在钢-混凝土组合梁中,剪切连接件的机械作用使得纵向剪力转移到钢翼缘/混凝土板的接合处。这种转移能力取决于剪切连接件的强度和混凝土板抵抗由剪力高度集中所导致的纵向开裂的能力。大多数对组合结构的分析都集中在传统的钢筋混凝土和金属面板结构,而对预制空心板中栓钉的剪切能力研究很少。本文对带栓钉的预制空心板组合梁结构提出标准的推力试验方法。一共进行7组测试性试验,试验结果显示新方法符合钢筋混凝土楼板规范要求。在确定这个新的标准方法后,对栓钉进行了72个足尺推力试验,确定了该类型连接件的性能,通过分析试验结果,还指出了各类参数对连接件强度和延性的作用。本文还提出了这种剪力连接件的设计公式。  相似文献

In steel-concrete composite beams, the longitudinal shear force is transferred across the steel flange/concrete slab interface by the mechanical action of the shear connectors. The ability of the shear connectors to transfer these longitudinal shear forces depends on their strength, and also on the resistance of the concrete slab against longitudinal cracking induced by the high concentration of shear force. Most of the research in composite construction has concentrated on the more traditional reinforced concrete and metal deck construction, and little information is given on shear capacity of the headed studs in precast hollowcore slabs. In this paper, a standard push test procedure for use with composite beams with precast hollowcore slabs is proposed. Seven exploratory push tests were carried out on headed studs in solid RC slabs to validate the testing procedures, and the results showed that the new test is compatible with the results specified in the codes of practice for solid RC slabs. Once a standard procedure is established, 72 full-scale push tests on headed studs in hollowcore slabs were performed to determine the capacities of the headed stud connectors in precast hollowcore slabs and the results of the experimental study are analysed and findings on the effect of all the parameters on connectors’ strength and ductility are presented. Newly proposed design equations for calculating the shear connectors’ capacity for this form of composite construction are also be given.  相似文献

为促进组合结构在极地及高寒地区的安全广泛应用,解决低温环境下组合结构中栓钉连接件抗拉拔性能研究不足问题,采用自平衡加载装置,对4组栓钉试件进行了低温拉拔试验,得到了不同温度(20、-30 ℃和-60 ℃)和栓钉有效埋深(57 mm和92 mm)下栓钉拉拔试件的破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线、抗拉拔承载力等。考虑大尺寸构件低温试验难度大、成本高等问题,建立栓钉拉拔试件有限元模型,在20 ℃~-60 ℃温度范围内,模型的荷载-位移曲线、抗拉拔承载力和破坏模式与试验结果吻合良好,验证了模型的可靠性。基于此模型,进行参数分析,研究低温(20、-30 ℃和-60 ℃)和栓钉有效埋深(48、64、80 mm和96 mm)对栓钉连接件抗拉拔性能的影响。研究结果表明:在20~-60 ℃温度范围内,共出现三种典型破坏模式,即混凝土锥体破坏、混凝土劈裂破坏和栓钉拉断破坏;试件的抗拉拔承载力、极限位移、前期刚度等均随着温度的降低、栓钉有效埋深的增大而增大,有效埋深的增大对抗拉拔性能的提高作用更加显著;当温度T≤-30 ℃时,栓钉有效埋深hef为92 mm的拉拔试件均发生栓钉拉断破坏,其抗拉拔性能主要由栓钉本身低温材料性能决定。通过数值模拟和参数分析可知,20~-60 ℃ 温度范围内,混凝土强度等级为C60的拉拔试件发生由混凝土锥体破坏向栓钉拉断破坏转变的栓钉有效埋深与栓钉直径比hef/d临界值在5~6范围内。  相似文献

芜湖公铁两用长江大桥上层公路桥采用混凝土桥面系与钢桁组合梁,连接件为栓钉,节点附近栓钉的布置为密集型大吨位.为确定芜湖桥栓钉承载力设计值,完成了3000~5000kN栓钉群钢-混凝土组合件的极限承载力试验和有限元分析.该成果已用于芜湖桥的设计.  相似文献

高温下钢筋桁架楼承板中栓钉抗剪性能研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对15个试件进行常温和高温下推出试验,研究钢筋桁架楼承板中栓钉的抗剪性能,得到混凝土楼板和栓钉不同位置处的温度分布以及栓钉受剪承载力随温度的退化规律。试验结果表明,钢筋桁架楼承板中栓钉在常温和高温下的破坏均为栓钉剪断破坏,栓钉根部混凝土局部压碎,但是与平板混凝土板中栓钉的破坏位置不同,所研究的栓钉剪断破坏的位置在钢梁上翼缘处,而不是在栓钉根部焊缝处,这也在很大程度上导致了钢筋桁架楼承板中栓钉受剪承载力比平板混凝土板中栓钉低。钢筋桁架楼承板中栓钉的受剪承载力和刚度均随温度的升高而降低。通过对试验数据的分析,提出了钢筋桁架楼承板中栓钉高温下受剪承载力和荷载-滑移曲线的计算方法。  相似文献

A three-dimensional finite element model is developed, validated and used in the parametric study to investigate the influence of shear stud’s position and profiled sheeting thickness on the strength, ductility and failure modes of the headed shear stud welded to the modern profiled sheeting. A total of 240 push tests were analysed with different sheeting thicknesses, positions of the shear stud in the trough, concrete strengths and transverse spacings. The results showed that the sheeting thickness influenced the shear connector resistance of studs placed in the unfavourable position more than studs placed in favourable and central positions. The strength of the shear connector placed in the unfavourable position increased by as much as 30% when the sheeting thickness was increased. The shear connector resistance of the unfavourable stud was found to be primarily a function of the strength and the thickness of the profiled sheeting rather than the concrete strength. The strength prediction equations for unfavourable and central studs were also proposed. The results suggested that the strength of the shear connector increased as the distance of the shear stud increased from the mid-height of the deck rib in the load bearing direction of the stud. The load-slip behaviour of the studs in the unfavourable position was more ductile than the studs in the favourable position, with slip of 2-4 times higher. It was found that the increase in sheeting thickness and transverse spacing improved the ductility of the stud in unfavourable position, but had no effect on the stud in the favourable position. The failure modes suggested that the favourable and central studs failed by concrete cone failure and unfavourable studs failed by rib punching together with crushing of the narrow strip of the concrete in front of the stud.  相似文献

This paper investigates a new concept for designing composite structures comprising a lightweight concrete core sandwiched in between two steel plates which are interconnected by J-hook connectors. Specifically, lightweight concrete (density less than 1450 kg/m3) and novel J-hook connectors have been developed for this purpose. The hook connectors are capable of resisting tension and shear, and their uses are not restricted by the core thickness. Push-out tests confirms that the shear transfer capability of J-hook connector is superior to the conventional headed stud connector in achieving composite action between steel plate and concrete core. Twelve sandwich beam specimens have been tested to evaluate the flexural and shear performance subjected to static point load. Parameters investigated include degree of partial composite, concrete with and without fibres and concrete strength. Using Eurocodes as a basis of design, theoretical model is developed to predict the flexural and shear capacity considering partial composite and enable construction of sandwich structures with J-hook connectors. Compared with test results, the predicted capacity is generally conservative if brittle failure of connectors can be avoided. Test evidence also shows that inclusion of 1% volume fraction of fibres in the concrete core significantly increases the beam flexural capacity as well as its post-peak ductility.  相似文献

Connections by adherence for steel‐concrete composite bridges – tests and design. This paper presents experimental and analytical research that was conducted on new connections “by adherence” for steel‐concrete composite bridges. Their resistance is due to the frictional shear resistance of different interfaces positioned in a judicious manner. These connections makes it possible to erect the structure quickly with full‐depth precast concrete slabs, while the concreting works on site are as much as possible limited. Experimental results show that these connections exhibit a high resistance to horizontal shear forces and are very stiff compared to traditional connectors (headed studs). However, their ductility is limited. Based on the experimental results, a calculation model, taking into account the deformation observed during the tests and behavior laws for interfaces, was then developed and used in a parametric study. Some results are presented and discussed. A simplified method for determining the resistance of these connections, based on these results, some design rules as well as some recommendations for construction are finally proposed. The behavior of steel‐concrete composite beams with connections by adherence is also shortly discussed.  相似文献

为研究装配整体式钢-混凝土组合梁中栓钉抗剪连接件的受力性能,设计了10个栓钉抗剪连接件,对其进行推出试验,得到了现浇混凝土板和预制混凝土板中栓钉抗剪连接件在单调和重复荷载作用下的界面剪力-滑移曲线以及破坏形态。结果表明:预制混凝土板中栓钉受剪承载力比现浇混凝土中栓钉受剪承载力略低,均为栓杆剪断和栓钉根部焊缝破坏;重复荷载作用下峰值界面剪力对应的界面滑移明显大于单调荷载作用下峰值界面剪力对应的界面滑移;重复荷载作用下的峰值界面剪力与单调荷载下的峰值界面剪力相当,其界面剪力-滑移曲线基本一致。  相似文献

为给装配式钢-混组合结构梁桥集簇式栓钉抗剪连接件的设计提供参考,深入研究了集簇式栓钉抗剪连接件的受力特性。采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立推出试验有限元模型,对群钉效应及其主要影响因素进行了有限元参数化分析,并给出综合考虑混凝土强度、栓钉排数、栓钉纵向间距影响的集簇式栓钉连接件抗剪承载力折减系数计算公式。结果表明:受到群钉效应的影响,集簇式栓钉连接件的单钉平均抗剪承载力有较大程度的折减并且钉群受力呈现明显的不均匀性; 随着混凝土强度的提高,φ22×200栓钉连接件抗剪承载力、抗剪刚度逐渐增大; 当栓钉排数从3排增加至7排时,群钉的单钉平均抗剪承载力以及栓钉抗剪承载力折减系数逐渐降低,同时钉群受力的不均匀程度大幅提升; 当栓钉纵向间距由4d(d为栓钉直径)增加至8d时,群钉的单钉平均抗剪承载力以及栓钉抗剪承载力折减系数呈现增大趋势; 提出的集簇式栓钉连接件抗剪承载力折减系数计算公式计算值与有限元值吻合良好,可以为装配式钢-混组合结构梁桥集簇式栓钉抗剪连接件的设计提供理论依据。  相似文献

开孔板连接件是钢-混凝土组合梁中常用的一种抗剪连接件。通过21个开孔板连接件试件在单调静力荷载作用下的推出试验,研究了开孔板的开孔直径、混凝土强度等级、孔中横向贯通钢筋的直径和数量等对开孔板连接件的破坏形态、荷载-滑移特性和受剪承载力等的影响。研究表明:开孔板连接件的荷载-滑移曲线(P-S曲线)大致可分为弹性阶段、塑性发展阶段和下降段;提高混凝土强度等级、增大开孔直径可提高开孔板连接件的受剪承载力,横向贯通钢筋直径由16mm增大至20mm时,试件的受剪承载力提高了21.8%,配置横向贯通钢筋2 16的试件受剪承载力比相应的未配置横向贯通钢筋的试件高19.1%;随着混凝土强度等级的提高,试件抗剪刚度增大,而开孔直径及横向贯通钢筋直径则对抗剪刚度无明显影响。最后,基于试验结果提出了开孔板连接件受剪承载力的计算方法。研究成果可为编制《钢-混凝土组合桥梁设计规范》提供依据和参考。  相似文献

Over the last decade, there are many research results on the new type shear connectors to solve the problems associated with the headed stud shear connector. It was revealed that the new type shear connector has better structural safety, welding quality, constructability, cost-effectiveness, etc. Especially, perforated shear connector (perfobond shear connector) which has superior fatigue resistance and constructability is receiving attention among various types of shear connectors. In this study, we suggest the new type shear connector which improved the perfobond shear connector. Newly suggested hat shaped shear connector can be used instead of headed stud shear connector commonly used in the concrete-steel composite beam. To evaluate the load carrying capacity of this hat shaped shear connector, push-out tests are carried out and test results are analyzed. In addition, the finite element analysis is conducted on the concrete slab having shear connector to investigate the stress distribution pattern affected by the presence of hat shaped shear connector. The existing design equations for the perfobond shear connectors are reviewed briefly and the equation for the prediction of load carrying capacity of new type hat shaped shear connector is suggested based on the experimental results, finite element analysis results, and existing equations suggested in the previous studies.  相似文献

This paper describes an experimental study on European channel shear connectors. While shear studs are widely used in steel–concrete composite elements, the channel connectors are also gaining popularity due to their certain advantages. The channel connectors do not require special equipment and standard welding procedures are adequate for attachment purposes. In addition, this type of connector offers higher amounts of shear resistance due to its high contact area with surrounding concrete. Although first studies date back to 1950s, little work has been done in the past to investigate their behavior. Majority of the work done to date was on channel connectors used in North America with a very limited parameter range. An experimental study consisting of 15 push-out tests was carried out to investigate the behavior of European type channel connectors with various heights and lengths. The ultimate resistance of the connectors obtained from experiments was compared against those predicted by North American steel design specifications. It was observed that the equations presented in American and Canadian specifications are too conservative. Based on a model that represents the typical failure mechanism in push-out tests, a new equation was developed for the ultimate resistance of channel shear connectors. It is shown that the developed equation is capable of predicting the ultimate resistance of channel connectors with reasonable accuracy.  相似文献

对于无支架施工的长跨连续组合梁,在施工期间进行分阶段浇筑混凝土时,需考虑不同混凝土龄期的组合梁结合面上连接件的早期组合作用。为此,进行了混凝土不同龄期下焊钉连接件的推出试验,分析了焊钉连接件极限抗剪强度、极限滑移、设计抗剪强度和剪切刚度随时间的变化规律,并给出了相应的时变计算公式。研究发现,混凝土龄期小于3 d时推出试件主要为混凝土板劈裂破坏;在不同混凝土龄期时推出试件的剪力-滑移规律基本相同,但抗剪强度和刚度均随混凝土龄期的增长而增大,且早期增长较快,后期较慢,说明组合梁结合面的早期组合效应不能忽略。  相似文献

The formula in the 2005 American Institute of Steel Construction Specification to compute the strength of headed steel stud anchors (shear connectors) in composite steel/concrete structures has been used in the United States since 1993, after being proposed based primarily on the results of push-out tests. In the past several decades, the range of members used in composite structures has increased significantly, as has the number of tests in the literature on the monotonic and cyclic behavior of headed studs in composite construction. This paper reviews 391 monotonic and cyclic tests from the literature on experiments of headed stud anchors and proposes formulas for the limit states of steel failure and concrete failure of headed stud anchors subjected to shear force without the use of a metal deck. Detailing provisions to prevent premature pryout failure are also discussed. This paper also reviews proposals from several authors and provides recommended shear strength values for the seismic behavior of headed studs. The limit state formulas are proposed within the context of the 2005 AISC Specification, and comparisons are made to the provisions in the ACI 318-08 Building Code, the PCI Handbook, 6th Edition, and Eurocode 4. The scope of this research includes composite beam-columns [typically concrete-encased steel shapes (SRCs) or concrete-filled steel tubes (CFTs)], concrete-encased and concrete-filled beams, boundary elements of composite wall systems, composite connections, composite column base conditions, and related forms of composite construction.  相似文献

Stud shear connectors have been widely used for many years for providing the composite connection between steel and concrete in composite construction. The present paper is concerned with the feasibility of a similar technique for framing connections between beams and columns by means of threaded connectors. The new kind of connection would be especially suitable for hollow section columns because existing types of connections generally create problems.Several stud sections and diameters have been investigated and tests carried out: tensile and shear tests on welded studs and simple connection specimens and tests on beam to column assemblages. On the basis of the experiental results, a design method is suggested, which is in appearance quite similar to that used for bolted connections.  相似文献

This study presents an experimental and numerical investigation on the static behavior of headed stud shear connectors in ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) of composite bridges. Four push-out specimens were tested. It was found that no cracking, crushing or splitting was observed on the concrete slab, indicating that UHPC slab exhibited good performance and could resist the high force transferred from the headed studs. The numerical and experimental results indicated that the shear capacity is supposed to be composed of two parts stud shank shear contribution and concrete wedge block shear contribution. The stiffness increment of a stud in UHPC was at least 60% higher than that in normal strength concrete. Even if the stud height was reduced from 6d to 2d, there was no reduction in the shear strength of a stud. Short stud shear connectors with an aspect ratio as small as 2 could develop full strength in UHPC slabs. An empirical load-slip equation taking into account stud diameter was proposed to predict the load-slip response of a stud. The reliability and accuracy of the proposed load-slip equation was verified by the experimental and numerical load-slip curves.  相似文献

This paper describes the structural performance of shear connection in composite beams with profiled steel sheeting. An accurate and efficient nonlinear finite element model was developed to study the behaviour of headed stud shear connectors welded through-deck. The profiled steel sheeting had transverse ribs perpendicular to the steel beam. The material nonlinearities of concrete, headed stud, profiled steel sheeting, reinforcement and steel beam were included in the finite element model. The capacity of shear connection, load-slip behaviour of the headed stud, and failure modes were predicted. The results obtained from the finite element analysis were verified against experimental results. An extensive parametric study was conducted to study the effects on the capacity and behaviour of shear connection by changing the profiled steel sheeting geometries, the diameter and height of the headed stud, as well as the strength of concrete. The capacities of shear connection obtained from the finite element analysis were compared with the design strengths calculated using the American Specification, British Standard and European Code for headed stud shear connectors in composite slabs with profiled steel sheeting perpendicular to the steel beam. It is found that the design rules specified in the American and British specifications overestimated the capacity of shear connection, but the design rules specified in the European Code were generally conservative.  相似文献

A three dimensional nonlinear finite element model has been developed to study the behaviour of composite beams with profiled sheeting oriented perpendicular to its axis. The analysis of the push test was carried out using ABAQUS/Explicit with slow load application to ensure a quasi-static solution. Both material and geometric nonlinearities were taken into account. Elastic-plastic material models were used for all steel components and the Concrete Damaged Plasticity model was used for the concrete slab. The post-failure behaviour of the push test was accurately predicted, which is crucial for realistic determination of shear capacity, slip and failure mode. The results obtained from finite element analysis were verified against the experimental push tests conducted in this research and also from other studies. After validation, the model was used to carry out an extensive parametric study to investigate the effect of transverse spacing in push tests with double studs placed in favourable and staggered positions with various concrete strengths. The results were also compared with the capacity of a single shear stud. It was found that shear connector resistance of pairs of shear connectors placed in favourable position was 94% of the strength of a single shear stud on average, when the transverse spacing between studs was 200 mm or more. For the same spacing, the resistance of staggered pairs of studs was only 86% of the strength of a single stud. The strength of double shear studs in favourable position was higher than that of the staggered pairs of shear connectors.  相似文献

Simplified method for the determination of the influence of flexibility of shear connection on deflections of composite beams and slim‐floor systems. For composite beams and slim‐floor systems normally ductile shear connectors like headed studs are used. The flexibility of the shear connection influences the deformation behaviour of the structure especially where partial shear connection and/or ribbed concrete slabs with ribs transverse to the beam are used. For slim‐floor systems the special geometry of the cross section leads to a significant influence of the deformation behaviour of the shear connection on the deflections. Because the exact calculation of deformations under consideration of the flexibility needs a quite complicate theoretical model, for practical applications a simplified model based on a modified modular ratio method is presented.  相似文献
