针对中煤产率和灰分偏低的问题,邯郸洗煤厂对炼焦中煤深度解离再选技术进行了研究和探讨,提出了中煤再选技术的方案。生产实践表明,中煤再选技术实现了煤与矿物质的有效分离,最大限度的回收了优质炼焦煤资源,对保护国家稀缺煤种资源具有重要意义。 相似文献

为缓解我国炼焦用煤资源短缺问题,提高煤炭利用效率,以淮北选煤厂重介选中煤为研究对象,对炼焦中煤的矿物学特性进行了研究.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分别对煤样的物相组成和不同密度级煤样的矿物嵌布特征进行了分析,以确定合理的破碎粒度,并分析了破碎产物的解离程度.结果表明:炼焦中煤中的矿物质以黏土类矿物质为主;扫描电镜对破碎产物解离程度的分析表明,将煤样破碎至-0.5 mm可达到较好的解离效果,通过分步释放浮选试验得到产率22.05%、灰分12.93%的精煤. 相似文献

对我国炼焦煤资源的储存和利用现状进行了论述,从炼焦中煤中分选出质量合格的精煤,最大效益的利用现有资源的趋势势在必行。从煤质特征,磨矿及其预处理和分选方法等方面介绍了我国炼焦煤分选中煤的磨矿再选研究现状,比较了各分选方法的优缺点。中煤中的矿物质主要为黏土类矿物,多以粒度为5~-30μm的颗粒散布在有机组分中。适宜的磨矿预处理不仅促进中煤中矿物质和有机组分之间的解离,而且有利于降低精煤灰分。在精煤产率相对较低的前提下,粗磨矿具有磨矿能耗低、药剂消耗低、有效避免过破磨、工艺简单等优点;虽然深度磨矿精煤回收率高,但其往往带来巨大的能耗、药耗以及其他缺点。综合考虑各因素,认为预处理-粗磨-粗精选是回收炼焦中煤有效可行的途径之一。 相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。 相似文献
