随着新能源的大量接入和用户的广泛参与,电网企业的数据呈指数级增长,电网规划部门迫切需要运用大数据的分析手段提高规划决策的精准性。本文以地市供电公司的实体业务为切入点,基于地理位置信息,在数据融合贯通的基础上,运用数据可视化技术多维度动态展示地区电网负荷分布和电网供给能力,辅助规划人员快速发现负荷分布规律和电网薄弱点。运用大数据分析挖掘方法构建基于负荷特性分析的负荷预测模型,支撑电网项目和运行方式安排。打破电网负载问题的单一评价方法,建立可度量的电网综合评价体系及模型,为电网项目统筹提供量化依据。基于大数据的电网规划精益分析平台通过电网负荷可视化展示,有效提升了电网诊断分析效率,运用大数据分析方法提高了地区最大负荷的预测精度,实现了电网问题的数字化评估,提高了电网规划投资决策的精准性。  相似文献

SCADA系统是支撑电网调度运行的基础,监控人员主要通过此系统获取电网运行状态的一系列海量信息。随着电网规模的不断增大,监控信息海量增长。电网监控工作缺乏有效分析手段,监控人员压力大、疲于应付,不利于事故和异常信号的处理。本文采用大数据分析工具,利用SCADA系统现有的海量电网运行信息,深入探究了主变油温和负载率的关系,给出主变油温和负载率之间的变化函数,并得到重过载边界主变油温阈值;构建10kV配电线路负荷快变预警模型,结合10kV线路的15分钟负荷数据变化特点,快速判断配网线路运行状态,及时给出预警;融合外部天气等数据,建立主变重过载趋势预警模型,为电网运行潜在风险的分析识别及指导电网的科学规划建设奠定了坚实的基础。  相似文献

随着电网监控运行一体化运行趋势愈发明显,大数据技术应用的不断成熟、普及,为具有多源、高维、异构等特征的电网监控大数据的分析与应用提供了解决方案。本文提出了面向智能电网监控运行大数据分析系统的统一建模方法,分析了监控大数据的数据源、数据范围及现状与存在问题,指出了数据建模所需解决的问题与思路,采用元数据思想构建了公共模型,基于业务需要构建了应用模型,对于数据接入与存储管理方面,定义了元数据模型,其目的是在接入、汇总监控业务相关数据源的基础上,构建以设备为中心的监控数据关联模型,实现数据对象统一建模,为实现多源数据高效、规范接入提供了模型支撑,同时定义了符合该建模思路的元模型,元模型约束了建模行为,保证建立的模型遵行领域约束,为上层智能监控大数据分析应用奠定了基础。  相似文献

全生命周期投入产出效益评判方法存在指标体系构建不完整问题,各指标的权重计算不准确,导致无法得到有效评判电网规划的方案,为此,提出电网规划中全生命周期投入产出效益评判方法。以全生命周期理论为基础,从经济效益、环境效益、技术效益三方面构建电网规划中全生命周期投入产出效益评判指标体系,采用专家打分法确定各项评判指标的权重,并依据各自权重加权求和计算综合评判指标。根据评判结果选择最优方案实现投入产出效益评判。实例分析结果表明:该方法可有效计算出不同场景、不同规划方案的投入产出效益,并依据该结果分别评判出各场景的最优方案,获取不同场景电网规划投资最佳安排结果,节省电网的投资成本,实现电网投资的合理配置。  相似文献

Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

Abstract  This paper considers some results of a study designed to investigate the kinds of mathematical activity undertaken by children (aged between 8 and 11) as they learned to program in LOGO. A model of learning modes is proposed, which attempts to describe the ways in which children used and acquired understanding of the programming/mathematical concepts involved. The remainder of the paper is concerned with discussing the validity and limitations of the model, and its implications for further research and curriculum development.  相似文献
