在对危险化学品GHS分类鉴定方法及判定步骤研究的基础上,结合当前危险化学品检验检疫工作实践,利用GHS分类数据库和自建数据库,采用J2EE技术架构,构建了B/S结构的进出口危险化学品分类鉴定评估系统。系统总体技术逻辑架构由接入层、应用层、支撑层和资源层构成,系统主要包括基础数据管理模块、分类查询及鉴定模块、判定结果输出模块、自建试验数据库管理模块。应用实践表明,该系统可实现对危险化学品分类鉴定的自动化和智能化,同时可减少检验鉴定的工作量,降低重复试验和评价的不必要损耗,并可提升执法把关的有效性。  相似文献

采用乙醇为碳源,乙酸钴为催化剂,通过简易的溶剂热"一锅法",在600℃下制备了石墨化炭空心材料(GHS)。借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和拉曼光谱法(Raman)对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:材料具有较高的石墨化程度,并呈现明显的中空结构。  相似文献

以罗丹明6G酰肼(R6GH)和4-(二乙氨基)水杨醛为试剂,通过席夫碱反应制备了一种新的传感探针R6GHS,并对探针的结构进行了表征分析。紫外-可见吸收和荧光光谱研究发现,该探针对Cu2+显示出高度的检测选择性,在乙腈-水(3∶7,体积比)Tris-HCl(pH值=7.0)缓冲溶液中,随着Cu2+的加入,探针螺环打开,可以明显地观察到溶液由无色变为红色,同时伴随鲜有的荧光淬灭现象,并且该响应过程迅速而且可逆,有望用于水质中Cu2+快速检测。  相似文献

对煤矿机械用Q690高强钢,采用其配套焊丝(GHS75M)进行抗裂性试验,并测定了焊丝熔敷金属扩散氢逸出特性,研究了焊缝金属残余扩散氢对试验用钢抗裂性的影响.结果表明:该钢具有一定的冷裂倾向.试验焊材熔敷金属扩散氢含量为1.7 mL/100 g,初期扩散氢逸出速率较大,在焊缝冷却过程中扩散氢可以较快逸出.残余扩散氢含量主要与从峰值温度到100℃温度区间的冷却时间t100有关,单道焊焊缝金属冷速快,t100较小,残余扩散氢较多,而多层多道焊增加了t100,且提高HDr100容许值,残余扩散氢含量很低.该钢采用焊后热处理是保守的工艺.  相似文献

In article, the methodology of mathematical modeling of periodic reactors with agitating in the conditions of formation and sedimentation of insoluble solid phase in a working zone on the basis of diffusive model is suggested. Also equations for calculation of the general concentration and average order of clusters of insoluble phase in the periodic reactor are offered. The methodology of calculation of processes of insoluble solid phase aggregation in systems with chemical reactions of the first and pseudo-first orders is developed, namely: equation for calculation of evolution of total clusters' number and average order of globules in system are developed, by taking into account kinetic constants of chemical reaction and elements of aggregation matrix.  相似文献

In order to find out the influence of the instability of angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself on the stability of silicon micromachined gyroscope, the digital model for relative error of the high and low damping gyroscope’s output signal is given respectively, based on the motion equations of the silicon micromachined gyroscope. Theory proved that the output signal error of the silicon micromachined sensor is mainly caused by the instability of damping factor and the angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself. The result of experimentation indicates that the error of proportionality coefficient of output voltage which caused by the instability of the angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself reaches to 4.1 per cent. Theoretical demonstration and experimental verification show that the instability of angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself has an important effect on the stability of low damping silicon micromachined gyroscope.  相似文献

The paper deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of improving regulatory and technical framework for assuring the quality and safety of metal structures and their protective coatings under the exposure of corrosive environment. Methodological approach has been developed to managing technological safety, assessing the risks of corrosion failures, and extension of an industrial facility's life based on company standards taking into account the requirements for safe operation of buildings and installations. Basic provisions of the method of limit states design have been analyzed to determine: design characteristics of corrosion impacts, computational models and design cases for affirming compliance of corrosion resistance, and durability and maintainability of structures and their protective coatings. Presented are practical examples of justifying the choice of means of primary and secondary protection, taking into account classification of the established levels of facility corrosion hazard. On the basis of limit state design principles, logistical control- and decision-making system is generated for reliability assurance of steel structures and protective coatings. Assessment criteria are specified for the risks with the use of the materials and technologies of primary and secondary corrosion protection.  相似文献

At present, the methods of analyzing the stability of slope under earthquake are not accurate and reasonable because of some limitations. Based on the real dynamic tensile-shear failure mechanism of slope, the paper proposes dynamic analysis of strength reduction FEM and takes the reduction of shear strength parameters and tensile strength parameters into consideration. And it comprehensively takes the transfixion of the failure surface, the non-convergence of calculation and mutation of displacement as the criterion of dynamic instability and failure of the slope. The strength reduction factor under limit state is regarded as the dynamic safety factor of the slope under earthquake effect and its advantages are introduced. Finally, the method is applied in the seismic design of anchors supporting and anti-slide pile supporting of the slope. Calculation examples show that the application of dynamic analysis of strength reduction is feasible in the seismic design of slope engineering, which can consider dynamic interaction of supporting structure and rock-soil mass. Owing to its preciseness and great advantages, it is a new method in the seismic design of slope supporting.  相似文献
