研究了Co-Zr二元相图上4个共晶点成分配方Co90Zr10、Co53Zr47、Co35Zr65和Co21Zr79在球磨条件下的非晶态合金形成能力。采用X射线衍射和差热分析(DTA)对粉末的结构及热稳定性进行了分析。XRD分析结果表明,4种配方在一定的球磨时间内都能形成非晶态合金,其中非晶形成能力最强的为Co35Zr65。DTA分析结果表明,该合金系具有较高的热稳定性,并具有较高的非晶形成能力。球磨时间对非晶的形成有重要影响,球磨时间过长,使形成的非晶态合金粉体反而向晶体转化。 相似文献

本文通过对快凝Ni74Si01B16非晶合金不同温度与时间下真空热处理样的差热描量热分析及X射线衍射分析发现,热处理来改变试样的非晶性时,热处理前后试样的晶化温度保持不变;当非晶基体中析出初晶Ni颗粒时,热处理样的初始晶化温度下降;进一步析出Ni3B等晶经相对,热处理样的晶化温度反而上升,根据以前建立的高类金属含量Ni基非晶合金的晶化机制,本文对此给出了比较合理的解释。 相似文献

本文研究探讨Mm合金化对难活化的AB2型Zr-Mn-Ni系贮氢合金的晶体结构,电化学容量及贮氢电极活化等特性的影响作用。Mm合金化加入可从根本上改善Zr系贮氢合金电极的活化性能。这与Mm合金化对贮氢电极合颗粒表面化学改性作用以及合金颗粒体内微结构改变等因素有关,XRD分析表明Mm合金化后同氢后金晶体结构仍为C15相,且其中的C14型Laves相含量明显增加,同时,也发现Mm合金化恶化了贮氢合金电化 相似文献

采用熔体铜模浇铸制备出具有不同厚度的Mg65Cu25-xCoxY10(x=2.5,5,7.5)合金薄板试样,利用X射线衍射确定铸态样品的非晶态性质,示差扫描量热计(DSC)分析合金的玻璃转变,晶化和熔化行为,在Mg65Cu25-xCoxY10合金中x小于5时,Co的添加对玻璃形成能力没有明显的影响,玻璃形成的临界厚度大约为2mm;但当x增加至7.5时,合金的玻璃形成能力明显下降,与无Co的合金相比较,含Co金属玻璃的玻璃转变温度Tg降低,过冷液态温度区间△Tx减小,但约化玻璃转变温度Trg没有明显的变化。 相似文献

The oxidation behaviour of Zr-based bulk amorphous alloy Zr65Cu17.5Ni10Al7.5 has been studied in air environment at various temperatures in the temperature range 591–684 K using a thermogravimetric
analyser (TGA). The oxidation kinetics of the alloy in the amorphous phase obeys the parabolic rate law for oxidation in the temperature
range 591–664 K. The values of the activation energy and pre-factor as calculated from the Arrhenius temperature dependence
of the rate constants have been found to be 1.80 eV and 2.12 × 109 g·cm−2·sec−1/2, respectively. 相似文献

In this work, the effects of temperature and strain rate on the deformation behavior of Zr65Al7.5Ni10Cu17.5 bulk metallic glass (BMG) were investigated. It was found that both temperature and strain rate had a significant influence on the deformation behavior of the BMG. The alloy exhibited Newtonian behavior at low strain rates but showed non-Newtonian behavior at high strain rates in the supercooled liquid region. However, the crystallization occurred slightly at a strain rate of 2 × 10?4 s?1 at the temperature of 693 K that is lower than the crystallization temperature Tx of Zr65Al7.5Ni10Cu17.5 BMG. The deformation mechanisms were discussed in terms of the transition state theory based on the free volume model. 相似文献

The effect of hydrogen charging on shear bands and plastic zone during Vickers indentation for Zr65Al7.5Ni10Cu17.5 bulk metallic glass has been studied. The results showed that hardness increased gradually with charging time and reached saturation. The shear bands and the size of the plastic zone on the surface and subsurface of indentation increased evidently when charging time was less then 40 h at i = 10 mA/cm2 or 10 h at i = 100 mA/cm2, respectively. After that, the size of the plastic zone began to reduce with charging time because hydrogen blisterings began formation and growth. 相似文献

利用 DSC,XRD,TEM,M(?)ssbauer 谱及磁性测量技术研究了 Cu 取代 Fe 对 FeSiB 非晶合金的内禀磁性及晶化行为的影响。结果表明:Cu 元素取代 Fe 使 FeSiB 非晶合金的λ_s,σ_s,(?)_f,(?)_(Fe)下降,但居里温度 T_c 升高。而且,Cu 的加入能够显著地降低 FeSiB 非晶合金的晶化温度及晶化激活能,改善x-Fe(Si)相的形貌。FeCuSiB 非晶合金的晶化行为表明:在非晶合金内部存在α-Fe(Si)相成分富集区。 相似文献

Non-equiatomic high entropy bulk metallic glasses were reported recently and show unique mechanical and physical properties.Dynamic mechanical relaxation behavior of Zr35Hf17.5Ti5.5Al12.5C07.5Ni12Cu10 high entropy bulk metallic glass was investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)and the mechanical spectra could be well described by the quasi-point defects(QPD)theory.Compared to typical metallic glasses,the intensity of the β relaxation of Zr35Hf17.5Ti5.5Al12.5Co7.5Ni12Cu10 high entropy bulk metallic glass is lower due to the sluggish diffusion.At the same time,the correlation factor χ is higher than that of conventional metallic glasses and this is ascribed to the high configuration entropy.In paral-lel,physical aging below the glass transition temperature leads to a decrease of atomic mobility,caused by a decrease of the concentration of defects. 相似文献
