本文以CD-40润滑油和CD-40在用润滑油为研究对象,通过使用某型油料发射光谱仪分析不同比例的两种润滑油油样,分析了实验数据的线性关系,研究了油料发射光谱仪测量油液中金属Fe元素浓度值的不确定度,并根据各标准不确定度分量得到了测量结果的扩展不确定度:U95=0.61;Veff=6。  相似文献

论文对含逆向物流的维修供应链运作方案进行了研究,方案一为仅使用可再用的零配件,方案二为新配件和可再用的零配件混合使用,研究表明:当废旧产品的单位回收价格和废旧产品残余的单位回购价格确定的情况下,执行方案二收益更高.若降低维修中心对废旧产品的单位回收价格,适当提高制造商和供应商对废旧产品残余的单位回购价格,则可提高售后服务水平达到供应链的整体最优.  相似文献

目的研究了油料的包装技术,以实现其安全可靠的空中投送。方法从立体投送油料的军事效益出发,阐述立体快速投送油料的重要性。研究分析油料包装对飞机操控稳定性影响、与投送平台的适配性、防泄漏要求、强度要求和极限情况下的特殊要求等5个方面在设计中应该考虑的关键因素。结果从包装密封性、形状设计、耐油性和系留固定等4个方面提出了立体投送油料包装技术的设计实现方法,并提出了解除油料包装的技术方法,以提高油料包装重复利用的效率。结论实现了油料的立体投送,并得到了应用。  相似文献

目的为满足当前军械应急维修保障需要,提升部队战斗力,研制一种新型的军械应急备件箱。方法通过部队调研得出军械应急备件箱的基本设计要求,运用机械原理和电子技术,重点从结构、功能和材料方面考虑,设计军械应急备件箱的技术方案。结果针对新研制的军械应急备件箱,分别进行了携运行能力、备件取用测试,测试结果表明军械应急备件箱携运行能力和备件取用便捷性均优于现有的备件箱。军械应急备件箱全箱采用了全封闭式结构,并分别在5,7,9,11 mm/min的降雨强度下进行了防水测试,均能保证备件盒内不渗水,说明该箱完全适用于在全天候条件下使用。结论经过试用认为,军械应急备件箱的研制弥补了现行部队军械维修时备件供应不精准且不便携行的缺陷,构建了合理的军械维修体系。  相似文献

In the classical approach to determine how many spare parts to stock, the spare parts shortage costs or the minimum fill rate is a key factor. A difficulty with this approach lies in the estimation of these shortage costs or the determination of appropriate minimum fill rates. In an attempt to overcome this problem, we propose to use the data gathered in reliability centered maintenance (RCM) studies to determine shortage costs. We discuss the benefits of this approach. At the same time, the approach gives rise to complications, as the RCM study determines downtime costs of the underlying equipment, which have a complex relation with the shortage cost for spare parts in case multiple pieces of equipment have different downtime costs. A further complication is redundancy in the equipment. We develop a framework that enables the modeling of these more complicated systems. Based on the framework, we propose an approximative, analytic method that can be used to determine minimum stock quantities in case of redundancy and multiple systems. In a quantitative study we show that the method performs well. Moreover, we show that including redundancy information in the stocking decision gives significant cost benefits.  相似文献

Organizations that utilize fleets of expensive repairable equipment are faced with numerous challenges related to the specification of maintenance policies and the allocation of maintenance resources. The associated maintenance decisions can have a drastic impact on fleet performance. Due to the significant acquisition costs associated with the components that comprise the units of equipment in the fleet, cannibalization is often used in the absence of available spare parts to enable fleet maintenance managers to satisfy fleet performance constraints such as readiness requirements. This research is focused on the development and analysis of a closed‐network, discrete‐event simulation model that is used to assess the impacts of cannibalization, small spare parts inventories and maintenance‐induced damage on a fleet of systems. Using numerical examples, we demonstrate the comparison between cannibalization and the investment in limited spare parts inventories. We evaluate fleet performance using average readiness and total maintenance cost. Specifically, we demonstrate that investments in spare parts inventories can reduce the need for and value of cannibalization. However, our results also support the use of cannibalization as a low‐cost alternative to investing in expensive spare parts. We also explore the impact of damage induced by maintenance on fleet performance. Specifically, we demonstrate that maintenance‐induced damage can reduce the benefit of cannibalization while drastically increasing maintenance expenditures. A method is given for incorporating the effects of built-in test (BIT) into the life cycle cost of a given electronic system. A cost model is derived that captures the savings achieved by BIT through reducing the maintenance times, complexity of external test equipment, personnel skill levels, amount of spare parts, and the need for preventive maintenance. The model also includes such design considerations as false alarms, diagnostic errors, undetected faults, BIT hardware failures, and diagnostic ambiguity.  相似文献

由于设备系统的复杂性、设备故障的随机性,备件的需求难以准确确定,相关费用也难以做出准确评估,从而使得备件这一类库存控制问题变得相当复杂.基于备件的需求量与设备使用周期密切相关这一关键点,从设备的整个使用周期入手,结合设备的使用情况,在备件需求率随时间变化的情况下,对备件库存控制问题进行了研究,建立了在设备整个使用周期内使备件总订货成本和存储费用最低的数学模型,给出了备件最佳订货次数、订货时间和订货批量的计算公式.最后给出了一个算例以证明模型的实用性.  相似文献

利用设备健康状态信息预测剩余使用寿命,并进行维修和备件订购决策以达到降低设备检修成本和备件成本的目的。针对单部件系统提出基于剩余寿命预测的维修与备件订购联合策略,其中维修决策遵循控制限原则,即根据系统退化量判断是预防性更换还是故障更换,同时基于历史退化信息预测系统剩余寿命,引入订货阈值判断是否订货。通过分析更换时刻备件状态确定所有可能更新事件,推导各事件发生概率进而计算各事件更新成本和更新长度,采用更新报酬理论构建最小化单位时间内期望费用的联合策略模型,设计离散事件仿真算法求解模型。最后,通过实例验证模型和算法,得到最小的单位时间内期望费用14.656 3,最优预防性更换阈值8,最优订货阈值1 000。  相似文献

This paper reviews the literature on additive manufacturing (AM) technologies and equipment, and spare parts classification criteria to propose a systematic process for selecting spare parts which are suitable for AM. This systematic process identifies criteria that can be used to select spare parts that are suitable for AM. The review found that there is limited research that addresses identifying processes for spare parts selection for AM, even though companies have identified this to be a key challenge in adopting AM. Seven areas for future research are identified relating to the methodology of spare parts selection for AM, processes for cross-functional integration in selecting spare parts for AM, broadening the spare parts portfolio that is suitable for AM (by considering usage of AM in conjunction with conventional technologies), and potential impact of AM on product modularity and integrality.  相似文献
