The authors show that the difference between effective pressure-viscosity coefficients, obtained from film thickness, and coefficients obtained from viscometers for a PFPE space lubricant is substantially the result of shear thinning in the inlet zone of concentrated contact. Several new siloxane lubricants were synthesized with linear and ring-shaped branch structures of various lengths and branch contents, aiming at a search for better molecular design for lower boundary friction and more effective surface protection against wear of materials. Their molecular structure and mass were measured by means of nuclear magnetic resonance and gel permeation chromatography, respectively. The new lubricants were compared with commercially available polysiloxanes, poly-α-olefins, and perfluoropolyether in lubricating a steel ball-on-steel disk interface using a tribotester at a load of 1.76 GPa and an entrainment speed of 0.025 m/s. The results are used to explain the effects of alkyl branch length L, pendant type J, percent of branch functional monomers Q, and degree of polymerization DP on siloxane design for the most effective boundary lubrication. 相似文献

The effect of starvation on traction and film thickness behavior in thermo-EHL rolling/sliding line contacts has been studied
using full EHL simulations. The simulations employed the free volume equation for viscosity–pressure–temperature relationship
and Carreau viscosity model to describe the shear-thinning behavior of the EHL lubricant. The simulation results were used
to develop equations for estimating the factors by which the traction coefficient increases and film thickness decreases as
a function of the degree of starvation. For the situations involving inadequate lubricant supply at the inlet, these factors
can be used to correct the traction coefficient and central film thickness predicted with the assumption of fully flooded

考虑风能为可再生能源的主要方式,建立了以运行成本与污染排放为目标函数的多目标风火发电节能优化调度模型,通过改进的小生境遗传算法对模型求解,并用不同的权重系数表明区域内的多目标决策偏好,以达到发电经济性与环境保护的协调优化。结果表明该模型最小运行成本降低了15%,旋转备用容量增加了700MW左右,达到了优化目标。 相似文献

利用某变容量家用中央空调器性能参数,拟合出该空调器制冷量、输入功率、EER与负荷率的变化关系.利用我国近30年来的逐时气象资料,建立了广州、武汉、上海、杭州、重庆地区的温区统计数据,计算出了5个城市的季节能效比(SEER).同时对武汉地区某空调器4个运行模式的季节能效比进行了计算,指出要反映空调器的实际运行条件下的季节能效比,还必须考虑空调器的实际运行时段. 相似文献

Shape rolling is widely employed in the production of long workpieces with appropriate cross-section profiles for other industrial applications. In the development of shape rolling systems, roll pass design(RPD) plays an essential role on the quality control of products, service life of rolls, productivity of rolling systems, as well as energy consumption of rolling operations. This study attempts to establish a generic strategy based on hybrid modeling and an improved genetic algorithm, to support the optimizations of RPD and shape rolling operations at a systematic perspective.Objectives include improving the quality and e ciency of RPD, reducing energy consumption of shape rolling, as well as releasing the demands on costly trails and expert knowledge in RPD. Hybrid modeling based on cross-disciplinary knowledge is developed to overcome the limitations of isolated single-disciplinary models. And conventional genetic algorithm is improved for the implementation of optimal design. Targeting to integrate empirical data and published reliable solutions into optimizations, a parameters estimation method is proposed to transfer the initially misaligned models into a uniform pattern. A tool based on the Matlab platform is developed to demonstrate the optimal design operations, with case studies involved to validate the proposed methodology. 相似文献
