为提高噪声环境下电能质量复合扰动识别精度,提出一种基于改进自适应噪声完备经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)去噪算法。首先通过CEEMDAN方法将含噪信号分解为若干本征模态函数(IMF);然后将改进兰氏距离与多重分形去趋势波动分析(MFDFA)结合,把若干IMF分量分为信号IMF分量、噪声和信号混叠IMF分量、噪声IMF分量。对于混叠IMF分量、噪声IMF分量分别采用改进奇异谱分析(SSA)、小波阈值(WT)去噪;最后,将经去噪处理的IMF分量与信号IMF分量进行重构。实验表明:与对比算法相比,含噪扰动经新算法去噪后,信噪比显著提高,去噪效果良好。  相似文献

本文以超声回波信号去噪为目的,研究了基于经验模态分解(EMD)分解的去噪方法。分解过程中固有模态函数(IMF)信号与噪声混叠,还会产生虚假分量,提出了基于核主成分分析(KPCA)的经验模态分解算法。首先对原信号进行经验模态分解得IMF分量;然后对信号进行KPCA变换,将各分量获得的贡献率与阈值比较,最终以去除分量中夹杂的噪声。为证明本文方法的有效性,还给出了仿真实验的仿真结果。  相似文献

针对实际海杂波信号非线性非平稳的特点,提出基于集成经验模态分解(EEMD)的海杂波去噪方法.利用EEMD将含有目标信号的海杂波数据分解成一系列从高频到低频的固有模态函数(IMF),通过各个IMF的自相关,分选出有用信号和噪声分量,对噪声占主导作用的IMF选用Savitzky Golay(SG)滤波方法进行消噪,将滤波后的模态分量和剩余的分量进行重构得到削噪后的信号.结合最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)建立混沌序列的单步预测模型,从预测误差中检测淹没在海杂波背景中的微弱信号,比较去噪前和去噪后的均方根误差,利用均方根误差评价去噪效果.实验结果表明,EEMD算法对海杂波数据去噪是有效的,去噪后所得的均方根误差0.0028比去噪前所得的均方根误差0.0119降低了一个数量级.  相似文献

为了解决光时域反射仪(optical time domain reflectometer,OTDR)中背向散射信号受 噪声干扰严重问题,本文提出了一种 基于自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解(complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise,CEEMDAN) 和改进小波阈值的OTDR信号去噪算法,利用CEEMDAN分解算法具有的抗模态 混叠现象和降低重构误差等优点,将信号分解为若干IMF分量,根据相关系数的分析方法, 找到噪声占主导的本征模态函数(intrinsic mode function,IMF)分量和信号占主导的IMF 分量的临界点,去除噪声占主导的IMF分量, 并将改进的小波阈值去噪方法对信号占主导的IMF分量进行去噪,最后重构信号。结果表明 , 本文提出的方法与传统的硬阈值方法、CEEMDAN-硬阈值方法和改进的小波阈值方法相比, 能 更好地抑制噪声,并达到更好的去噪效果,突显OTDR事件特征,更易于事件的检测。  相似文献

 针对非线性非平稳信号的去噪问题,提出一种基于主成分分析(PCA)的经验模态分解(EMD)消噪方法.该方法根据EMD的分解特性,利用PCA对噪声信号经EMD分解后的内蕴模态函数(IMF)进行去噪处理:首先利用"3σ法则"对第一层IMF进行细节信息提取,并估计每层IMF中所含噪声的能量;然后对IMF进行PCA变换,根据IMF中所含噪声的能量选择合适数目的主成分分量进行重构,以去除IMF中的噪声.为验证本文方法的有效性,进行了数字仿真与实例应用实验.实验结果均表明,所提方法的消噪效果整体上优于Bayesian小波阈值消噪方法和基于模态单元的EMD阈值消噪方法,是一种有效的信号消噪新方法.  相似文献

提出一种基于自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)与小波阈值的ECG信号去噪新算法。首先对含噪ECG信号进行CEEMDAN分解,得到从高频到低频排序的各个IMF分量,利用自相关法对各IMF分量进行分析,找出以随机噪声为主的高频IMF分量并进行小波阈值去噪;然后统计包括余量在内所有IMF分量的过零率,过零率小于1.5的IMF分量即为基线漂移信号,直接剔除;最后将经过小波阈值去噪的IMF分量与剔除基线漂移之后的其他IMF分量一起进行合并重构,实现ECG信号的去噪和基线校正。用所提算法对MIT-BIH心电数据库中的ECG信号进行去噪处理,结果表明ECG信号中的随机噪声得到很好的抑制,同时获得了良好的基线漂移校正效果。  相似文献

针对超宽带生命探测雷达回波信号属于非线性、非平稳等特点,提出了一种基于EEMD和HOC的超宽带雷达生命探测算法。通过对雷达回波信号进行EEMD分解,将信号自适应分解为若干个本征模态函数(IMF),然后计算各个IMF分量在呼吸和心跳频带内的能量百分比重构呼吸和心跳信号,最后对重构的呼吸和心跳信号的四阶累积量进行FFT变换,获得呼吸和心跳的频率。实验结果表明,文中提出的算法比EEMD重构后直接进行FFT变换具有更高的信噪比和频率估计精度,可有效应用于生命探测雷达人体信号检测中,具有广阔的研究价值和应用前景。  相似文献

 本文分析了脉冲超宽带(UWB)生命信号模型,提出了基于主元分析(PCA)和经验模态分解(EMD)的非接触生命信号检测方法.根据UWB信号杂波与生命目标回波特点,结合PCA去除杂波.提取适当的主元特征向量序列曲线上峰值所对应的时延,估计目标距离信息.采用EMD分解目标回波序列为有限个固有模态函数(IMF)分量,在时域上重构平滑生命特征曲线,且其在高信噪比下可实现心跳与呼吸信号的分离.实验研究表明该方法简单有效,能同时提供生命信号的频域和时域波形位置信息,且重构得到的生命信号较符合实际信号时变、非平稳特性.  相似文献

使用经验模式分解(EMD)对信号进行去噪时,由于EMD 本身会产生模态混叠,往往很难将噪声完全分离。针对这一问题,提出了一种新型的极点均值型EMD 方法,并且给予固有模态函数(IMF)一个新的定义。首先,将相邻极点平均以求得均值包络,然后迭代相减进而获得IMF。最后用原始信号减去分离出的高频IMF 实现去噪。随机信号仿真以及激光雷达回波信号去噪实验表明,该方法与EMD 分解相比,可以更好地将噪声分离,有效地抑制模态混叠,更可以极大地减小均方误差。因此,极点均值型EMD 拥有很好前景。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas.
