 6 day baseline period, an initial 4 day treatment period, a 6-12 day post-treatment recovery period, and a second 4 day treatment period. Approximately half of the birds received PRL injections (50 ng/10 nl twice daily) and saine vehicle injections (10 nl twice daily) during the first and second treatment periods, respectively, while remaining birds received these treatments in the reverse order. No significant changes in food intake across baseline, vehicle, post-treatment, or PRL treatment periods were observed in birds with injection sites in the lateral POA, paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus (PVN), or the medial-basal hypothalamic region between the tuberal hypothalamus (TU) and VMN. In contrast, injections of PRL into the VMN area, medial POA, or TU resulted in average daily food intake values that significantly exceeded those recorded during other periods. The most robust feeding response was seen in the VMN group, where PRL injections resulted in a 58% increase in food intake over that recorded during injection of vehicle. This increase was significantly greater than that observed following PRL injections into the mPOA (26%) or the TU (32%). These findings suggest that the VMN may be a primary site of PRL action in promoting hyperphagia in this species, although PRL effects at other diencephalic loci, such as the mPOA and TU, may also contribute to the orexigenic action of this hormone.  相似文献

The ability of both naloxone and naltrexone to block conditional analgesia produced by shock associated contextual stimuli was determined using rats from three suppliers. Naltrexone (7 mg/kg) was equally effective in reversing analgesia on the formalin test in all rats tested. Naloxone (7 mg/kg) significantly affected analgesia in Long-Evans and Holtzman Sprague-Dawley rats but had no effect on Charles River (CD) Sprague-Dawley rats. Charles River rats also differed from the other groups in the amount of time spent freezing to apparatus cues. These results indicate that genetic factors and the choice of antagonists may complicate distinctions between opioid and nonopioid analgesia. We examined the effects of intrathecal (i.t.) selective opioid receptor agonists in alleviating mechanical and cold allodynia in spinally injured rats. Both DAMGO ([D-Ala2,N-Me-Phe4,Gly5-ol]-enkephalin, a mu-opioid receptor agonist) and DPDPE ([D-Phe2,D-Phe5]-enkephalin, a delta-opioid receptor agonist) dose-dependently relieved the chronic allodynia-like behavior at doses selective for their respective receptors. The anti-allodynic effect of DAMGO and DPDPE was reversed by the selective mu- and delta-opioid receptor antagonists CTOP (D-Phe-Cys-Tyr-D-Trp-Orn-Thr-Pen-Thr-NH2) and naltrindole, respectively. In contrast, the selective kappa-opioid receptor agonist U50488H did not alleviate the allodynia-like behavior, but rather enhanced it. The anti-nociceptive and anti-allodynic effect of i.t. DAMGO was blocked by U50488H. Thus, activation of spinal mu- and delta-, but not kappa-opioid receptors produced anti-allodynic effect in this model of central pain. Drugs which act selectively on opioid receptor subtypes may be useful in managing chronic central pain of spinal cord origin.  相似文献

Two genes, each corresponding to fiber mRNA E6, were isolated from cotton cultivars Coker 312 (Gossypium hirsutum L.) and Sea Island (G. barbadense L.). E6 is one of the predominant fiber-specific mRNAs present during early fiber development. The distinguishing feature of nucleotide-derived E6 protein is the presence of a motif where a dimer, Ser-Gly, is repeated several times. Two of the Sea Island genes contained a pentameric motif, Ser-Gly, while one of the Coker genes had one and the other had four motifs each. cDNA clones containing one or five Ser-Gly motifs were also identified. Thus, it appears that the strict conservation of this motif may not be critical to E6 protein function. Sequence characterizations of the genes and cDNAs showed that multiple members of the E6 family are transcribed in fiber and may result in proteins 238 to 246 amino acids long. The 3' ends of the genes and cDNAs showed considerable heterology among them. Transgenic plants containing antisense genes were generated to decipher E6 function. Transgenic cotton with reduced E6 protein levels in the range of 60 to 98% were identified. However, no discernible phenotypic changes in fiber development or properties were apparent. This result leads to the conclusion that E6 is not critical to the normal development or structural integrity of cotton fibers.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: We studied the course of pregnancy in women with epilepsy to identify possible risk factors which might complicate the epilepsies and pregnancy outcomes. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Data were collected retrospectively from the records of 151 pregnancies in 124 women with epilepsy from 1978-1992. Epilepsy variables were compared with that of non-pregnant women with epilepsy matched for age. Obstetric and neonatal variables were compared with those of all deliveries in the same unit from 1979-1992 (n=38,983). RESULTS: Pregnancy among patients with epilepsy was more likely to occur in women with relatively mild epilepsy. In 12% of the pregnancies, the women were untreated while 71% were on monotherapy. Twenty-one percent had increased seizure frequency during the pregnancy. Perinatal deaths among newborns of epileptic mothers (1.3%) was more frequent but not significantly increased compared to the background population of 0.5% (95% CI 0.2-4.7). A total of 5.3% had congenital malformations compared to 1.5% in the controls (95% CI 2.3-10.3). No neural tube defects were observed. Maternal treatment with phenytoin was significantly related to the occurrence of congenital malformations, P=0.04. CONCLUSIONS: Most women with epilepsy have an uncomplicated pregnancy and normal healthy offsprings. Maternal treatment with phenytoin might be associated with congenital malformations. No other risk factors could be identified.  相似文献

Factors that govern the specificity of an antisense oligonucleotide (ON) for its target RNA include accessibility of the targeted RNA to ON binding, stability of ON/RNA complexes in cells, and susceptibility of the ON/RNA complex to RNase H cleavage. ON specificity is generally proposed to be dependent on its length. To date, virtually all previous antisense experiments have used 12-25 nt-long ONs. We explored the antisense activity and specificity of short (7 and 8 nt) ONs modified with C-5 propyne pyrimidines and phosphorothioate internucleotide linkages. Gene-selective, mismatch sensitive, and RNase H-dependent inhibition was observed for a heptanucleotide ON. We demonstrated that the flanking sequences of the target RNA are a major determinant of specificity. The use of shorter ONs as antisense agents has the distinct advantage of simplified synthesis. These results may lead to a general, cost-effective solution to the development of antisense ONs as therapeutic agents.  相似文献

A study was made of the effects of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) on bradycardia induced in vivo by electrical stimulation of the vagus nerves in pithed rats pretreated with atenolol. 5-HT significantly decreased vagally induced, but not acetylcholine-induced, bradycardia. The first effect was blocked by methiothepin, ketanserin or methiothepin with ketanserin. When 5-HT1 and 5-HT2 receptors were blocked, 5-HT produced an increase in vagally induced bradycardia. Both the inhibition and the potentiation were blocked by simultaneous pretreatment with methiothepin, ketanserin and MDL-72222. The 5-HT2 receptor agonist m-CPP (1-(3-chlorophenyl) piperazine dihydrochloride) caused an inhibition of vagally induced bradycardia whereas the 5-HT3 receptor agonist m-CPBG (1-(m-chlorophenyl)biguanide hydrochloride) produced a significant increase. The data suggest the presence of presynaptic and/or ganglionic 5-HT2 receptors in parasympathetic innervation of the rat heart, stimulation of which inhibits the release of acetylcholine. The presence of 5-HT3 receptors is also suggested, stimulation of which induces the release of acetylcholine.  相似文献

Examined the relation of hyperinsulinemia to hyperphagia in 18 female hooded Long-Evans rats with lesions of the ventromedial hypothalamus (VMH). Plasma insulin and glucose levels were assayed after a 4-hr fast and 17 min after the initiation of a meal (6 ml of sweetened milk in 7 min) in 8 other Ss with sham lesions, VMH Ss maintained at preoperative body weight by food restriction, and VMH Ss fed ad lib. Both VMH groups displayed basal and postabsorptive hyperinsulinemia compared with the sham-operated group, but insulin levels were greatest under the ad lib feeding condition. It is suggested that VMH hyperinsulinemia is due both to a primary effect of the lesion and to hyperphagia and that marked obesity can result in the absence of basal hyperinsulinemia as a result of hyperphagia with consequent postabsorptive hyperinsulinemia. The present study examined the effects of naloxone (N) and naltrexone-methobromide (NMB; an opioid receptor antagonist that does not cross the blood-brain barrier) on testicular steroidogenesis during acute immobilization stress (IMO; 2 h) in adult rats. Unstressed rats as well as IMO rats were treated by unilateral intratesticular injection of N (20 micrograms/testis), NMB (36 micrograms/testis), or vehicle at the beginning of and at 1 h of the IMO period. In IMO rats serum T levels were significantly reduced, while serum luteinizing hormone levels were not affected. N and NMB normalized serum T levels in IMO rats and had no effects in controls. In IMO rats the activities of 3 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (HSD) and P450(17 alpha, lyase) were significantly reduced, while the activity of 17 beta-HSD was not affected. N and NMB antagonized the inhibitory effect of IMO on 3 beta-HSD and P450(17 alpha, lyase) but did not alter enzyme activity in freely moving rats. Acute IMO decreased basal and human chorionic gonadotropin-stimulated androgen production by hemitestis preparation, but N (10(-4) M) added directly to the incubation medium blocked the decrease and had no effect on testes from freely moving control rats. These results support the conclusion that endogenous opioid peptides are potentially important paracrine regulators of testicular steroidogenesis under stress conditions.  相似文献

In the present study we evaluated the nature of angiotensin receptors involved in the antidiuretic effect of angiotensin-(1-7) (Ang-(1-7)) in water-loaded rats. Water diuresis was induced in male Wistar rats weighing 280 to 320 g by water load (5 ml/100 g body weight by gavage). Immediately after water load the rats were treated subcutaneously with (doses are per 100 g body weight): 1) vehicle (0.05 ml 0.9% NaCl); 2) graded doses of 20, 40 or 80 pmol Ang-(1-7); 3) 200 nmol Losartan; 4) 200 nmol Losartan combined with 40 pmol Ang-(1-7); 5) 1.1 or 4.4 nmol A-779; 6) 1.1 nmol A-779 combined with graded doses of 20, 40 or 80 pmol Ang-(1-7); 7) 4.4 nmol A-779 combined with graded doses of 20, 40 or 80 pmol Ang-(1-7); 8) 95 nmol CGP 42112A, or 9) 95 nmol CGP 42112A combined with 40 pmol Ang-(1-7). The antidiuretic effect of Ang-(1-7) was associated with an increase in urinary Na+ concentration, an increase in urinary osmolality and a reduction in creatinine clearance (CCr: 0.65 +/- 0.04 ml/min vs 1.45 +/- 0.18 ml/min in vehicle-treated rats, P < 0.05). A-779 and Losartan completely blocked the effect of Ang-(1-7) on water diuresis (2.93 +/- 0.34 ml/60 min and 3.39 +/- 0.58 ml/60 min, respectively). CGP 42112A, at the dose used, did not modify the antidiuretic effect of Ang-(1-7). The blockade produced by Losartan was associated with an increase in CCr and with an increase in sodium and water excretion as compared with Ang-(1-7)-treated rats. When Ang-(1-7) was combined with A-779 there was an increase in CCr and natriuresis and a reduction in urine osmolality compared with rats treated with Ang-(1-7) alone. The observation that both A-779, which does not bind to AT1 receptors, and Losartan blocked the effect of Ang-(1-7) suggests that the kidney effects of Ang-(1-7) are mediated by a non-AT1 angiotensin receptor that is recognized by Losartan.  相似文献

The present experiments evaluated the influence of intraventricular mu and delta opioid receptors on affective vocal and reflexive responses to aversive stimuli in socially inexperienced, as well as defensive and submissive responses in defeated, adult male Long-Evans rats. Defeat stress consisted of: (1) an aggressive confrontation in which the experimental intruder rat exhibited escape, defensive and submissive behaviors [i.e., upright, supine postures and ultrasonic vocalizations (USV)], and subsequently, (2) protection from the resident stimulus rat with a wire mesh screen for 10-20 min. Defeat stress was immediately followed by an experimental session with tactile startle (20 psi). The mu opioid receptor agonists morphine (0.1-0.6 microg i.c.v.) and [D-Ala2-N-Me-Phe4-Gly5-ol]-enkephalin (DAMGO; 0.01-0.3 microg i.c.v.), and the delta opioid receptor agonist [D-Pen2,5]-enkephalin (DPDPE; 10-100 microg i.c.v.) dose-dependently decreased startle-induced USV and increased tail-flick latencies in socially inexperienced and defeated rats. Of greater interest, morphine, DAMGO and DPDPE increased the occurrence of the submissive crouch posture, and defeated rats were more sensitive than socially inexperienced rats to the startle-induced USV-suppressive and antinociceptive effects of morphine and DPDPE. The antinociceptive effects of DAMGO were likewise obtained at lower doses in defeated rats. Finally, the USV-suppressive effects of morphine and DAMGO were reversed with the mu receptor antagonist naltrexone (0.1 mg/kg i.p.), but the USV-suppressive effects produced by DPDPE were not reversed with the delta receptor antagonist naltrindole (1 mg/kg i.p.). These results confirm mu, but not delta opioid receptor activation as significant in affective vocal, passive-submissive behavior, as well as reflexive antinociception. Furthermore, similar to previous studies with restraint and electric shock stress, the facilitation of mu opioid effects on vocal responses and antinociception is consistent with the proposal that defeat stress activated endogenous opioid mechanisms.  相似文献

Used the taste reactivity (TR) test, a direct measure of the hedonic properties of a tastant, to assess in Sprague-Dawley rats the ability of morphine (an opiate agonist) and naltrexone (an opiate antagonist) to modify the palatability of a bitter quinine solution and a sweet sucrose solution. Morphine reduced the aversive hedonic properties of both novel and familiar quinine solution (0.05% and 0.1%) but did not modify the palatability of 20% sucrose solution. Naltrexone reduced the positive hedonic properties of sucrose solution (2% and 20%) but did not modify the palatability of 0.05% quinine solution. The pattern of results suggests that the modification of feeding produced by opiate agonists and antagonists may be mediated by a hedonic shift in the palatability of the tastant. Synthesis of poly(gamma-glutamyl) metabolites of many antifolates, such as methotrexate (MTX), by folylpolyglutamate synthetase (FPGS) is often essential to their cytotoxic activity. FPGS expression in the MTX-sensitive human T-lymphoblastic leukemia cell line CCRF-CEM and a number of MTX-resistant sublines was previously investigated at the DNA, RNA, and activity levels. Using an FPGS peptide deduced from its cDNA sequence, a rabbit polyclonal antibody to FPGS has now been elicited, immunoaffinity purified, and used to quantitate FPGS protein expression by chemiluminescent Western immunoblot analysis. The antibody was used to determine the half-life of human FPGS protein (3.7 +/- 1.1 h) in parental CCRF-CEM cells. A subline resistant to MTX as a result of amplified dihydrofolate reductase expression shows no change in FPGS protein or activity relative to CCRF-CEM. An MTX transport-defective line, however, displays both higher FPGS protein and activity levels. For several sublines in which the only apparent mechanism of MTX resistance is decreased FPGS activity, the FPGS protein level is decreased proportionally. However, we previously showed that these sublines have the same gene copy number, restriction map, and mRNA size and levels as the parent. Evidently, in these MTX-resistant sublines the mRNA is poorly translated and/or the protein turns over more rapidly.  相似文献

To improve our understanding of the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) antigenic regions, we studied the association targets of one anti-PSA polyclonal antibody and 10 anti-PSA monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). We also examined the ability of the mAbs to inhibit PSA enzymatic activity and block the association of PSA with alpha 1-antichymotrypsin (ACT). Linear epitope mapping with a polyclonal antibody indicated the presence of six major antigenic regions in PSA. Examination of the panel of mAbs established that three of them bind to linear epitopes. Five of the mAbs inhibited > 90% of PSA enzymatic activity. However, inhibition of PSA enzymatic activity and hindrance of PSA-ACT association by mAbs cannot be used to predict whether the mAbs bind to free PSA, the PSA-ACT complex, or both. Some of the mAbs may block PSA-ACT association through peripheral occlusion of the binding site, or through induction of conformational changes in PSA.  相似文献

The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate changes in the sensitivity of spinal opioid receptors to selective antagonists in rats rendered dependent on intrathecal (i.t.) butorphanol and morphine. Using quantitative autoradiography, competitive binding assays with selective opioid antagonists were performed in the spinal cord sections of i.t. butorphanol- and morphine-dependent rats in which withdrawal was precipitated by i.t. naloxone. In butorphanol-dependent rats, the spinal kappa-opioid receptor developed a greater degree of antagonist supersensitivity than the spinal delta- and mu-opioid receptors did. In contrast, the spinal mu-opioid receptor became more sensitive than the delta-opioid receptor in morphine-dependent rats. These results indicate that differential supersensitivity of spinal opioid receptors was induced after chronic i.t. infusions of butorphanol and morphine.  相似文献

N-Methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonists have been shown to block the development of antinociceptive tolerance to morphine. Assessment of the effects of NMDA antagonists on development of antinociceptive tolerance to selective opioid mu (mu) and delta (delta) agonists, however, has not been reported. In these experiments, selective mu and delta receptor agonists, and morphine, were repeatedly administered to mice either supraspinally (i.c.v.) or systemically (s.c.), alone or after pretreatment with systemic NMDA antagonists. Antinociception was evaluated using a warm-water tail-flick test. Repeated i.c.v. injections of mu agonists including morphine, fentanyl, [D-Ala2, NMePhe4, Gly-ol]enkephalin (DAMGO) and Tyr-Pro-NMePhe-D-Pro-NH2 (PL017) or [D-Ala2, Glu4]deltorphin, a delta agonist, or s.c. injections of morphine or fentanyl, produced antinociceptive tolerance as shown by a significant rightward displacement of the agonist dose-response curves compared to controls. Single injections or repeated administration of MK801 (a non-competitive NMDA antagonist) or LY235959 (a competitive NMDA antagonist) at the doses employed in this study did not produce behavioral toxicity, antinociception or alter the acute antinociceptive effects of the tested opioid agonists. Consistent with previous reports, pretreatment with MK801 or LY235959 (30 min prior to agonist administration throughout the tolerance regimen) prevented the development of antinociceptive tolerance to i.c.v. or s.c. morphine. Neither NMDA antagonist, however, affected the development of antinociceptive tolerance to i.c.v. fentanyl, DAMGO, or [D-Ala2, Glu4]deltorphin. Additionally, MK801 pretreatment did not affect the development of antinociceptive tolerance to i.c.v. PL017 or to s.c. fentanyl. Further, MK801 pretreatment also did not affect the development of tolerance to the antinociception resulting from a cold-water swim-stress episode, previously shown to be a delta-opioid mediated effect. These data lead to the suggestion that the mechanisms of tolerance to receptor selective mu and delta opioids may be regulated differently from those associated with morphine. Additionally, these findings emphasize that conclusions reached with studies employing morphine cannot always be extended to 'opiates' in general.  相似文献

We have designed a novel series of CCK-B receptor antagonists by combining key pharmacophores, an arylurea moiety of 1 and a quinazolinone ring of 3, from two known series. Our earlier studies showed that compounds with methylene linkers in our "target" produced moderate binding affinity and selectivity for CCK-B receptors, whereas its higher and lower homologues resulted in loss of affinity. Introduction of -NH- as a linker dramatically enhanced binding affinity and selectivity for CCK-B receptors, thus providing several compounds with single-digit nanomolar binding affinity and excellent selectivity. Analogous to the earlier studies of the series of quinazolinone derivatives 3, we also found 3-isopropoxyphenyl as a preferred substitution on the N-3 quinazolinone. Electron-withdrawing substitutions on the urea terminal phenyl ring enhanced the CCK-B potency. Representative compounds of this series were tested in the functional assay and showed pure antagonist profiles. Compounds 51 and 61 were orally active in the elevated rat X-maze test. These compounds were also evaluated for their pharmacokinetic profile. The absolute oral bioavailability of compound 61 was 22% in rats.  相似文献

RB 101 (N-[(R,S)-2-benzyl-3-[(S)-2-amino-4-methylthiobutyldithio]-1-oxopr opyl]-L -phenylalaninebenzyl ester), a systemically active inhibitor of enkep halin catabolism, has been shown to elicit antidepressant-like effects in mice, both in the forced-swimming and in the conditioned suppression of the mobility tests. The same type of response has been also observed following administration of the cholecystokinin CCK(B) receptor antagonist L-365,260 ((3R)-(+)-N-(2,3-dihydro-1-methyl-2-oxo-5-phenyl-1H-1,4-benzodiazepin -3-yl)-3 -methylphenylurea). In terestingly, the delta-opioid receptor antagonist naltrindole (17-cyclopropylmethyl-6,7-dehydro-4,5alpha-epoxy-3,14-dihydroxy-6, 7,2'-3'-indolomorphinan) blocks the effect of both RB 101 and L-365,260 in the conditioned suppression of the motility test. In this work we have investigated the involvement of the opioid system in the antidepressant response to the CCK(B) receptor antagonist L-365,260 in the forced-swimming test in mice. The effect of L-365,260 was decreased by the delta-opioid receptor antagonist naltrindole. Furthermore, the CCK(B) receptor agonist, BC 264 (Boc-Tyr(OSO3H)-gNle-mGly-Trp-(NMe)Nle-Asp-Phe-NH2), blocked the antidepressant-like effect of RB 101 while CCK-8 (H-Asp-Tyr(OSO3H)-Met-Gly-Trp-Met-Asp-Phe-NH2) enhanced the effect of this drug, probably through stimulation of central CCK(A) receptors, since the CCK(A) receptor antagonist devazepide ((3S)-(-)-(2,3-dihydro-1-methyl-2-oxo-5-phenyl-1H-1,4-benzodiazepin++ +-3-yl)-1H-indole-2 -carboxamide) abolished the CCK-8-induced potentiation of the RB 101 effect. In addition, RB 101 enhanced the effect of L-365,260. Such an effect was blocked by the delta-opioid receptor antagonist naltrindole. These data further support the involvement of opioid receptors in the antidepressant-type effect induced by CCK(B) receptor blockers and support the hypothesis of a regulatory role of CCK in the activity of the endogenous opioid system. As in other experimental paradigms, CCK(A) and CCK(B) receptor stimulation appears to have opposite effects in modulating opioidergic activity.  相似文献
