近几年,运营商越来越多的使用第3方网管对不同厂商设备进行统一业务开通,而第3方网管和设备EMS之间一般使用北向接口并采用TL1协议。为了满足需求,在研究北向接口中业务开通接口(I1)的基础上,结合现有设备提出了业务自动开通功能的整体设计框架、具体模块划分,并逐个论述各个模块的设计与实现的方式。本文采用多线程的管理方式进行命令的分派,实现多网元间预配置数据的并行处理;采用ONU授权和业务配置分开的管理方式便于ONU在线和离线时配置的下发。最后使用Se-cureCRT6.0进行仿真测试,仿真结果表明该方案能够按照运营商的TL1标准进行业务开通,适合现网的无源光网络接入系统。 相似文献

In this paper a router configuration machine for Cisco routers using GUI is presented. It is developed using Visual C# .NET programming, in which the interface provides GUI platforms for various types of configuration for entire series of Cisco routers. It communicates with the Cisco Internetwork Operating System to configure the router. It includes the configuration for all interior routing protocols and all types of most common used tools. The developed system is implemented on different series of Cisco routers and it worked successfully. It is observed that it eliminates the traditional use of command line interface for configuration of Cisco routers. The router configuration machine is such an idea which never existed before in such an easy level. The machine will be a perfect tool for anyone using a router. The machine also allows for real-time monitoring of network devices and constant performance checking. By providing embedded network intelligence at the network device level, the networks can monitor themselves and adapt to changing topologies, without the need of costly external mechanisms. This machine will also be useful for academic purposes and we can use this machine in any Communication Lab. 相似文献

The development of a network management strategy and a network control system for the large integrated telecommunications network (ITN) at American Express Travel Related Services Company is discussed. Network control relates to operational activities such as the diagnostics, configuration, monitoring, and performance of networks, and network management relates to all of the functions performed to manage network resources. An architecture that addresses both control and management requirements is described. Network control functions are consolidated so that operations have a single interface to the system and can operate dissimilar systems from a single workstation. NETVIEW, a licensed IBM software, performs the functions of a focal point, and the network element management system (NEMS) addresses the management of network elements. The centralization of alarms and/or alerts and issuance of commands provides immediate capability to monitor and resolve network problems through a single set of terminals as well as a platform for further automation through the use of artificial intelligence technology 相似文献

The MAPCON (MAP configuration) system is a knowledge-based tool used to configure MAP (manufacturing automation protocol) version 2.1 networks. Configuration management deals with determining the characteristics of the network and setting the parameters of the devices attached to the network in such a way as to make the network operational. MAPCON performs static configuration and can be used for reconfiguration purposes in an offline mode. MAPCON does not interface to the network and hence does not interact with the operational network. The parameters that are considered are the ones required for MAP 2.1 networks. The rules for identifying values of these parameters are developed and implemented. The MAPCON expert system was built entirely in Knowledge Craft, a language and development environment for building expert systems on the TI Explorer Lisp machine. Knowledge for the MAPCON expert system was obtained through interviews with MAP experts. This knowledge was then organized and implemented in Knowledge Craft. We explore parallel fiber optics and single-chip CMOS interface solutions to support broadband multimedia applications in a small workgroup environment. Initial implementation of a network interface card used in our testbed of Intel Pentium-based PCs is described. The feasibility of a CMOS bridge to parallel optics is demonstrated using on adapter chip implemented in 0.5 μm CMOS technology for a point-to-point configuration and providing a measured peak bandwidth of 4.8 Gb/s on independent transmit and receive directions. In addition, we describe the design of a gigabyte-per-second parallel fiber optic network interface for a slotted ring network currently being developed.
