在超塑性成型/扩散焊接(SPF/DB)联合工艺生产的零部件中,绝大多数是由Ti-6Al-4V制造的。这一材料的缺点是使用温度低且SPB/DB温度高。具有较镐工作温度的近α钛合金及含钛-铝金属间化合物(TiAl或Ti3Al)的钛合金材料正肥到越来越广泛的重视。β相转变温度对钛合金的使用温度及SPF/DB温度有很大影响。本文以Ti-6Al-4V为基础,比较了其它几种新型钛合金的SPF/DB行为。其中包  相似文献

利用Gleeble-1500热/力模拟试验机,研究了LF6铝合金的扩散焊工艺,通过对焊接温度、压力、时间的调整和选用不同的料前处理方法,确定了最佳的扩散规范,研究结果表明:在一定的温度和时间范围内,LF65铝合金扩散焊接头的剪切哟度随焊接温度和时间的增加而提高;化学浸蚀法比机械打磨法能更有效的去除铝合金表面的氧化膜;在现有试验条件下,得到LF6铝合金扩散焊的最佳规范参数,搭接试扩散焊接头的剪切强度  相似文献

发现微量Mg,Cr和Co元素对Monel K-500型的高温塑性具有明显的改善作用,实验合金在高温下表现出一定的超塑性。测定了超塑性的应变速率敏感指数m值和形变激活能,发现合金在超塑性变形时激活艰较低,超塑性变形可能是一个扩散所控制的过程。  相似文献

The superplasticity of Ti_3Al intermetallic compounds has been investigated in this paper.TheTi-14Al-21Nb ternary alloy showed 477% elongation at the strain rate of 1.49×10~(-5) s~(-1) and950℃.The elongation of Ti-14Al-21 Nb-3Mo-1V quinary alloy approached to 573% at the strainrate of 4.52×10~(-5) s~(-1) and the same temperature,and it was found that the elongation value in-creased to 1096.4%as temperature was raised up to 980℃ at the same strain rate.Ti_3Al base al-loys were bonded by diffusion bonding technology and good joints were created,the simulatedspecimens were performed by SPF/DB process.  相似文献

目的 研究TA15/Ti2AlNb异种合金四层空心舵翼件成形/扩散连接工艺,获得合理的工艺参数,掌握塑性变形和扩散连接规律,推动异种合金轻量化中空结构件的应用。方法 采用MSC.Marc有限元仿真了TA15/Ti2AlNb异种合金四层空心舵翼超塑成形/扩散连接工艺过程,根据2种材料的高温变形规律优化出气压加载曲线,开展了空心舵翼的超塑成形/扩散连接实验研究,测试了舵翼的壁厚分布,分析了焊缝的金相组织。结果 成功制备了TA15芯板直立筋良好、三角区宽度仅1.1 mm的四层空心舵翼,面板最大减薄率为20.0%,芯板最大减薄率为54.2%,芯板与面板之间扩散连接区域的焊合率为46.8%~98.6%。结论 超塑成形/扩散连接工艺可制造TA15/Ti2AlNb异种合金空心结构,2种合金高温流动应力的显著差别避免了表面沟槽缺陷,但当整形压力和保压时间不足时,四层结构内各处扩散连接焊合率存在不稳定性。  相似文献

Ageing of Al-6Mg alloy doped with varying concentration of scandium ranging from 0.2 wt% to 0.6 wt% has been carried out. Cold-rolled alloy samples are isochronally aged for 60 minutes at different temperatures. The cast and hot-rolled samples are also aged isochronally for 90 minutes at different temperatures up to 450°C. Isothermal ageing of cold-rolled samples is conducted at various temperatures for different periods of time ranging from 30 to 480 minutes. Hardness values of the differently processed alloys have been measured to understand the ageing behavior of Al-6Mg alloy with scandium addition. The hot-rolled alloys after ageing do not show any hardening response due to ageing. Ageing of cold-rolled alloys envisaged precipitation of Al3Sc which is not noted to be dislocation induced. The kinetics of precipitation of Al3Sc in Al-6Mg-Sc alloys are found to be controlled by the diffusion of scandium in aluminum.  相似文献

采用快速甩带技术制备了7组(Al-33.3Cu-6.0Mg)-xNi(x=0,0.5,1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0,质量分数/%)急冷箔状钎料,分别对化学镀Ni-P合金前后的SiCp/A356复合材料进行真空扩散钎焊。通过剪切实验对钎焊接头的抗剪强度进行测定,并利用扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法对接头微观组织进行观察和分析。结果表明,当向Al-33.3Cu-6.0Mg钎料合金中添加不同含量的Ni时,其急冷钎料的固-液相线(504~522℃)变化较小;当w(Ni)=3%且在570℃、保温30min的钎焊工艺下,A356基体/钎料两界面间发生适当的互扩散和溶解现象(585℃时出现溶蚀缺欠),且部分钎料/SiC颗粒的接触界面发生Mg参与的化学反应,接头抗剪强度达到64.97 MPa;而在同种钎焊工艺下,对于化学镀Ni-P合金镀层后的SiCp/A356复合材料,其接头处A356基体/Ni-P合金镀层/钎料等接触界面易于形成富含Al、Ni的致密反应层,接头连接质量显著提高,且w(Ni)=4%时,接头抗剪强度达到79.96 MPa。  相似文献

Mg-6Al镁合金具有较好的铸造性能和力学性能,目前鲜见单一稀土元素对其腐蚀性能影响的报道。通过合金制备、微观组织分析和耐蚀性测试等方法研究了稀土Gd添加量对Mg-6Al镁合金微观组织和耐蚀性能的影响。OM、SEM、EDS、XRD分析结果表明,稀土Gd的添加改善并细化了Mg-6Al合金的铸态组织,形成杆状或块状的Al2Gd新相;动电位极化、浸泡试验等测试结果表明Gd的添加显著提高了Mg-6Al合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,Mg-6Al-2%Gd镁合金的腐蚀速度最小,为0.83 mm/a,且腐蚀后组织较为致密,腐蚀产物和腐蚀坑均变小,Mg-6Al-x Gd合金的腐蚀产物主要为Mg(OH)2。  相似文献

The effects of fibre/matrix interface strength and thermal residual stresses on the mechanical properties of a silicon carbide/titanium composite were investigated. A 3-ply [0/90/0] composite was subjected to a simulated superplastic forming/diffusion bonding (SPF/DB) temperature cycle which changed fibre/matrix interfacial strength and thermal residual stresses in the composite. The [0/90/0] composite subjected to the SPF/DB process showed a 25% decrease in ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and a 30% decrease in failure strain compared to the as-fabricated (ASF) material. The fatigue life for the SPF/DB specimens was approximately 50% lower than the ASF specimens. The fracture surface of the ASF specimens was very irregular accompanied by substantial fibre pull-out as compared to the planar fracture surface of the SPF/DB cycled specimens that showed negligible fibre pull-out. The large changes in the tensile strength and fatigue life due to the SPF/DB cycle are explained by a difference in the failure mechanisms occurring as a result of the SPF/DB-induced changes in the strength of the fibre/matrix interface and higher thermal residual stresses. Unreinforced titanium was also tested to study the effect of the SPF/DB cycle on the matrix static properties. Fibres were etched from the composite and then individually tested for modulus and strength. Finally, a microscopic examination of the fibre/matrix interface was performed to study the effects of the SPF/DB cycle on the interface.  相似文献

本文主要介绍了不同Ca含量以及合金元素Mg、Si对于Al—Ca二元合金微观组织的影响.同时运用了X射线衍射、金相观察等分析测试方法对合金的微观组织进行了定性分析。结果表明,合金中共晶相随Ca含量的增加而逐渐增加,当Ca含量为8wt.%时全部转变为共晶组织.当Ca含量达到11%时,合金中出初生Al4Ca相。在Al-8Ca合金中加入Si元素后,组织中出现随机分布的规则多边形Al2CaSi2相;当加入6%Mg元素后合金组织未发生较大改变,仍由共晶α—Al及Al4Ca两相所组成,Mg元素以固溶的形式分布在共晶基体当中。  相似文献

Corrosion inhibition of Al and Al-3.5Mg alloy by organic compounds, namely chalcones in hydrochloric acid solutions has been investigated by rapid polarization technique and weight loss method. Polarization measurements show that, the inhibitors act cathodically both in case of Al and Al-3.5Mg alloy. It was found from the weight loss measurements that, the inhibition efficiency depends on the substituent in the chalcone compound. The relative inhibitive efficiency of these compounds has been explained on the basis of structure dependent electron donor properties of the inhibitors and the metal inhibitor interaction on the surface. The inhibition efficiency ranges from 16 to 64% for Al and from 30% to 91% for Al-3.5Mg alloy  相似文献
