针对国内各大测井公司大多使用进口测井防爆撬来完成海洋平台作业生产,不仅用户采购成本昂贵,而且后期维护成本高等问题,研制了分体式测井防爆撬。该设备用三分体式防撞架结构,绞车系统可快速吊装,各个撬体分别吊装,在作业过程中可根据不同井场环境灵活摆放。该设备采用正压防爆技术进行防爆处理。各撬之间的电、气、液管线采用快速接头链接,方便安装、拆卸。液压传动系统采用了闭式液压原理,无极调速,减少了动力损耗并降低噪音,不但提高了工作效率而且大大降低了设备采购成本及后期的维护成本。试验证明,该设备各项技术指标均达到了设计要求,并且顺利通过了中国船级社天津分社的CCS认证检验。 相似文献

大豆预处理车间的粉尘分为干式粉尘和湿式粉尘。粉尘易引起设备故障和车间污染,在限定空间和条件下会发生粉尘阴燃、起火甚至爆炸,给安全生产带来隐患。针对这些问题,根据大豆预处理工艺和设备的特点设计除尘风网和工艺风网。对大豆预处理车间的除尘风网和工艺风网进行了介绍。为减少含尘气体排放,除尘风网采取循环风设计,对可能出现阴燃、起火的溜管、弯头、设备的下料接管积尘处,以及可能出现粉尘爆炸的筒仓进行防燃、防爆和抑爆处理。通过对4 000 t/d 大豆压榨厂含尘气体排放实测表明,预处理车间的风网运行稳定,实现了安全和清洁生产。 相似文献

Capacity Increase of Starch Centrifuges by means of Siphon Drum. The operating method of a centrifuge drum with rotation siphons is described as the thus possible increase of filtration output. In addition, the use of the siphon drum when centrifuging maize starch are commented on. Due to the rotation siphon at the centrifuge drum and by means of a liquid sucking device to be swung into the siphon, the liquid level in the rotation siphon can be lowered to such an extent that below the filter cloth a considerable suction effect is caused. Thus the filtration speed may be increased by 50 to 300% according to the product and the capacity of the centrifuge is considerably increased due to the thus possible shorter cycle times. In the case of maize starch the filtration output can due to the rotation siphon be increased by the 1.7 to 2 fold. The overflow process used at present reconvey a considerable part of the starch milk into the preceding process. In order to avoid this, the discharge process was taken up. For this process the drum is filled but once up to rim as quickly as possible. After a short sedimentation time the liquid descharge device is swung into the drum and the clarified liquid is discharged within a short time. Subsequently, the siphon drum causes a very quick dry sucking of the starch layer in the drum, so the centrifuge may after a short time be discharged. 相似文献

An account is given of an investigation in which an attempt was made to isolate the reasons for the apparently inevitable limitation in the recovery of grease from wool-scouring liquors in a centrifuge, as a prelude to the development of a process to treat effluent discharged from the primary centrifuge before biological processing. The recovery of grease with a centrifuge from a wool-scouring liquor that has not been excessively agitated is shown to depend primarily on the composition of the disperse-phase particles. The composition of those particles not capable of being separated in a centrifuge is almost solely dependent on the quantity and density of detergent employed in scouring. Excessive agitation of the scouring liquor dramatically reduces recovery and should be strictly avoided. 相似文献

Hydrodynamic stresses imposed on brewing cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae during beer processing can have a detrimental impact on beer quality. The use of centrifuges has become an efficient way to increase brewery throughput as they decrease clarification times and improve fermenter and tank conditioning efficiency. The effect of a disc stack centrifuge on yeast and beer physical stability has been investigated. In this study, a commercial ale yeast strain has been subjected to different operating conditions during centrifugation. Cell viability and intracellular pH decreased due to processing conditions encountered during yeast cropping with a centrifuge. A relationship has been established that yeast cell wall mannan, an unfilterable haze constituent, as a function of G‐force and centrifugation cycles, is released from the cell wall while concurrently, particle sizes between 0.5‐2.8 μm and beer haze increased. Furthermore, yeast intracellular glycogen and trehalose levels were depleted as a result of centrifugation. 相似文献

为研究核桃深层装载形式下的热泵穿流干燥特性,探讨干燥温度对不同装载深度层核桃含水率及干燥速率的影响。本文以陕西省"香玲"核桃为实验原料,研究风速恒定条件下,装载深度为0.3、0.6、0.9 m时,各装载深度核桃在35、45、55 ℃干燥温度下的含水率、干燥速率、干燥均匀性。综合干燥均匀度、能耗及干燥温度对核桃品质的影响,确定热泵穿流干燥最佳干燥工艺参数为:干燥温度45 ℃,风速1 m/s,装载深度0.9 m。采用最佳干燥工艺参数,对比分析热泵穿流干燥设备与盘式烘干设备的干燥性能,表明热泵穿流干燥设备在能耗、干燥效率、干燥容积利用率等方面均优于HG-400型盘式核桃烘干机,单位耗电量是HG-400型盘式烘干设备的40%,装卸料耗时缩短1.9 h,且装卸料耗时是HG-400型盘式烘干设备的20%。 相似文献
