高水分烟气的热物理性质 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
在燃用废弃物的特种锅炉中,烟气的水分容积含量rH2O达到或超过了常用锅炉热力计算标准25% 的上限,需要对原有的计算方法及公式进行检验和修正。本文使用线性规则和混合物规则分别计算了不同水分含量的气体混合物的热物理性质以及相应的对流换热特性,得到了物性随温度及水蒸汽容积含量变化的曲线。分析表明,在锅炉尾部低温区的对流换热受热物性影响较大,对高水分的烟气需进行修正。 相似文献

为了对湿烟气冷凝换热过程进行深入细致的研究,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对某湿烟气冷凝换热装置进行数值模拟,得到了该装置内部的速度场、压力场、温度场和传热系数的分布情况,并将其应用到某330 MW亚临界燃煤机组上.结果表明:本文数值模拟结果与该湿烟气冷凝换热装置实际运行结果基本吻合,可以作为同类装置的重要设计依据. 相似文献

低低温烟气处理系统与传统的除尘、脱硫工艺相比,具有良好的节能环保性能。从热力学性能和经济效益两方面分析比较了低低温高效烟气处理系统中两种烟气余热利用的方案,并以国产600 MW空冷机组为例,进行了定量分析比较。定量计算结果得出的结论对低低温烟气处理系统在中国火电厂推广使用具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

Abstract In high power amplifiers, the understanding of heat transfer phenomena is critical to ensure components operate within acceptable temperature limits. System operational reliability has been shown to reduce considerably when individual components are allowed to exceed maximum-rated junction temperatures. Of particular interest in this study are high power amplifiers used in the telecommunications industry. In such applications, heat sinks in forced airflow have traditionally been used to provide cooling due to their low cost and ongoing maintenance requirements. Here, the causes of failure of an amplifier circuit board used for high-frequency signal transmission have been closely studied. Analysis of failure data gathered over a four-year period was used to identify the main component level causes of system failure, and preliminary experiments were conducted to estimate junction temperatures of these components under field conditions. Subsequent experiments were then carried out to measure the thermal performance of the existing extruded aluminium heat sink over a range of Reynolds numbers from 10,000 to 100,000. A correlation for thermal resistance was developed and compared to experimental results obtained by other researchers for aluminium heat sinks of varying fin geometries. Finally, a commercially available computational fluid dynamics package was used to model the current heat sink geometry. Experimental results were used to validate the numerical model, which can be used for future optimization of key features of the amplifier cooling system. 相似文献

In order to clarify the effect of condensate inundation on steam condensation in a large tube bundle, condensation heat transfer and the condensate flow pattern in the tube bundle have been experimentally investigated. Test tube bundle consists of 36 cooling tubes, 12 condensate supply tubes and 24 un-cooled dummy tubes. Cooling test tubes are made of copper and have an outer diameter of 19.1 mm and condensing length of 150 mm, Steam flows horizontally through the test tube bundle at gap velocities 15-27 m/s at pressures of 8.8 kPa. In this study, experimental data about condensate flow pattern and condensation heat transfer in a tube bundle were collected for the optimization of tube arrangement in large power plant condensers. 相似文献

对光滑圆管(0—T管)、高频焊螺旋翅片管(HF—T管)及镍基渗层钎焊螺旋翅片管(HF—T—NL管)的磨损特性进行了实验研究,确定了各种管子的磨损量及磨损部位,并对其抗磨损性能进行了比较。结果表明:由于镍基渗层极大地提高了管材的表面硬度,同时有效地增强了管子的抗氧化腐蚀能力,从而使镍基渗层钎焊螺旋翅片管的耐磨损性能远远优于其它两种换热管。使用镍基渗层钎焊螺旋翅片管可大大地提高换热设备在高温含尘气流中的工作寿命。图6表4参9 相似文献
