TiB2/C cathode composites with various contents of TiB2 were prepared and their characterizations were observed and compared. The expansion of samples due to sodium and bath penetration was tested with a modified laboratory Rapoport apparatus and the appearances of the cut sections of specimens after electrolysis were studied.The results show that the mass of TiB2/C cathode composites with mass fraction of TiB2 less than 70% appreciably increases, but that of the composites with mass fraction of TiB2 more than 70% decreases slightly after being baked.The resistance to sodium and bath penetration of TiB2/C cathode composites increases with the increase of TiB2 content, especially in the composites with high TiB2 content. TiB2/C cathode composites have high resistance to the penetration of sodium and bath as well as good wettability by molten aluminum, and keep integrality and have little change of appearance after electrolysis, which indicates that TiB2/C cathode composites can be used as inert wettable cathode for aluminum electrolysis.  相似文献

Three kinds of NiCr-Cr3 C2 cermet coatings were designed and deposited by the subsonic velocity flame spraying, and their performances of hot corrosion performance were evaluated in comt)arison with 102G,20G boiler tube steel, FeCrAl, NiCrTi, Ni5OCr and NiCrAIMoFe-Cr3 C2 coatings, which are widely used at present for protection of boiler tubes. Meanwhile, the influence of sealer on the hot corrosion resistance of warious coatings and the mechanisms of coating corrosion were explored.  相似文献

In order to improve the friction-wear properties of the C/C composites for aircraft brake pairs, the friction behavior of samples with infiltrating Si was investigated. The influence of Si smearing thickness on friction properties was studied in detail. The results show that with the increase of Si smearing thickness and β-SiC content, the friction coefficient reduces from 0. 40 to 0. 30; the linear wear of stators increases from 2. 0 μm to 18. 9 μm per cycle, and that of rotors increases from 1. 4μm to 22. 6 μm per cycle; mass wear of stators increases from 20. 6 mg to 126. 9 mg per cycle, and that of rotors increases from 13. 7 mg to 166. 2 mg per cycle. On the other hand, when a large number of inhomogeneous β-SiC particulates are performed, friction surfaces of the samples flake off layer by layer and many nicks are observed.  相似文献

在C2C电子商务中,由于买卖双方信息的不对称性,使得信任缺失成为其快速发展的主要障碍。从网络卖家、购物网站、商品、电子商务环境和消费者五个方面探讨了C2C交易模式下卖家信用的影响因素。对合肥市网络消费者进行问卷调查,实证研究各因素的影响程度。研究结果显示,卖家的信誉与知名度和卖家提供的服务、配送对卖家信用的影响程度尤为突出,电子商务环境、商品质量、网站的安全性也是比较重要的影响因素,消费者的网上购物经验和个人信任倾向影响程度最小。  相似文献

Fe-Al/Cr3C2 composite coatings were manufactured using high velocity arc spraying (HVAS) technology. The high temperature erosion, wear and corrosion resistance of the coatings were investigated. The coating properties such as bonding strength, porosity, hardness as well as microstructures were characterized. The results show that the coatings have relatively high heat tremble bond strength, hardness, and typical layer-shaped coatings' microstructures. With the rise of temperature, the coating erosion resistance increases too; the impingement angel does effects on erosion properties, and the erosion mechanism changes from ductile to brittle behaviors at 450℃. The coatings have good room temperature wear resistance and relatively good high temperature resistance. The wear mechanism of the coatings is peeling wear behavior. The coatings have excellent high temperature corrosion resistance because of the produce of oxides during corrosion.  相似文献

Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings were sprayed on low steel by high velocity arc spraying(HVAS) technology. The influences of oxides on erosion, corrosion and wear behavior for high velocity arc sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings were studied. The results show that HVAS-sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings have good erosion, heat corrosion and wear resistance. The erosion resistance improves with the increase of the temperature. On one hand, the ferrous oxides are incompact, so they peel off the surface of the coatings easily during the high temperature erosion. On the other hand, compact Al2O3 films on the surface can protect the coatings.  相似文献

Glasses of BaO-SrO-TiO2-SiO2 after electronic radiation treatment of 50-1000 kgy were studied by means of IR spectra, DTA and visible light absorption method. The result shows that the glass structure is changed due to the formation of structue defect from oxygen vacancy and E‘color center, which resultsd in the crystallization process and new precursors, and decreasement of Tg temperature and crystallization peaks by 20 -50℃.  相似文献

The effects of SO2 on the initial atmospheric corrosion of AZ91D magnesium alloy were investigated in laboratory. Met-allographic observation, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy), XRD (X-ray Diffraction) and XPS (X-ray Proton Spectrograph) were used to analyze and discuss the initial surface morphology of corrosion layers and corrosion products. The corrosion rate of the alloy increases with increasing the content of SO2. The initial attack has the characteristics of localized corrosion and preferentially concentrates on a phase. MgO and Mg(OH)2 form at first, which provide a protective layer, then the existence of SO2 decreases the pH of the thin solution on the alloy, accelerates dissolution process, and promotes the formation of MgSO3·6H2O and MgSO4·6H2O, meanwhile cracks were found on the corrosion products with corrosion continuation. These soluble corrosion products and the cracks provide the paths for filtering oxygen and corrosion pollutants into the matrix, which results in severe localized co  相似文献
