设计了一种可应用于片上可编程系统的多通道数字PWM控制器.该控制器基于Avalon片内总线技术,符合该总线的读写传输时序,具有完备的PWM输出能力.控制器用原理图输入与Verilog HDL语言混合设计的方法在Cyclone II系列的EP2C5F256C6现场可编程控制器上实现.实验表明,这种PWM控制器具有很高的可重用性,更易于调试和实现多通道控制,并可应用于任何支持Avalon片内总线的片上可编程系统上.  相似文献

For a practical visual inspection system, data processing in real time, flexibility for variety of products, and cost performance have been required. This article describes a simplified visual inspection system that has well-balanced performance that meets these requirements. Inspection data processing by software makes the inspection system flexible. Development of a simplified pattern matching method based on limiting the inspection within the area pointed by an user and direct memory access of binary image data performs a high speed inspection function. By using a personal computer as a processor of this system, a cost effective inspection system is realized.  相似文献

This article develops an integrated model in considering the situations of an imperfect process with imperfect maintenance and inspection time for the joint determination of both economic production quantity (EPQ) and preventive maintenance (PM). This imperfect process has a general deterioration distribution with increasing hazard rate. Even with periodic PM, such a production system cannot be recovered as good as new. This means that the system condition depends on how long it runs. Also, the PM level can be distinct due to the maintenance cost. For convenience, it is assumed the age of system is reduced in proportional to the PM level. Further, during a production cycle, we need an inspection to see if the process is in control. This inspection might demand a considerable amount of time. In this article, we take PM level and inspection time into consideration to optimise EPQ with two types of out-of-control states. To see how the method works, we use a Weibull shock model to show the optimal solutions for the least costs.  相似文献

Visual inspection plays a very important role in ensuring quality in the manufacturing and service industries. Two determinants of inspection performance are visual search and decision‐making. Improvement in any one of the components will have an impact on system performance. Job‐aids, accompanied by training, have proven to be effective in enhancing accuracy and reducing search time in visual inspection systems. This article aims to investigate the effects of search strategy along with task complexity and pacing on inspection performance using a job‐aiding tool. To facilitate the experiments, an enhanced job‐aiding tool in a simulated visual inspection environment was developed. This tool enables an inspector to track his or her search path in visual inspection systems. A pilot study and two experiments were conducted using this tool. The pilot study examined the effectiveness of the job‐aiding tool. The first experiment studied the effect of search strategy and task complexity on inspection system performance and the second experiment studied the impact of search strategy, task complexity, and pacing on system performance. This article investigates the impact of inspection policy and lead time reduction on an integrated vendor--buyer inventory system. We assume that an arriving order contains some defective items. The buyer adopts a sublot sampled inspection policy to inspect selected items. The number of defective items in the sublot sampling is a random variable. The buyer's lead time is assumed reducible by adding crash cost. Two integrated inventory models with backorders and lost sales are derived. We first assume that the lead time demand follows a normal distribution, and then relax the assumption about the lead time demand distribution function and apply the minimax distribution-free procedure to solve the problem. Consequently, the order quantity, reorder point, lead time and the number of shipments per lot from the vendor to the buyer are decision variables. Iterative procedures are developed to obtain the optimal strategy.  相似文献

This paper proposes an approach for finding an optimal non-periodic inspection scheme on a finite time horizon for a multi-component repairable system. The system consists of several components, each of which is subjected to soft failure. Soft failures of each component do not cause the system to stop functioning, but increase the system operating costs and are detected only if inspection is performed. Thus, the system is inspected at the scheduled inspection instances and if any of its components is found to have failed, the failed component is minimally repaired. The system’s expected total cost associated with a given inspection scheme includes inspection costs, repair costs, and the penalty costs that are incurred due to the time delay between the actual occurrence of a soft failure of the components and its detection at an inspection. The objective is to determine the optimal inspection scheme which minimizes system’s expected total cost.  相似文献
