Ce-Zr compounds such as Cc0.68Zr0.3202 solid solution, Ce/Zr nitrate and CeO2/ZrO2 were added into γ-alumina-based slurries, which were then loaded on FeCrAl foils pretreated at 950℃ and 1100℃. The microstructures and adhesion performance between the substrates and the washcoats were measured by SEM, BET surface area, ultrasonic vibration and thermal shock test. The results show that the addition of Ce0.68Zr0.32O2 solid solution, Ce/Zr nitrate and CeO2/ZrO2 into the slurries can improve γ-Al2O3-based washcoat adhesion on FeCrAl foils. Furthermore, ceria-zirconia solid solution increases the adhesion of the washcoat on the surface of an FeCrAl foil than the two others. The specific surface area of this washcoat remains about 4345 m^2/g and the weight loss is below 4.0% even after aging test of 10% steam-containing air at 1050℃ for 20 h.  相似文献

The adsorption mechanism of particle on the surface of silicon wafer after polishing or grinding whose surface force field is very strong was discussed, and the removal method of particle was studied. Particle is deposited on the wafer surface by interactions, mainly including the Van der Waals forces and static forces. In order to suppress particles depositing on the wafer surface, it is essential that the wafer surface and the particles should have the same polarity of the zeta potential. According to colloid chemistry and lots of experiments, this can be achieved by adding surfactants. Nonionic complex surfactant was used as megasonic cleaning solution, and the adsorptive state of particle on Si wafers was effectively controlled. The efficiency and effect of megasonic particle removal is greatly improved. A perfect result is also obtained in wafer cleaning.  相似文献

Dispersion-strengthened copper (DSC) with WC as dispersoid was prepared by means of mechanical alloying (MA) following the traditional powder metallurgy (P/M) route. Influence of WC content on the properties of material was discussed in detail, and result shows that when the volume fraction of WC is 1.6%, the material achieves the best overall property, and a little more particle addition led to a less superior property owing to occurrence of particle agglomeration.The as-sintered composite was designed to undergo a deformation of 75%. It is proved that appropriate deformation is helpful to attain a higher density and consequently better properties. Deformed material was then exposed to elevated temperature to test its effect on material. Annealing for 1 h at 1173K caused material to recover quite completely, but no obvious recrystallization was observed. It‘s supposed the particles handicaps motion of dislocations and material demonstrates good retention of strength with substantial improvement in elongation.  相似文献

The structure characteristic and electric performance of ZnO film deposited on nucleation side of free-standing diamond substrates under different heating temperatures (Th) of substrate and working pressures (p) were studied. The structure of the ZnO films tested by X-ray diffraction shows that ZnO film of high c-axis orientation is deposited on the nucleation side of free-standing diamond substrate which is extremely smooth when Th=250 °C and p=0.4 Pa. After annealing at 480 °C in N2 atmosphere, the SEM and the AFM analyses demonstrate that the c-axis orientation of ZnO film is obviously enhanced. The resistivity of ZnO films also increases up to 8×105 Ωcm which is observed by I–V test.  相似文献

A new electron beam control system was developed in a general vacuum electron beam machine by assembling with industrial control computer, programmable logic control (PLC), deflection coil, data acquisition card, power amplifier, etc. In this control system, scanning track and energy distribution of electron beam could be edited off-line, real-time adjusted and controlled on-line. Ti-Mo gradient material (GM) with high temperature resistant was fabricated using the technology of electron beam melting. The melting processes include three steps, such as preheating, melting, and homogenizing. The results show that the GM prepared by melting technology has fine appearance, and it has good integrated interface with the Ti alloy. Mo and Ti elements are gradually distributed in the inter.face of the gradient material. The microstructure close to the Ti alloy base metal is α + β basket-waver grain, and the microstructure close to the GM is a single phase of β solid solution.  相似文献

Temperature dependences of parameters n and E are calculated according to the adsorption equation of Dubinin–Astakhov for methane adsorption on eight active carbons in the range of supercritical temperatures of 170–340 K and pressures of 0–20 MPa. At temperatures above ~240 K, characteristic adsorption energy E of methane grows linearly at an increase in temperature. The temperature coefficients of characteristic energy of methane adsorption on active carbon tend to decrease at an increase in standard characteristic adsorption energy E0. The average value of parameter <n> for the studied adsorbents tends to grow at an increase in standard characteristic adsorption energy E0.  相似文献

In a basic solution containing 10 g/L NaOH, the thickness, morphology and corrosion resistance of anodic coatings formed in solutions without and with additions of Na2SiO3, Na2CO3, Na2B4O7 and Na2SnO3 were separately determined and evaluated. The results show that the electrolytes used above take part in the coating formation and the obtained anodic coatings contain elements from the electrolytes. These electrolytes, especially Na2SiO3 and Na2B4OT, contribute to the film thickness. The coating uniformity obtained by addition of Na2SiO3 is the best, while Na2CO3, Na2B4O7 and Na2SnO3 decrease the number of pores per area on the coatings surface though they worsen the uniformity of the anodic coatings. In addition, the anodic coatings formed in solutions with addition of Na2CO3 or Na2SnO3 exhibit loose and net-like structure. Na2SiO3 and Na2B4O7 can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the anodic coatings while Na2CO3 and Na2SnO3 have minor effects on improving the coating corrosion resistance.  相似文献

The cross-sectional analysis on hydroxyapatite (HA) coating and HA TiO2 composite coating was conducted by using electron probe microanalyser (EPMA). The results reveal that annealing at 650℃ leads to the cracking within the HA coating or along the coating/substrate interface. The ribbon-like regions in HA coating are verified to contain less PO4^4- groups resulted from the high temperature melting of HA particles in plasma flame. From the viewpoint of microstructural observation, it can be concluded that the addition of TiO2 into HA coating can effectively strengthen and toughen the whole coating system with a shift of the well-bonded interface from the THA (top HA) coating/HTBC (HA TiO2 bond coat) interface in the as-sprayed THBC (top HA-HTBC) coating to the HTBC/Ti substrate interface in the heat treated THBC coating. The THA coating bonds well to Ti substrate per-haps via its TiO2 hobnobbing with the Ti oxides formed on the Ti substrate.  相似文献
