面向制造业企业,引入制造绩效指标评价体系和生产能力测量,并在此基础上提出了制造绩效测量系统的概念设计及基于流程分析的制造绩效评价系统模型,在系统的3个层次上分别设计了绩效指标群、网络层及协议层的指标,分析了网络层中评价指标间的交互关系,并提出协议层中各个绩效指标的测量和报告规范。  相似文献

研究讨论了过程绩效指标应遵循的3条选择原则,即目标明确、系统全面和切实可行;系统地提出了过程指标识别方法,即首先从财务、客户、员工、社会和创新方面定义过程的目标,进而根据对过程目标和达到目标的方法手段的分解识别和过程绩效指标的优化,建立绩效指标体系;建立了用于分析过程绩效指标的指标——活动关系矩阵;构建了过程绩效测评支撑软件系统体系结构并开发了相应的软件系统。以上方法和技术在某制造企业订单确认过程中得到了有效应用。  相似文献

航空制造企业是国民经济的支柱产业,其供应商的绩效优劣将直接影响产品的最终质量。针对以往供应商绩效评估模型中参数难以确定的问题,提出了基于模糊软集的供应商绩效评估方法。针对航空制造企业的特点,通过查阅和总结资料建立评估指标体系,采用相对差异函数模型来确定相对差异隶属度,从而构建模糊软集合并对供应商的绩效进行综合评价。为解决指标权重确定过程过于主观的问题,采用基于级差最大化的主客观组合赋权法确定指标权重。最后以C航空制造公司供应商绩效评估为例,验证了所提评估模型的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

为实现医院绩效管理评价,借鉴平衡记分卡法从医院财务指标、医疗服务效率指标、医院发展指标以及服务满意度构建医院绩效评价指标体系,针对支持向量回归模型性能受其惩罚参数C和核函数宽度g的影响,运用樽海鞘算法优化选择惩罚参数C和核函数宽度g,提出一种基于SSA-SVR的医院绩效管理评价模型。将26个医院绩效管理评价的二级指标作为SSA-SVR模型的输入,医院绩效评价综合得分作为SSA-SVR的输出,建立SSA-SVR的医院绩效管理评价模型。研究结果表明,与GA-SVR、PSO-SVR、DE-SVR和SVR相比,SSA-SVR的医院绩效管理评价精度最高,为医院绩效管理提供了新的方法。  相似文献

Until the 1980s, manufacturing companies relied solely on performance measurement systems based on traditional cost accounting systems to control, monitor, and improve operations. However, it has been shown that these systems do not capture the relevant performance issues for today’s manufacturing environment. Pre-80s systems focused on monitoring and controlling instead of supporting process improvements, promoting overall system optimization and addressing the dynamics of changing systems. A variety of integrated systems were proposed to overcome the limitations of the traditional performance measurements systems. However, these systems have not yet fully addressed the performance measurement system requirements for today’s manufacturing environment. This paper presents an integrated dynamic performance measurement system (IDPMS) developed in conjunction with the D Company Plant of Chungli, Taiwan. IDPMS integrates three main areas; company management, process improvement, and the factory shop floor. To achieve an integrated system, these three areas are linked through specifications, reporting and dynamic defined success area updating, performance measures, and performance standards. This study is undertaken to specify the interaction and movement among the three groups in the process from production planning to customer, “planning-manufacturing-customer”. The results from these stages, production planning, manufacturing, and customer service, are integrated. These factors are transformed into measurable, quantitative, and JIT (just-in-time) parameters utilized along with management by objectives (MBO) principles in planning and establishing a manufacturing performance measurement system focused on satisfying both internal and external customers. An example is given that illustrates how the IDPMS addresses the current performance measurement system requirements.  相似文献

The so-called functional models, such as IDEF0, are useful tools for describing, designing and analysing the functional aspects of a complex manufacturing system, for example a CIM (computer integrated manufacturing) System. Though it involves considerable time and cost to build a sound functional model, the model usually cannot be used directly in further systems analysis procedures, such as quantitative performance analyses, due to its informal nature. To overcome this problem, we suggest a Petri net based procedure. First, we build a Petri net model from the IDEF0 and IDEF3 models, both of which are functional modelling tools widely used in real applications. Then, employing steady-state analysis for the Petri net, we propose a method to obtain performance measures such as the production rate. Since the analytical ability of a Petri net diminishes with increasing manufacturing system size, we develop a technique to aggregate and consolidate the Petri net to alleviate this problem that is associated with increasing complexity. An example problem is included to show the viability of our method for constructing a Petri net from a functional model and to evaluate the performance of the Petri net in an analytic manner.  相似文献

A model which aids the restructuring of production operations from a total input/output perspective is described. This organisation for task approach offers a structured method of auditing the value adding capability of manufacturing systems prior to development and investment. Restructuring to achieve improved value-adding characteristics is considered a primary goal strategy and can be contrasted to the MRP and technology-led compensatory strategies common in the last twenty-five years. Actual live data from an electronics component manufacturer is superimposed on the model to clarify and support the concept of time-based analysis. This leads to a production systems analysis and measurement of effectiveness model which can be used in isolation of financially based methods of performance measurement.  相似文献

Quality, delivery and cost are three main concerns during product manufacturing. Of the three, quality is the preliminary requirement to enter the competitive market. Fast delivery speed is instrumental in enhancing the strength of organization’s competition. This paper constructs a reasonable manufacturing time for each process, and proposes a performance index of process manufacturing time. The reasonable manufacturing time can be transformed to production capacity and can be applied to process performance measure. This study proposes a manufacturing time analysis chart to assess process performance and indicate chances for improvement.
