A new equation is proposed to calculate the superconducting transition temperature using the dependences obtained earlier for the defect formation energy and based on relaxed velocities and frequencies of elastic vibrations. The kinetic energy of elastic waves is shown to be related to ionization potentials I of simple substance atoms. The concept of an electron??phonon interaction is used to propose a possible superconductivity mechanism, which is called endoelectron emission. The values of T c are estimated for substances subjected to various types of a physical action (pressure, deformation, melt quenching, thin films). The calculated results agree satisfactorily with experimental data. The maximum values of T c are predicted using the calculation results.  相似文献

Summary X-ray structural and microstructural methods have confirmed the presence of a continuous solid solution in the MoSi2-ReSi2 system and it has been found that there is unlimited mutual solubility of disilicides in the systems WSi2-ReSi2 and MoSi2-WSi2in-ReSi2. In the ternary systems MoSi2-WSi2-MeSi2, where Me=Ti, V, Nb, Ta or Cr, limited solutions are formed.  相似文献
