钢包喂金属钙线对钢液质量影响的研究

报道了采用金属钙包复线冶炼钙硫易切削钢和合金钢时的脱硫，脱氧，合金微调以及控制中夹杂物的工艺研究，结果表明，金属钙线的喂入量在０．２～０．６ｋｇ／ｔ时，平均脱硫率为４７％，最高脱硫率达６７％，同时取得比喂Ｓｉ－Ｃａ线时更高的钙收得率，也取得脱氧，夹杂物发生变态的良好效果，并提出了钢材的力学性能。     

钢包喂钛线生产20CrMnTi钢的试验

采用ＧＧＮ－２ＷＸＪ喂线机向２０ｔ钢包喂入φ１０ｍｍ钛线，喂线速度按１２０￣１３０ｍ／ｍｉｎ，钛的回收率达６５％￣８３％，平均为７３．４％，通过喂入１９０￣２０００ｍ钛线，喂线时间９０￣９５ｓ，成品钢水钛含量可稳定在０．０６％￣０．０８％，喂线前后钢包钢水平均温降速率为１６．７℃／ｍｉｎ，而还原期炉内加钛铁合金化工艺，钛的回收率为２９％￣５５％，平均为３７．５％，喂钛线工艺吨钢冶炼成本降低２８．２     

钢包喂线节铝新工艺

报道了钢包喂铝法及合理加铝量的试验研究结果，利用喂线装置将Φ９．５ｍｍ铝线加入到包钢液深部，终脱氧喂铝量由标准１．０ｋｇ／ｔ减少到合理加铝量０．３－０．５ｋｇ／ｔ，残铝量为０．０２％－０．０５％，铝的收得率由１０％提高到７０％，取得了良好的节铝效果与经济效益。     

60t钢包炉喂线工艺的开发应用

开发了６０ｔ钢包炉喂Ａｌ线，Ｔｉ芯线和Ｂ芯线工艺，实践结果表明，Ａｌ的平均回收率为７８．０％，Ｔｉ为９２．７％，Ｂ为８５．０％。     

RH精炼过程深脱硫的试验研究

实验室钢液真空脱硫试验表明,组成为６５％￣８５％石灰和１５％￣３５％萤石的粉剂,粒度为５ｍｍ以下,加入量在３￣８ｋｇ／ｔ的条件下,可使初始硫含量为０．００３５％￣０．００６５％的钢液脱硫至０．００２０％以下,脱硫时间为１０￣１５ｍｉｎ,脱硫率在６０％￣８０％。     

转炉炼钢简易脱硫工艺研究

介绍了在转炉出钢工位加入脱硫剂和吹氩喂丝工位喂入含镁包芯线简易脱硫工艺研究的结果。在30t钢包中，当喂丝速度在1．0－1．5米／秒，喂丝量为270米／炉时，平均脱硫率为46．4％，平均温降为6．9℃，取得较好的脱硫效果。     

钢包增碳工艺的试验研究

在２０ｔ转炉上进行了向钢包加ＳｉＣ＋Ｃ系增碳剂和喂碳包芯线的工艺试验，结果表明，增碳剂加入量为１ｋｇ／ｔ时，钢水平均增碳０．０５５％，还可提高硅的收得率，经济效益十分明显；碳包芯线用于高速钢水的含碳量，碳的回收率为８２．９９％。     

鞍钢3号高炉氧煤强化炼铁工业试验

１９９５年８月２１日￣１１月２０日在鞍钢３号高炉进行了煤比为２００ｋｇ／ｔ的氧煤强化炼铁工业试验，试验达到了预期目标，煤比平均达２０３ｋｇ／ｔ，富氧率３．４２％，煤焦置换比０．８，实现了低富氧率条件下高煤比的强化冶炼。     

钢包喂稀土合金线工艺的研究

济钢２５Ｔ转炉钢包喂稀土合金的工艺试验结果表明。钢包采用喂线工艺加入稀土合金能明显提高稀土的回收率，平均能达到３６．０％，而且稳定性好，比钢包投入的法提高７倍以上，喂稀土线更好地发挥稀土在钢听作用。     

钢包喂钛线冶炼20CrMnTi钢的试验研究

在涟钢６ｔ电弧炉上进行了冶炼２０ＣｒＭｎＴｉ钢喂钛线合金化的试验，结果表明，钛的回收率达到了７９．４１％，比炉内加铁－钛合金提高３０％以上，喂钛线的适宜工艺参数为：喂线速度１９０－２００ｍ／炉，喂线时间９０－９５ｓ。
