采用热权函数法对热冲击下复合型裂纹的应力强度因子进行求解。将热权函数法与有限元法直接耦合,给出了热权函数法计算复合型裂纹应力强度因子的有限元格式。利用虚拟裂纹扩展技术用于热权函数的计算。对典型例题进行了计算,通过与其他方法计算得到的结果进行比较,证明热权函数法具有较高的计算效率,并且又具有满意的工程应用精度。 相似文献

许多结构和设备由于材料本身原因或使用不当会产生表面裂纹。应力强度因子是用来判定含裂纹的设备或结构是否会失稳甚至断裂的重要依据。文中选用存在表面裂纹的有限大平板,用1/4节点奇异单元,建立含表面半椭圆裂纹的平板有限元模型,利用ANSYS对此模型进行应力强度因子的求解。建立不同的模型进行对比分析,得出不同的裂纹长度、深度、板厚等因素对裂纹尖端应力强度因子的影响情况,以及应力强度因子沿裂纹前缘分布规律。发现裂尖处应力强度因子随着裂纹长度的增加而减小,随着裂纹深度的增加而增大;裂纹前缘的应力强度因子,在裂纹最深处最大,由裂纹尖端向裂纹最深处呈现逐渐增大的变化规律。 相似文献

The effect of pH and temperature on Cathepsin D stability was examined using a hemoglobin assay following preincubation of the enzyme at various pH and temperature combinations. The results of the study showed that the enzyme retained 87% of its activity at 45°C (pH 3.5) when compared to a control at 37°C (pH 3.5). Further increases in temperature and pH resulted in decreased enzyme activity and approximately 43% remained at 55°C (pH 5.5). The amount of activity remaining at higher temperatures decreased but suggests that the enzyme could contribute to textural changes in meat at temperatures up to 60°C. 相似文献

以多功能大豆纤维、L-肉碱和玉米粉为主要成分,利用先进的双螺杆挤压技术制得一种新颖独特的高效瘦身谷物食品,其中膳食纤维含量为20g/100g,L-肉碱为0.6g/100g。受试者连续食用这种瘦身谷物食品35d后,体重平均下降3.7kg,体脂总重平均下降2.5kg,体脂百分率平均下降1.8%;与试验前比较差异显著(p<0.05、p<0.01或0.001)。试验前后受试者各项临床指标,均在正常值范围内,运动耐力未见下降。结果表明,瘦身谷物食品具有明显的减肥作用,且不损害机体健康。 相似文献

The problem of deriving a formula to calculate sterilizing values from temperature curves was examined. For the high sterilizing value range (U/f>1), a simple algebraic formula was found that enabled the temperature approach g and the sterilizing value U to be calculated from each other to within 3%. For low sterilizing values (U/f>1) regression equations were presented to calculate g from U. A table was also given as an alternative to the equations. The method took into account variations in initial product temperature and cooling water temperature. Being expressed in terms of dimensionless quantities, it was more generally applicable than previous methods derived along similar lines. 相似文献

Cathepsin D, the principal indigenous acid proteinase in bovine milk, is a lysosomal proteinase, which exists in milk in four forms, including the inactive zymogen procathepsin D. The thermal inactivation kinetics of bovine cathepsin D, isolated from spleen and milk, were studied under isothermal conditions, using a specific HPLC assay to determine residual activity. Inactivation of the blood enzyme preparation followed first order kinetics, with z-values in phosphate buffer (pH 6.7) and skimmed milk of 6.5 and 7.6 degrees C, respectively, the enzyme being far more stable in the latter environment. Inactivation kinetics of the enzyme purified from milk were more complex, and could be best approximated by a double exponential model. Again, stability was higher in milk than in buffer. The double exponential model may indicate differing heat stabilities of isoforms of the enzyme, or stabilization of the enzyme by some milk constituent. It is clear that the enzyme can survive, at least partially, processes such as heating at 55 degrees C for 30 min during manufacture of high-cook cheese varieties (45% survival), and HTST pasteurization (8% survival), and thus may contribute to proteolysis in a range of dairy products. 相似文献

为开发杜仲叶提取物的保健食品,本文对其进行了减肥功能研究。以杜仲叶乙醇提取物为受试样品,50只昆明小鼠随机分成5组:空白对照组,模型对照组,以及高剂量组(600 mg/kg·BW)、中剂量组(300 mg/kg·BW),低剂量组(150 mg/kg·BW),每组10只,模型对照组和剂量组饲喂营养饲料,空白对照组给予基础饲料,饲养30 d,试验期间分别测定每只动物的摄食量、饮水量及体重。试验结束时称体重,解剖取体脂并称重,计算脂/体比,食物利用率、Lee's指数。结果:各剂量组的体重和脂/体比明显低于模型对照组,并且其摄食量不显著低于模型对照组。该研究表明杜仲叶乙醇提取物具有减肥功能。 相似文献
