利用岩石胶运系统生产矿石的实践探讨

白云铁矿东采场1958年开始采掘,岩石胶运系统于2007年6月投入生产,截止到目前最高排岩能力达625万t/a。随着采场的不断向下延伸,东采场逐渐进入了自然减产期,采场年剥岩量逐渐减少。2016年采场计划剥岩400万t,其中胶运系统排岩392万t,胶运系统实际生产能力远大于年计划排岩量,并呈逐年扩大趋势。经过分析综合考虑,改变东采场的生产组织方式,优化生产工艺,既利用胶运系统富裕的生产能力运输部分矿石至排土场储矿平台,矿石再进行二次倒装到矿石转载台。以降低运输成本,提高胶运系统利用率,实现降本增效的目标,同时为同类矿山管理工作有较大参考意义。     

主采场岩石胶带运输方案研究

文章针对主采场年生产岩石达2000余万t,结合国内外露天开采运输情况,对岩石生产运输现状进行分析,提出主采场岩石胶带运输方案,并进行境界圈定、计划编制、排土场规划及胶带运输系统设计,确定技术可行、经济合理的胶带运输方案。     

建立朱矿铁路排土场立体模型实施模拟优化排土的研究

露天矿排土场空间的合理利用以及采场岩土的合理分流直接影响着露天矿排土运营费用及经济效益。利用计算机对朱家包包铁路排土场建立立体空间模型，按线性规划对采场岩土向排土场进行优化分析，充分利用排土场空间，合理堆置排土，取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。     

排土场边坡堆排设计及稳定性分析

排土场作为露天采场剥离废石的堆放场地。其稳定性设计和分析至关重要,也是边坡工程的核心问题,是露天矿组织生产不可缺少的一项永久性工程。以某铁矿排土场为例,根据工程地质情况,对该排土场进行了堆排设计,然后对该堆排设计进行了边坡稳定性数值模拟分析。模拟结果表明：在浸水状态下,排土场边坡处于稳定状态,说明该排土场堆排设计方案具有一定的可行性和合理性,为露天采场的废石堆排提供了一定的指导依据。     

白云铁矿主采场岩石胶带电力以及控制系统

胶带运输系统是露天矿山进入深部露天开采阶段的主要运输方式,电力及控制系统作为胶带运输系统的重要组成部分,在胶带运输系统中起到至关重要的作用,文章通过对白云鄂博铁矿主采场采用胶带运输所用供电系统以及自动化控制系统进行分析,最终确定主采场岩石胶带运输电力及控制系统的可行性方案。     

探析大型露天钼矿排土场设计

大型露天钼矿开采中,需排弃大量废石。排土场占地面积大,废石的运输和排放费用高。影响排土场设计的主要因素有:排土场场址、排土方式、排土场堆置高度等。排土场场址选择的原则是:排土场总容积应与总剥离量相适应;排土场宜选择在露天采场附近的沟谷、洼地;排土场宜靠近露天采场,使废石的运距最短,运费最省;排土场宜选择在矿区最小风频上风向,减少扬尘污染;排土场应保持良好状态,保证作业安全。行政区划对排土场场址选择有影响。大型露天钼矿常用的排土方式是汽车运输、推土机配合排土和汽车—胶带联合运输、排土机配合排土。低品位矿石堆置时应考虑回采时采装方便,避免形成堰塞湖。排土场和尾矿库共同堆置时,宜将尾矿库布置在排土场上游。     

兰尖铁矿尖山无名沟排土场排岩方案的优化

针对尖山采场排土场容积不够的问题,在对无名沟排土场稳定性分析的基础上,提出了扩大无名沟排土场容积的优化方案,该方案降低了运输成本２１０余万元     

白云铁矿东采场固定公路喷淋系统建造

白云铁矿采场公路是由碎石级配路料修筑,在运矿车和洒水车作业过程中产生大量的扬尘和废气,不仅对人身和环境造成极大的损害,同时洒水车重载下坡也存在安全隐患。文章通过对铁矿固定公路运行情况进行研究分析,建造一套电控采场喷淋系统,完成采场固定公路洒水抑尘工作,实现矿山采场公路安全生产和环保。     

白云铁矿主采场掘沟工程技术研究和创新

本文主要介绍白云铁矿主采场过去掘沟工艺技术所存在的问题及通过对主采场水文地质和逐孔爆破技术的研究实践与总结,大胆对穿孔方式、爆破技术和施工、电铲采掘方式等工艺进行了系统的研究创新。     

排土场渗流场有限元分析法研究

本文根据边坡工程研究的特点，采用有限元分析法对排土场渗流场进行分析，具有自由面渗流场求解采用单元渗透矩阵调整和局部网格移动相结合之方法，并妥善解决了泄水边界溢出点的求算问题。该方法可以同时兼顾其应力场有限元分析，完善了边坡工程研究理论。应用于南芬庙儿沟排土场渗流场分析，取得成功。该方法具有广泛的应用前景。     

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

焦炭热性能指标意义浅析

通过对焦炭在高炉内的历程及其变化规律的剖析,阐述焦炭热性能指标的意义,形象地把焦炭在高炉内的损耗分为三部分(M1,M2,M3)。指出M2对焦比及焦炭价格有一定的指导作用。     

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.     

Quality of life of relatives of mental patients

Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.
