Experimental densities, viscosities and heat capacities at different temperatures were presented over the entire range of mole fraction for the binary mixture of p-xylene and acetic acid. Density values were used in the determination of excess molar volumes, VE. At the same time, the excess viscosity and excess molar heat capacities were calculated. The values of VE, ηE and cpE were fitted to the Redlich-Kister equation. Good agreements were observed. The excess molar volumes are positive with a large maximum value located in the central concentration range. The excess viscosity has an opposite trend to the excess molar volume VE. ηE values are negative over the entire range of the mixture. The cure of dependence of cpE on concentration has a special shape. The molecular interaction between p-xylene and acetic acid is discussed.  相似文献

A new apparatus was designed with a thick-walled glass capillary, electric heater tube with red copper and heat preservation. The thick-walled glass capillary was used for its advantages of resistance to acid corrosion and pressure, and ease of observation. The experimental densities over the entire range of mole fraction for the binary mixture of p-xylene+acetic acid and o-xylene+acetic acid were measured using the new apparatus at temperatures ranging from 313.15K to 473.15K and pressure ranging from 0.20 to 2,0 MPa. The density values were used in the determination of excess molar volumes, W. The Redlich-Kister equation was used to fit the excess molar volume values, and the coefficients and estimate ot the standard error values were presented. The experimental resuits prove that the density measurement apparatus is successful.  相似文献

Densities and viscosities of the binary systems of sulfolane + ethylbenzene, sulfolane + p-xylene have been experimentally determined in temperature interval 303.15—353.15 K and at atmospheric pressure for the whole composition range. The excess molar volumes and viscosity deviations were computed. The computed quantities have been fitted to Redlich-Kister equation. Excess molar volumes and viscosity deviation show a systematic change with increasing temperature. Two mixtures exhibit negative excess volumes with a minimum which occurs approximately at χ = 0.5. The effect of the size, shape and interaction of components on excess molar volumes and viscosity deviations is discussed.  相似文献

The present work is focusing on the synthesization and physico-chemical properties of Jatropha curcas biodiesel with diesel and alcohols.The densities of binary diesel (2)+1-alkanols (C_3 or C_4)(3) and ternary Jatropha curcas biodiesel (1)+diesel (2)+1-alkanols (C_3or C_4)(3) blends have been reported over full range of composition at temperatures within range 288.15 to 313.15 K.Also densities of Jatropha curcas biodiesel (1)+diesel or 1-alkanols (C_3 or C_4)(2) blends have been measured at 313.15 K.Excess molar volumes,V~E,V~E_(123)of binary and ternary blends were calculated from the measured data and the derived properties were correlated to composition using Redlich–Kister equation.A reasonable agreement was found between the measured and estimated values.Further,densities and excess molar volumes data were reasoned to discuss molecular interactions taking into consideration effect of composition and temperature.  相似文献

Excess molar volumes (Vm^E) of binary mixtures of 2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol[CH3C(OH)(CH3)CHCH2] with four 1-alcohols:methanol,ethanol,1-propanol and 1-butanol at 298.15K and atmospheric pressure are derived from density measurements with a vibrating-tube densimeter.All the excess volumes are negative in the systems over the entire composition range. Speed of sound data for butyl acetate+benzene, or toluene, or o-xylene, or m-xylene, or p-xylene binary mixtures have been measured over the entire range of mole fraction at 308.15 K. The excess isentropic compressibilities ( Ks^E ) were computed from speed of sound and density data, derived from molar excess volume data. The Ks^E values were analyzed by using graph theoretical approach. The Ks^E values evaluated by graph theory compared reasonably well with their corresponding experimental values. The Ks^E data were also expressed in terms of Redlich-Kister polynomial equation to derive the coefficients and the standard deviation.  相似文献

The irreversibility due to laminar forced convection in the entrance region of a duct was studied by means of numerical simulation. Local entropy generation distributions and total entropy generation were obtained based on the entropy generation equation. The effect of Reynolds number on the irreversibility was studied for constant wall temperature and heat flux. The results showed that the irreversibility in the entrance region was different from that in the fully developed region. Reynolds number had a strong effect on the irreversibility in the entrance region. The entropy generation caused by temperature difference was relatively dominant over that caused by viscous flow. The irreversibility at constant wall temperature was different from that at constant wall heat flux.  相似文献

Density, ρ, ultrasonic speed, u, and viscosity, η, of binary mixtures of 2-methyl-2-propanol (2M2P) with acetonitrile (AN), propionitrile (PN) and butyronitrile (BN) including those of pure liquids are measured over the entire composition range at temperatures 298.15, 303.15 and 308.15 K. From these experimental data, the excess available volume, E a V , excess free volume, E f V , excess isothermal compressibility, E T β , excess thermal expansion coefficient, E α , and excess internal pressure, E i π , are calculated. The variation of these properties with composition and temperature are discussed in terms of molecular interactions between unlike molecules of the mixtures. It is found that the values of E a V , E f V , E T β and E α are positive and those of E i π are negative for all the mixtures at each temperature studied, indicating the presence of weak interactions between 2M2P and AN/PN/BN molecules. The variations of E a V , E f V , E T β , E α and E i π values with composition indicate that the interactions in these mixtures follow the order: ANPNBN, i.e., the 2M2P-nitrile interaction decreases with the increase of alkyl chain length in these nitrile molecules. In addition, the theoretical ultrasonic velocity is calculated using the scaled particle theory and compared with the experimental values.  相似文献

常压下测定了乙酸乙酯-异丙醇二元混合液在293.15—318.15 K下的密度和折光率,建立了该二元混合液密度与组成和温度关系的计算方程。计算了过量摩尔体积、折光率偏差,分别用Redlich-Kister方程进行了关联。过量摩尔体积在全摩尔分数范围内为正值,而折光率偏差为负值,且均随温度升高而偏差增大。利用Lorentz-Lorenz关系式计算了二元体系的摩尔折光率和摩尔折光率偏差,偏差亦随温度升高而增大。  相似文献

测定了醋酸水二元体系常压下在298.15—363.15K时的密度和粘度数据,由密度数据计算出超额体积VE的值,并用Redlich Kister方程进行了回归;同时对粘度的数据也按超额性质的方法进行了处理,求出了不同温度不同组成下的ηE值。数据处理过程中发现,ηE/(x1x2)随组成没有变化,在不同温度下为一常数,根据这一特殊现象,建立了由纯物质的粘度数据来计算醋酸水体系在任意温度和组成下的粘度数据,并把所得粘度的计算值和实验值进行比较,120个数据点的平均相对误差为1.1%,结果比较满意。  相似文献

常压下测定了乙酸乙酯和异丙醇二元系在298.15~323.15 K下的黏度和表面张力,计算了黏度偏差、过量流动活化自由能和表面张力偏差,采用Redlich-Kister方程进行了关联。结果表明,黏度偏差、过量流动活化自由能和表面张力偏差均为负值,且显示了相同的变化趋势,随温度降低而偏差增大。利用表面张力数据进一步考察了混合液表面熵和表面焓,并基于扩展的Langmuir模型,计算了异丙醇的疏液性β及其表面组成。β值表明异丙醇对表面有更大的亲和力,其表面组成始终高于在溶液本体中的组成。  相似文献

Intradiffusion coefficients of acetylacetone (AcAc) and DMF/DMSO/benzene in binary systems over the entire concentration range at 303.15 K were determined by 1H diffusion-order spectroscopy (DOSY) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)method based pulse field gradient (PFG). The densities and viscosities of the above three binary systemsat 303.15 Kwere also studied andemployed to calculate the excessmolar volumes (VE) and deviations in viscosity (Δη). Besides, experiments were carried out at 333.15 K for the systemof AcAc+DMF. The solvent and temperature effect upon the difference in D between enol and keto tautomers, the tautomeric equilibrium and excess properties (VE and Δη) were discussed as well. Isotherms of VE as a function of mole fraction of AcAc (x1) show positive deviations in benzene but negative deviations in DMF and DMSO, whereas isotherms of Δη as a function of x1 record positive deviations in DMF but negative in benzene and DMSO. VE values show more negative and Δη values are less positive in the system of AcAc + DMF at 333.15 K compared to 303.15 K. The VE and Δη were fitted to a Redlich-Kister type equation and the measured results were interpreted concerning molecular interactions in the solutions.  相似文献

主要介绍了3-羟基丁酸乙酯合成过程中的相关物系的物性测定.在常压下采用U形振动管密度计测定了巴豆酸乙酯与乙醇的混合液在293.15~343.15 K下的密度,用乌氏粘度计测定了此混合溶液在293.15~343.15 K下的粘度,并由密度数据计算出超额体积V E、由粘度数据计算出了不同温度和组成下的混合粘度的变化Δη,V E和Δη这些值均为负值.同时对不同温度下的超额体积与组成的关系,粘度变化与组成的关系分别用Redlich-Kister方程进行了关联,最大标准偏差小于5%;说明此方程可适用于回归两相体系中上述的物性数据.  相似文献

Densities (ρ) and dynamic viscosities (η) for three binary mixtures of n-decane with 1-pentanol, 1-hexanol and 1-heptanol are presented at temperatures from 293.15 to 363.15 K and atmospheric pressure over the entire composition range. The density and viscosity are measured using a vibrating tube densimeter and a cylindrical Couette type rotating viscometer, respectively. Excess molar volumes (VE), viscosity deviations (Δη) and excess Gibbs energy of activation of viscous flow (ΔG*E) are calculated from the experimental measurements. Intermo-lecular and structural interactions are indicated by the sign and magnitude of these properties. Partial molar vol-umes and infinity dilution molar partial volumes are also calculated for each binary system. These results are correlated using Redlich–Kister type equations.  相似文献
