设计了一种可以覆盖全空域的卫星通信相控阵天线,采用七面阵圈成台体的形武,每一面阵上设置四单元的相拉阵天线阵列,其波束分别覆盖空域中不同的部分,其中顶部的面阵形成的波束覆盖上半空间的部分区域,侧面的六个面阵产生的波束分别覆盖低仰角空域。在系统内部采用开关切换的形武,对不同面阵的工作状态进行控制。在每一面阵申,由四单元组成的相控阵可进行波柬扫描,以扩大波束覆盖范围。系统内部的传感系统和有源功率控制设备实现天线对卫星的自跟踪功能。该典型设备可以用于各种移动载体上。  相似文献

为了控制全空域多目标测控天线波束合成对全空域多目标系统设计的影响,研究了数字波束合成后的信号频响特性。通过分别对天线子阵以及所组成的球面阵进行数学建模,仿真得到相应波束的幅频特性、相频特性与群延迟特性,并分析了其变化原理。分析结果表明,全空域多目标测控天线波束合成频响特性与阵列流形、相控方式和扫描方式有关。研究结论可用于指导全空域多目标测控系统的设计。  相似文献

基于抛物面天线的测控系统,已经不能满足全空域内同时多目标测控的需求。针对单站全空域多目标测控中存在的问题,提出了基于球面相控阵的全空域多目标测控天线体制。比较了全空域多目标相控阵测控天线形式,在研究球面相控阵天线原理的基础上,对辐射单元及子阵布局进行了分析与设计,对波束合成后的天线方向图进行了仿真。结果表明:基于球面相控阵的全空域多目标测控天线能够有效解决未来全空域多目标同时测控的需求。  相似文献

提出了一种全数字波束合成(digital beam forming, DBF)体制卫星接收共形相控阵天线设计思路.该天线采用半球形共形阵排布方式, 阵元采用双层微带贴片天线实现宽带圆极化.在半球形的布局下, 通过判断卫星信号来波方向在球面上的投影来选择工作的阵元, 形成与来波方向一致的波束, 在全空域(—75°~75°)的仰角内可实现增益起伏小于1.5 dB的波束覆盖; 后端采用射频数字一体化设计技术, 可同时形成多个波束, 实现了一个天线跟踪多颗卫星的能力.最后加工和测试了天线样机, 验证了共形半球阵的波束形成能力.提出的天线设计思路有助于拓展数字波束体制在卫星通信中的应用, 对全空域多波束相控阵天线的研制具有指导意义.  相似文献

为适应全空域导航星座的管理需求,提出了一种全空域球面数字多波束天线系统的方案,在全空域内同时形成多个波束,实现同时多目标测控。针对球面阵列天线波束控制问题,提出了"波束滑动扫描"算法,研究了球面阵波束交叉过渡、功率增强的方法。通过对波束方向图的仿真分析,验证了波束控制方法的可行性和正确性。  相似文献

提出一种采用波束调度策略的MIMO与智能天线融合设计方案,用以解决MIMO传输中空域相关性问题。融合方案在天线结构上以智能天线单元组建MIMO阵列,智能天线单元之间协同工作。分析了采用波束调度时的MIMO矩阵构成及其合并接收方式,给出一种波束间空域相关性的计算方法。仿真结果表明,在小角度扩展条件下,同指向的波束相关性与全向阵元相关性相似,而波束调度策略具有良好的去相关性,能有效提高MIMO信道容量。  相似文献

本文首先分析了TD-SCDMA基站天线容灾的背景和原理,然后给出一种基于软件更新的容灾解决方案,并且针对不同的天线故障情况进行了仿真,总结出其中的隐含规律,然后基于递归最小二乘判决(RLS)算法,生成新的权值.通过仿真验证:采用新的权值可以显著提高小区的覆盖能力.文中涉及的天线包括8阵元圆阵天线、8阵元线阵天线和双极化天线以及目前主流的智能天线产品.  相似文献

针对传统方法设计的多波束反射阵天线增益低、波束偏移大、要求波束对称等问题,通过引入全局优化算法中的遗传算法对反射阵相位分布进行优化,以完成非对称多波束反射阵天线设计。为验证其有效性,设计并制作了一副Ku频段,波束指向分别为θ1=25°,1=0°和θ2=15°,2=180°的非对称双波束反射阵天线。测试和仿真结果较吻合,天线在中心频点的增益为26.03dBi,效率达到28.04%,1dB增益带宽和3dB轴比带宽均能覆盖11.3~12.3GHz(8.3%),实测波束指向为θ1=24.3°,1=0°和θ2=15°,2=180°,波束偏移0.7°。结果表明遗传算法能有效完成非对称多波束反射阵天线设计。  相似文献

研究的毫米波段斜扇形波束裂缝阵天线是一种薄形的波导裂缝阵,结构新颖,特别适用于飞行器天线。由于这种天线的数学模型比较复杂,并且工作在毫米波波段,使设计和分析带来了一定的困难。根据裂缝阵设计的理论基础,对毫米波段斜扇形波束裂缝阵天线进行了研究,采用了终端短路的准行波天线阵的方案,设计得到的毫米波裂缝阵天线具有斜角扇形波束,较低副瓣,宽频带和薄形等优点。理论结果和实测结果相吻合,在工程上应用已得到了良  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas.
