近年来,欧盟铁路互操作性得以迅速发展得益于欧盟成熟的技术法规体系。从1996年欧盟理事会关于泛欧高速铁路系统互操作性的96/48/EC指令和2001年3月关于传统铁路系统互操作性的2001/16/EC指令,到将这两个指令融合为关于欧洲铁路互操作性的2008/57/EC指令,从而形成了以2008/57/EC指令为基础,以互操作性技术规范(TSI)为实施规则,以标准为技术方案的欧盟铁路互操作性技术法规体系。欧盟铁路互操作性技术法规具有完整的体系和运行机制。本文从3个方面,分析阐释了欧盟铁路系统完整的技术法规体系。 相似文献

The pesticides isoproturon, imidacloprid and cyromazine, identified as groundwater pollutants, were incorporated in lignin-based formulations to obtain controlled release (CR) properties. The formulations were prepared by mixing the pesticide with a commercially available pine kraft lignin under melting conditions. A high efficiency of the preparations was therefore reached; it oscillated between 93.36% and 98.20% for the cyromazine and the isoproturon formulations. Kinetic-release experiments carried out in water showed that the release rate of isoproturon, imidacloprid and cyromazine from CR granules diminished in all cases in relation to the technical products. From the analysis of the time taken for 50% of the active ingredient to be released into water (T50), it can be deduced that the release rates were much higher in cyromazine CR formulations than in those prepared with isoproturon. However, imidacloprid showed an intermediate release rate. The obtained linear regression between T50 values and granule size can be suitable to select the most appropriate formulation to avoid the isoproturon, imidacloprid and ciromazine tendency to leach. 相似文献

In this paper, we consider a three-hop relay system based on interference cancellation technique in Underlay cognitive radio (CR) network. Although underlay CR has been shown as a promising technique to better utilize the source of primary users (PUs), its secondary performance will be severely degraded. On one hand, by adapting the Underlay spectrum sharing pattern, secondary users (SUs) would observe the strict power constraints and be interfered by primary users. On the other hand, limited transmit power results in limited transmission range, which greatly degrade the secondary transmission capacity. To solve the problems above, we propose an interference cancellation protocol for multi-hop wireless communication networks in underlay CR, which could develop the long-distance transmission performance and improve the transmission efficiency significantly. As simulation results shows, proposed scheme significantly reduce the secondary outage probability and increase the secondary diversity than the traditional cases. 相似文献

This study aims at improving the effectiveness of Quality function deployment (QFD) in handling the vague, subjective and limited information. QFD has long been recognised as an efficient planning and problem-solving tool which can translate customer requirements (CRs) into the technical attributes of product or service. However, in the traditional QFD analysis, the vague and subjective information often lead to inaccurate priority. In order to solve this problem, a novel group decision approach for prioritising more rationally the technical attributes is proposed. Basically, two stages of analysis are described: the computation of CR importance and the prioritising the technical attributes with a hybrid approach based on a rough set theory (RST) and grey relational analysis (GRA). The approach integrates the strength of RST in handling vagueness with less priori information and the merit of GRA in structuring analytical framework and discovering necessary information of the data interactions. Finally, an application in industrial service design for compressor rotor is presented to demonstrate the potential of the approach. 相似文献
