研究了新显色剂2 (四氮唑偶氮) 5 二乙氨基苯甲酸(TTZDBA)与铜显色反应的条件。结果表明,在pH4 0的HAc NaAc缓冲溶液中,TTZDBA与Cu2+形成稳定的紫红色络合物,其最大吸收波长在570nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为4 08×104,Cu2+质量浓度在0~0 4mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。所拟方法可不经分离直接测定镁合金和铝合金标样中的微量铜,加标回收率100 8%~102 1%,RSD(n=6)在1 8%~4 2%,结果令人满意。  相似文献

研究了新显色剂 2 - (5-羧基 - 1 ,3,4-三氮唑偶氮 ) - 5-二乙氨基苯胺 (CTZAN)与Cu 的显色反应条件。结果表明 ,Cu 在 pH3 0的HAc -NaAc缓冲溶液中与CTZAN形成稳定的组成比为 1∶2的紫色络合物 ,λmax=565nm ,试剂的λmax=435nm ,对比度Δλ =1 30nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε =3 0 3× 1 0 4 ,Cu(Ⅱ )浓度在 0~ 0 8mg/L范围内服从比尔定律 ,所拟方法用于测定镁合金和铝合金标样中微量铜 ,加标回收率为 1 0 1 4%~ 1 0 4 0 % ,RSD(n =6) =1 4%~ 3 9% ,结果满意。  相似文献

本文研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵存在下,铜(Ⅱ)与Br-BTAQ的配合物显色反应,及用消色法测定微量铜的可能性.结果表明,在pH4.2~5.6的KHC_8H_4O_4—NaOH缓冲介质中,铜(Ⅱ)与Br-BTAQ形成一种黄色配合物,其λ_(max)=425nm,表观摩尔吸光系数s_(425)=3.92×10~4,配合比为Cu:Br-BTAQ=1:3,铜含量在0~20μg/25ml时,符合比尔定律.采用消色法,使测定灵敏度提高2倍,可不经分离,直接用于铝合金中微量铜的测定.  相似文献

研究了以微乳液(CTMAB+正丁醇+正庚烷+水)为介质,5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮为显色剂,在KH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲体系中,采用分光光度法直接测定油样中微量铜(的方法。试剂与铜形成的络合物最大吸收波长位于570 nm处。25 mL溶液中,铜(含量在0~9μg范围内服从比尔定律,其摩尔吸光系数ε570=1.4×105L.mol-1.cm-1。采用抗坏血酸作为掩蔽剂,消除了油样中存在的Ni2+,Fe3+,Al3+等干扰离子对测定所产生的影响。该方法应用于大庆原油和砂油中铜(的测定,加标平均回收率分别为9  相似文献

研究了显色剂饱和脂肪烃取代基化合物N-己基-N'-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲(HXPT)和微量Cu(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明:在pH4.8~5.4的HAc—NaAc介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)与HXPT形成摩尔比为1:3的蓝色水溶性稳定络合物,其最大吸收波长在343.6nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε343.6nm=3.26×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1。25mL显色液中铜在0~12μg范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9990。方法已成功应用于铝矿样和生物样品中微量铜的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

在TritonX 100存在下,研究了新试剂2 羟基 5 硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(HNPDAAB)与铜的显色反应。在pH9.5~11.0的Na2B4O7 NaOH缓冲溶液中,试剂与铜生成1∶1深红色络合物,其表观摩尔吸光系数达1.21×105。于25mL溶液中,Cu2+浓度在0~10μg范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于铜矿和铝合金中铜的测定,结果与原子吸收法吻合。  相似文献

本文研究了在pH5.30—5.60六次甲基四胺—盐酸缓冲介质中,在溴化+六三基烷甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,铜(Ⅱ)与苯基荧光酮(PFO)形成稳定的黄橙色配合物,在560nm处有最大吸收,对比度为66nm,配合物组成比为Cu:PFO:CTMAB=1:1::2,摩尔吸光系数为1.10×10~5,铜量在0~3μg/25ml符合比尔定律,应用于铝合金中微量铜(Ⅱ)的测定,得到良好效果。  相似文献

建立了由亲水性离子液体四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([Bmim]BF4)和NaH2PO4形成的双水相体系萃取光度法测定铜的新方法。研究了离子液体用量、溶液酸度、铬天青S、盐的加入量对测定的影响及共存物质对Cu2+萃取测定的影响及消除。在pH 5.0~8.0范围内,离子液体双水相中铬天青S及Cu2+形成的络合物有较高的吸光度,络合比为3∶1,络合物最大吸收波长位于590 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.16×104L.mol-1.cm-1,Cu2+量的线性范围为0~4.0μg/mL。方法用于铝合金标准样品中  相似文献
