为解决风能发电中的弃风问题和降低CO2的排放,提出了火电、风电与抽水蓄能电站联合运行成本效益分析模型。仿真计算结果表明,利用抽水蓄能电站替代火电厂作为风能发电的备用服务,可吸纳未被利用的风能、减少燃煤机组的使用、增加电网吸纳风电的能力、降低CO2的排放量,具有显著的环境效益。以仿真结果为目标值,对火电、风电与抽水蓄能电站联合运行成本效益分析模型进行敏感性分析发现,风电并网量是CO2减排和电网购电利润减少的敏感性因素。 相似文献

The possibility of the use of pumped-storage power plants (PSPPs) as energy storages in standalone power plants for alternative sources of energy is considered. A method and software for calculating the parameters of PSPPs are developed. A comparative study of the energy characteristics of PSPPs and electrochemical accumulator batteries (ABs) is conducted. It is shown that, despite small amounts of stored energy per unit of weight in terms of economic characteristics, PSPPs are not inferior to the best electrochemical ABs. It has been found that the optimum height of water (in the head tank), at which minimum values of stored energy are reached, is 20 m. With a tolerable variation from the optimum within the range ±15%, water lifting can vary from 10 to 30 m. It is shown that PSPPs can be used as energy accumulators in stand-alone power plants. 相似文献

目的 为了引导广东电网在“十四五”期间有序开展数字化建设,实现广东电网数字化可持续发展,并有效支撑广东电网公司发展战略落地,提出了电网企业数字化规划的方法和建议性的数字化发展思路。 方法 确保规划方法和思路的符合电网企业的发展实际,提出规划思路要坚持战略导向、立足现实和创新驱动,并按照电网企业的整体的经营战略,通盘考虑电网公司各业务的发展化需求,制定整体的数字化战略,统一规划,分步实施,即:企业发展战略确定数字化战略规划,通过数字化战略规划确定数字化技术架构。 结果 根据该方法,剖析了电网业务的痛点和电网企业数字化建设的缺陷与不足,分析了电网企业数字化发展的动力和需求,提出了电网企业数字化发展目标、路径,设计了电网企业数字化发展蓝图,提出了应用架构和技术架构。 结论 所提出的电网企业数字化发展规划思路具有一定的科学性和可行性,可为广东电网公司“十四五”数字化建设提供指导。 相似文献

Competitive structure of power markets causes various challenges for wind resources to participate in these markets. Indeed, production uncertainty is the main cause of their low income. Thus, they are usually supported by system operators, which is in contrast with the competitive paradigm of power markets. In this paper, a new strategy for increasing the profits of wind resources is proposed. In the suggested strategy, a Generation Company (GenCo), who owns both wind and pumped-storage plants, self-schedules the integrated operation of them regarding the uncertainty of wind power generation. For presenting an integrated self-schedule and obtaining a real added value of the strategy, participation of the GenCo in energy and ancillary service markets is modeled. The self-scheduling strategy is based on stochastic programming techniques. Outputs of the problem include generation offers in day-ahead energy market and ancillary service markets, including spinning and regulation reserve markets. A Neural Network (NN) based technique is used for modeling the uncertainty of wind power production. The proposed strategy is tested on a real wind farm in mainland, Spain. Moreover, added value of the strategy is presented in different conditions of the market. 相似文献
