The profile error evaluation of complex curves and surfaces expressed in parametric form is considered. The linear error model is established on the base of two hypotheses firstly. Then the profile error evaluation is converted into one of these optimal formulations: MINIMAX, MAXMIN and MINIDEX problems, which are easier to be solved than the initial form. To each one of them, geometric condition and algebraic condition are presented to arbitrate whether the ideal element reaches to the optimal position. Exchange algorithm is proven highly effective in searching for solutions to these optimization problems. At last some key problems in tolerance evaluation of freeform surfaces and curves in B spline method are discussed.  相似文献

A much better substitutional means is discussed to calculate the flame temperature field with the application of digital image processing technology. Three non-contacting temperature measurements are used and compared. Such as the traditional two-color temperature measurement,the CCD filtering two-color temperature measurement and the monochromatic temperature measurement. It is indicated that the CCD two-color temperature measurement is not a fully correct means because of its poor theoretical basis. The monochromatic temperature measurement acquires a relatively ideal temperature field distribution in spite of needing a reference temperature. It should be noted that the Abel transformation applied in the plasma diagnosis is for the first time introduced to solve the problem of three-dimensional flame brightness piling.  相似文献

The dynamic working process of 52SFZ-140-207B type of hydraulic bumper is analyzed. The modeling method using architecture-based neural networks is introduced. Using this modeling method, the dynamic model of the hydraulic bumper is established; Based on this model the structural parameters of the hydraulic bumper are optimized with Genetic algorithm. The result shows that the performance of the dynamic model is close to that of the hydraulic bumper, and the dynamic performance of the hydraulic bumper is improved through parameter optimization.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, automatic and universal method to fulfill displacement analysis of a great deal of mechanisms regenerated by Yan's mechanism creative theory has been developed. For a regenerated mechanism, at first, the method identifies its type and structure and changes it into a rigid structure by fixing the ground link and the input link. And then this rigid structure is decomposed into a set of basic kinematic chains (BKCs). By matching the type of BKC, the displacement analysis equations can be set up, and all possible configurations, in which positions of all movable links are considered, can be given out.  相似文献

针对新型人字齿带轮加工中,滚刀齿根和齿侧圆弧刃在带轮上形成的共轭曲面出现折线不光滑问题,利用空间微分几何和啮合理论对滚刀共轭齿廓上折线产生机理进行了研究。通过对滚刀齿廓曲面根切界限曲线特点分析,确定了滚刀曲面消除带轮曲面奇异点的参数约束条件,提出了在滚刀法面齿廓上增加过渡圆弧曲线消除带轮齿廓奇异点的修形方法,建立了具有根切约束条件的滚刀修形齿廓模型。在进行修形后的带轮齿廓与人字齿同步带耦合分析基础上,确定带轮修形滚刀法面齿廓齿形参数。通过计算仿真对比,修形后带轮齿廓槽顶曲线光滑,可以减小啮合过程中的磨损,为提高带轮齿面的光滑度提供了有效的修形方法。  相似文献

An analysis of possibilities for the selection of gear and tool geometry parameters is presented to reduce tooth profile errors during the grinding of gears by double tapered wheel (Hofler or Niles method), double wheel generating (Maag method) and by worm wheel techniques (Reishauer method). The selection of gear and tool geometry parameters is based on the analysis of the grid diagram of a gear and a rack. Formulas and graphs are presented for the selection of the pressure angle, module, and addendum of the rack-tool. The experimental results of the grinding of gears confirm the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

针对功率二分支齿轮传动系统,考虑时变啮合刚度、齿侧间隙,并把齿廓修形作为一种时变齿侧间隙计入,建立了功率分流齿轮传动的弯-扭-轴耦合动力学模型和相应的非线性动力学方程。对方程求解,得出了齿廓修形与齿轮副动载系数的关系,说明合理的修形可使功率分流齿轮传动不发生齿面分离和齿背冲击现象;利用不同修形量下各齿轮副动载系数峰值的等高线,确定最佳修形量,使齿轮传动的动载系数最小。研究结果表明,合理的齿廓修形,可以使功率二分支齿轮传动系统的最大动载系数由3.6减小到1.6。  相似文献

通过对1972年以来国内外研究成果的综合理论分析,特别是根据1977年以来我们自己研究试验的成果,本文不仅提出了一种机理正确、切实可行的大型摆线针轮行星传动的合理结构方案,还提出了一种用普通工艺获得新颖、理想齿形的摆线轮齿形修正方法。由此不但可以有效防止胶合,而且可在不增加径向尺寸的条件下,成倍提高传递功率与转臂轴承的寿命。  相似文献

针对铁钻工冲扣钳牙板齿在拧卸扣过程中出现的崩齿和磨损现象,基于Ansys Workbench有限元软件,对牙板齿接触钻杆时的极限静态工作状态进行弹塑性分析,根据应力线性化原理分析了牙板齿与钻杆接触部位的应力,并进行了分类识别与评定。再以牙板齿关键参数作为研究对象,结合加工能力进行两次正交试验确定不同的优化方案。利用压力胶片测得了牙板齿与钻杆的接触应力,通过拟合数据得到施加压力与牙板齿所受最大应力线性曲线,验证了优化方案和有限元分析结果的合理性。评定方法和结果为冲扣钳拧卸扣装置的牙板齿参数的确定提供了依据,试验方法对同种类型设备的应力测试分析提供了新途径,对保证冲扣钳安全可靠有效工作具有重要的工程意义。  相似文献
