-NCO基硅氧烷底涂剂对聚氨酯密封胶粘接性能的影响 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
采用有机溶剂稀释KSA(-NCO基硅氧烷化合物),并以此作为单组分湿固化聚氨酯(PU)密封胶的玻璃基材底涂剂。采用单因素试验法考察了无底涂剂试样、含传统Z-6040底涂剂试样和含KSA底涂剂试样对PU密封胶与玻璃基材之间粘接性能的影响。结果表明:当KSA底涂剂的固含量为15%、底涂剂与密封胶的涂敷间隔时间为15 min时,含KSA底涂剂的试样比含传统Z-6040底涂剂的试样更能有效提高PU密封胶与玻璃胶接件的综合性能;前者的剥离强度为9.5 N/mm且为内聚破坏,水中浸泡7 d后其剥离强度仅下降32%,4次高低温循环后其剥离强度仍高达4.1 N/mm。 相似文献

在航空工业中的胶接领域,为了降低底胶中含有的大量挥发性有机溶剂(VOC)和铬酸盐,促进了环保型底胶的研发。对于水基底胶、无机底胶以及不合铬酸盐的底胶的胶接耐久性试验表明,一些新型的环保型底胶的性能与传统的溶剂型底胶处于同一水平甚至更好。新型底胶也同样能够提高复合材料的胶接强度和耐久性能,但应该寻找更环保、更简便的方法来获得耐久性的胶接。磷酸阳极化作为铝合金胶接中最好的表面处理方法本身具有很好的耐久性,使用耐久性较好胶粘剂获得耐久胶接是较好的方案之一。 相似文献

通过试验分析了底漆干燥条件、腻子层厚度以及底漆层与腻子层的配套性对水性环氧底漆与不饱和聚酯腻子涂装体系层间附着力的影响。试验证明:当水性环氧底漆干膜厚度为55—65μm时,根据体系配套性恒温60℃烘干2~4h,自然干燥20~22h,刮涂390~450μm腻子层,能够达到良好的层间附着力。 相似文献

The structure of films formed by a multicomponent silane primer applied to an aluminum adherend and the interactions of this primer with an amine-cured epoxy adhesive were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, reflection-absorption infrared spectroscopy, and attenuated total reflectance infrared spectroscopy. The failure in joints prepared from primed adherends occurred extremely close to the adherend surface in a region that contained much interpenetrated primer and epoxy. IR spectra showed evidence of oxidation in the primer. Fracture occurred in a region of interpenetrated primer and adhesive with higher than normal crosslink density. The primer films have a stratified structure that is retained even after curing of the adhesive. 相似文献

Wash primer treatment of galvanized iron (GI) structure is widely used before painting in order to improve adhesion. Traditional wash primer contains zinc tetroxy chromate. Due to hazardous nature of chromate, alternate compounds for chromate replacements have been identified. In recent years polyaniline containing coating has been found to protect GI. In this study, a wash primer based on polyaniline has been formulated and its corrosion protection ability of GI has been compared with that of traditional chromate based wash primer by salt spray and EIS test. It has been found that the polyaniline based wash primer is able to protect GI and its corrosion protection performance is similar to chromate based wash primer coating. 相似文献

A chromate-inhibited primer has been characterized by Doppler broadening energy spectroscopy (DBES), scanning electron microscopy
(SEM), and Raman spectroscopy. The S-parameter obtained by DBES exhibited a three-layer depth profile, which is attributed
to the presence of a “skin” layer in the polymer matrix of the primer and a concentration gradient in the inorganic phases
distributed through the primer. The primer was also examined by DBES following immersion in solution. The change observed
in the S-parameter upon immersion indicated water filling the molecular free volumes in the primer. The ability to monitor
the depth of water uptake as a function of immersion time illustrates that the primer does not need to be fully saturated

The copolymers of vinyl imidazole (VI) and vinyl trimethoxy silane (VTS) were applied as the corrosion inhibitors and the adhesion promoters for the polyimide/copper system at elevated temperatures. The mol ratios of VI to VTS were 100 : 0, 70 : 30, 30 : 70, and 0 : 100. Preoxidation of the primer was performed to improve the reactivity of the primer on poly(amic acid). A peel test was performed to evaluate the adhesion strength of the polyimide/primer/copper system after heat treatment at 400°C in a nitrogen atmosphere. The effect of the preoxidation of the primer on corrosion protection and adhesion promotion were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The adhesion strength of the polyimide/primer/copper system depended on not only the chemical interaction between polyimide and the preoxidized primer, but also the thermal stability of the primer. It showed the highest value when the mol ratio of VI to VTS was 30 : 70. The primer layer reduced or suppressed copper diffusion into the polyimide layer.
