The influence of flux cored arc welding (FCAW) process parameters such as welding current, travel speed, voltage and CO2 shielding gas flow rate on bowing distortion of 409M ferritic stainless steel sheets of 2 mm in thickness was discussed. The bowing distortions of the welded plates were measured using a simple device called profile tracer. An experimental regression equation was developed to predict the bowing distortion and with this equation, it is easy to select optimized process parameters to achieve minimum bowing distortion. It is revealed that the FCAW process parameters have significant influence on bead profile and the bowing distortion.  相似文献

Properties of materials for high‐strength structure components are influenced by production processes. These influences can be augmented by a combination of two presently consecutively executed process steps. The presented work shows first results in the development of novel combined manufacturing technologies, which along with prospective tools use this effect to adjust the material properties locally, adapted to the requirements. The combination consists of a merging of the process steps ‘material separation’ (metal cutting) and ‘changing properties’ (rubbing, rolling) to one single process step. For this purpose novel combined tools have to be developed. For the estimation of the possibilities of properties changes by combined processes at first the influences of single processes have to be determined. This contribution presents results of a “material separation” process. The investigated material is the industrially important aluminium wrought alloy AI7075‐T6, the applied process is orthogonal turning, the process parameters varied are cutting speed and feed as well as the tool geometry. Cutting force and feed force are measured, and the process influences on surface and subsurface properties are determined.  相似文献

通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜检验了钢轨焊接接头断口的宏观和微观形貌,检验发现U75V钢轨接头处对应轨头和轨底三角区中心区域存在大量高碳马氏体组织,而其它部位的显微组织正常.结合焊轨过程的操作工艺综合分析,确认钢轨断裂是正火处理后,接头表面温度下降到400℃以下,而轨头及轨底三角区中心部位温度仍在相变温度以上时,采用浇水强制冷却导致的组织异常现象所致.  相似文献

3D thermo-meehanical coupled simulation of whole rolling process for 60 kg/m heavy rail was accomplished by FEM method. The finite element model, physical parameters of U75V and parameter setting of simulation were introduced in detail. The whole rolling process of 60 kg/m heavy rail was divided into 27 time cells to simulate respectively, and the model rebuilding and temperature inheritance method in intermediate pass were proceeded. Then, based on simulation results, the workpiece deformation result, metal flow, stress and strain of 60 kg/m heavy rail for typical passes were obtained. The temperature variation curves of whole rolling process for section key points of 60 kg/m heavy rail were plotted, and the temperature falling law of whole rolling process for 60 kg/m heavy rail was studied. In addition, temperature distribution of 60 kg/m heavy rail after whole rolling process was analyzed, and the results showed that temperature was highest at center of rail head and lowest at fringe of rail base. Moreover, the simulation results and measured results of rolling force for 60 kg/m heavy rail were compared, and the regularity was in good agreement.  相似文献

一种发动机滤清器几何尺寸较大,在焊接过程中会产生较大的焊接变形,但设计要求焊后的平面度、端面平行度不大于2.5mm,很难满足要求。通过分析该产品的结构特点和变形影响因素,采取了设计焊接结构,优化焊接顺序和利用组合夹具等措施,有效控制了焊接变形并满足使用要求。  相似文献
