In this paper we describe a generic architecture for an intelligent controller which can be used at any level within a shopfloor control hierarchy for a computer-integrated manufacturing system. For each assigned job, this controller decides which process plan will be used and the start and finish times for all the tasks in that plan. In addition, the controller monitors its subordinates' execution of those tasks and recovers from reported errors. We describe the functions that each controller performs, with additional discussion on the frequencies at which those functions are performed.  相似文献

多维视角分析了智慧电网落地实施大背景下构建电力设备物资全寿命周期实时监测体系架构的内在驱动需求性,构建了基于智慧全景控制大数据的设备物资全寿命周期实时监测体系架构并研发了配套原型系统。借助嵌入Storm流计算的数据融合算法对多维数据进行快速计算与暂存,利用ZigBee构建多节点无线物联自组网,采用Pandas分布式数据处理模型全景还原电力设备物资真实工作状态。研发对应原型系统开展运维效能验证试验,结果表明,原型系统具备电力设备物资多维状态数据获取、传送、解码回复、全景复现等全链功能,对智慧电力的深度融合落地实施具有积极作用。  相似文献

This paper presents a stability control system based on a new strategy, with application in turning. It works by permanent assessment of the system operating point position relative to the stability limit, and process parameter permanent, in-process modification such as this point is always placed in the stable domain zone that gives the highest process performance. In the case of turning, here approached: (1) this zone is the stability limit proximity; (2) the system operating point position is determined by assessing a cutting force monitored signal feature; and (3) this position is changed by modifying the cutting edge setting angle, the feed rate, and the cutting speed, as it follows: when the risk of overpassing the stability limit is imminent, the setting angle is increased, followed by a feed rate diminishing and then by a worked piece rotation speed reduction, while immediately after surpassing the risk, the three variables modification is reversed, this way the chatter onset being permanently avoided and the performance kept in every moment at the highest possible level. The system was experimentally implemented on a transversal lathe. The results of tests on dedicatedly designed specimens are showing a machining productivity significant increase, in conditions of a stable cutting process. The system is simple, and it can be easily added to the existing CNC machine tools, without important modifications.  相似文献

控制器局域网(CAN)总线作为一种在汽车领域广泛使用的现场总线,可有效实现分布式控制;局域互连网(LIN)总线协议是作为对CAN总线网络进行补充的一种低成本的新兴协议.探讨了基于结合了上述2种总线的分层网络结构的汽车车门控制系统,介绍了具体的硬件组成和软件实现,同时提出若干抗干扰措施,以及1种有效的防夹算法,实践证明按照这种方法所设计的车门系统具有很高的可靠性和实用性.  相似文献

The reliability of an intelligent self tuning controller called the brain emotional learning based intelligent controller (BELBIC) to attitude control of a nonlinear launch vehicle (LV) simulation with hardware-in-the loop simulation (HILS) is studied. To set up the HIL system of the LV a six-degree of freedom simulation of the LV and a hydraulic actuator, which was used for the pitch channel thrust vector control (TVC) actuator of the LV, is performed. The results of the BELBIC controller with a fuzzy controller (FC) and a PID controller in this HILS of the LV to control the pitch channel of the LV have been compared.  相似文献

本文针对纸浆浓度系统具有大滞后,模型不确定的特点,设计了纸浆浓度混合控制系统。该设计方法利用变论域模糊控制方法和基于PSO的PID控制方法各自的优点,采用模糊软切换方法实现了两种控制器的选择,较好的保证了纸浆浓度的精确控制。运行结果表明,该方法简单方便,对纸浆浓度控制系统进行了控制,取得了满意的控制效果。  相似文献

Force control is an effective means of improving the quality and efficiency of machining operations, so various approaches for force control have been proposed. However, due to the nonlinear, time-varying and uncertain characteristics of machining processes, it is difficult to develop force control systems that are stable and robust over the full range of operating conditions. This study proposed two control schemes to address such difficulties in the field of nonlinear force control by using a linear feedback proportional-derivate (PD) controller respectively with two different nonlinear intelligent compensators: fuzzy logic compensator (FLC) and neural network compensator (NNC). The PD controller is used to improve the transient response while maintaining the stability of the process system, and the FLC or NNC is employed to eliminate the steady-state error and compensate for the system nonlinearity (or uncertainty). The applications of the proposed schemes in machining processes show that the controllers adapt well to nonlinearity under time-varying cutting conditions in comparison to PID, PD, and FLC. The online updating of the NNC parameters through the Feedback-Error Learning can further improve the system performance.  相似文献
