水性罩光清漆固化反应速率对于以“湿碰湿”工艺施工的水性三涂一烘(3C1B)体系有很大影响,水性罩光清漆的固化反应速率主要由作为交联剂的氨基树脂所控制。本文对 3种不同类型的氨基树脂进行了红外表征( FT-IR),分析了其分子结构。分别以上述氨基树脂作为交联剂制备水性罩光清漆,通过旋转流变仪测试清漆在固化过程中剪切储存模量的变化,探究了上述氨基树脂对水性罩光清漆固化反应速率的影响。对比了所制备的水性罩光清漆搭配水性 3C1B中涂和色漆的漆膜性能,分析了氨基树脂对漆膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:以甲醚丁醚混合醚化的氨基树脂作为交联剂的水性罩光清漆的固化速率适用于 3C1B体系,且制备的漆膜性能最佳。 相似文献

介绍了以聚酯树脂和特种助剂对罩光清漆进行改性,制得了适合巴士客车使用的丙烯酸聚氨酯罩光清漆。分析了聚酯树脂和特种助剂对罩光清漆的丰满度、抗划伤性能、流平性和施工性能的影响。结果表明当选用高固含、高羟基聚酯树脂对丙烯酸树脂进行改性时,涂料具有较好的丰满度和抗划伤性能;当流平剂选用丙烯酸类和有机硅类搭配使用时,可大大提高罩光清漆的流平性能;当触变剂BYK-410的用量为0.3%时,清漆一次涂装干膜60μm不流挂,当DBE慢干剂用量为2%时,涂料具有好的施工性能。 相似文献

选用氟硅烷改性有机硅树脂为成膜物质,添加功能型助剂,以HDI三聚体为固化剂,研制了一种疏水型罩光清漆。该罩光清漆固化后漆膜具有优异的疏水性和耐油性。同时,经过室外自然暴晒、UV老化和耐水性试验后,漆膜仍表现出良好的耐久性。 相似文献

on an organic photoreceptor and cured into a silsesquioxane matrix that efficiently transports holes. The residual potential
of the photoreceptor decreased as the amount of hole transport material (I) incorporated into the silsesquioxane matrix was
increased. The charge transport was independent of humidity. At 30 wt.% the residual potential is identical to that of a photoreceptor
without an overcoat. This methodology produces an organic photoreceptor with a protective overcoat without compromising the

Ceramics and cermets (ceramic matrix composites) are commonly used for various structural and tribological applications. Pullout of phases at high loads in a composite can be an issue and can be alleviated using a hard overcoat. In this study, nanoscratch and nanoindentation experiments on a SiC composite impregnated with graphite were carried out using a depth-sensing nanoindenter. Additional indentation studies on the graphite phase were carried out to examine whether it becomes fractured or dislodges readily. Additionally, experiments were carried out to study scratch performance and nanohardness of a hard overcoat and its ability to protect SiC composite phases underneath. We find that a hard overcoat adequately protects the substrate underneath. Finally, nanoscratch and nanoindentation experiments were performed on pure SiC as well as commonly used manufactured carbon–carbon graphite. It is found that SiC exhibits the highest scratch resistance and carbon graphite the least. 相似文献
