一种谐振式微加速度计的设计 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
提出一种基于谐振原理、电容检测的微型加速度计。通过外加加速度使质量块经杠杆将力放大施加到谐振器上,改变谐振梁上的轴向应力,从而改变谐振梁的振动频率。研究表明这种加速度计的测量范围达66 g。同时采用有限元法进行了仿真模拟,结果显示传感器灵敏度约18 Hz/g,工作模态固有频率为625.981 kHz。 相似文献

基于SOI硅片,设计了一种新型平面内振动高g值压阻式加速度计。该加速度计包括X轴向与Y轴向单元,采用三梁一扇形质量决平板内振动结构,与传统的平面外振动结构相比较,该结构具有较高的谐振频率与灵敏度。采用两两相对的单元布局方式,可有效的消除横向灵敏度的影响,提高结构的测量精度。建立理论模型并利用ANSYS软件对结构进行模拟分析与验证。分析表明,加速度计在X轴向、Y轴向灵敏度分别为1.2μv/g、1.18μv/g;谐振频率分别为479KHz、475KHz。可实现对量程高达25万g加速度的测量。 相似文献

石英振梁加速度计(QVBA)具有检测精度高、准数字输出的特点,灵敏度是影响其性能的一个重要指标参数。针对现有石英振梁加速度计灵敏度低的问题,设计了一种高灵敏度石英振梁加速度计。它采用在石英摆片上下位置施加一对限位片,既可对石英摆片的最大位移量进行限制以提高器件的抗冲击性能,又可增加石英摆片振动过程中的阻尼力以提高器件的抗振动性能,降低了加速度计一阶模态谐振频率的限制条件,有效提高了加速度计的灵敏度。最后依据加速度计的结构特点设计出了相应的工艺制作方案,并加工出了差分结构的加速度计样机,经测试其灵敏度为65.74Hz/g,10min零位稳定性为15.8μg。 相似文献

The sensing fibre of the Lorentzian force-type fibre-optic magnetic sensor is shown to behave as a clamped-clamped vibrating beam with a static deflection. Amplitude stability improvement of CW submiltimeter wave lasers with phase modulated optical pumping
An experimentally measured reduction of 4:1 in the amplitude fluctuation of an optically pumped CW-submillimeter wave laser was achieved using a mirror, vibrating at audio frequencies, to decouple the pump beam reflected back to a CO2 pump laser. An expression is derived for the peak frequency deviation of the pump laser due to a phase modulated feedback signal. 相似文献

分析比较了薄片式挠弹性器件自振频率测量的不同方法,进而提出了应用漫反射激光三角法实现对薄片式挠弹性器件进行非接触瞬态激励测量。该方法利用漫反射激光三角法测量摆动部分位移,避免了测量过程中位移与转动的干涉。测量采用瞬态激励效应来避免传统采用共振法测量频率时引入的外界干扰;根据测量信号特点,采用了最大似然法对测量模型求解。实际结果表明,标准测试状态下,瞬态激励法的测量精度比常规静态测量法提高约50倍,达到0.006Hz。 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the influence of time varying mechanical stress on the electrical properties of p-n junctions. A strain generator based upon a vibrating cantilever beam is described. Data obtained on silicon junctions are presented and compared to a theoretical model for the effects. The results indicate that the major effect of mechanical strain is to change the energy band structure of the semiconductor. 相似文献

A change in the RF frequency driving an acoustooptic modulator causes a change in the deflection of the diffracted light beam. It is found that for a certain angle of incidence upon multiple transducer acoustooptic modulators one can obtain diffracted beams which show no change in deflection for a change in acoustic frequency. However, the change in acoustic frequency is imparted to the optical beam. This effect occurs over an RF frequency band centered about the Bragg frequency. Formulas for shifts of gyrotron autooscillation frequency due to change of electron beam parameters are presented. The frequency shifts can be commensurable with the frequency band of the beam-unloaded cavity. The autooscillation frequency is most sensitive to the change of the magnetic field, less to the change of the anode voltage and least to the the change of the beam voltage.
